I had to take it to Ford to be repaired. Nice people but the way their repair shop is run is not good. Replaced the front axle, cvc joint, front and rear breaks, and lug nut stems.

My son just dropped off his 3-year old for preschool and found that the noise he had while driving her there was in fact a tire that had, at some point on the way to the school, come off the wheel/rim. Having a crappy phone, he called me (Mom) and I called around and price checked locations close to the preschool. Julie answered the phone, gave me quotes for both tire and wheel/rim, if needed. The cost was better than the other places I called for the tire but - if he needed a wheel/rim, the cost was much closer to what I expected. When I called back to make sure that he would be able to get in today to get it fixed, someone else answered the phone. He was very nice and assured me that although the schedule was full, he would take a look to determine if he needed a wheel/rim once he arrived so the shop could get it ordered from their usual supplier, and that he would work him in today. Less than 2 hours later, my son called to let me know he did not need a new wheel (YEAH) and that he was already back on the road home. Excellent communication, service, staff and pricing. They said they were having trouble putting my van back together and it might not be done until next morning. .I never heard back from them. I called at 10:30 the next morning. There was no answer. I kept calling. Eventually, the mechanic answered the phone. He said he took my van to his house to pick up the pills he forgot to take this morning. When he went to leave his house, my van would not start. He put a charger on It and, eventually , got it started.He took my van back to the garage where they discovered the alternator that he installed was not working properly.
