Management needs to train them on basic client relations - Don't talk negatively about the clients fiancé to their face. Don't stalk an ex client around the salon. Don't keep smacking the clients forehead as a joke when they're obviously not comfortable. Don't share your deep life traumas after the first 20 minutes of meeting the client. Some of the stylists simply need better professional boundaries. I found most of my experiences there draining and tedious.

To be fair, I made a mistake and thought my appointment was at 9:30 when it was actually at 9:00. When Cheron called me at 9:10 I immediately apologized and even offered twice to reschedule if that was easier. Instead she just asked for my ETA in an irritated tone and said she'd see me soon. From the minute I got there the whole appointment felt tense. I asked for a simple trim, some face framing pieces, and something low maintenance since I don't spend a lot of time styling my hair. It didn't feel like a difficult request but I felt like my preferences were an inconvenience. Even the shampoo was so rough it was uncomfortable instead of relaxing. The haircut itself turned out nice but what really shocked me was the finish. I paid $150 and expected at least a basic styling. Instead, my hair was blow dried with her fingers... no round brush, no comb, no straightener, no curls. Nothing. I genuinely couldn't believe that was the finished result. I'm happy I ended up with a decent haircut but the overall experience felt uncomfortable from start to finish and nowhere near the level of service I expected.

My hair color was a train wreck, and I really wanted to go out for my birthday that night feeling confident with a new, bold look. I am ABSOLUTELY THRILLED to say that Master Stylist Vivian, Lily, Anthony and Danielle all made my dream a reality. The photos show the absolutely CRAZY transformation of my hair under these skilled stylists. Instead of wanting to put a bag over my head, I am over the moon when I look in a mirror now. Vivian has been doing hair since the 1980s, and she is truly a GENIUS. She was careful, ensuring that the bleach did not fry my hair, and she had the best ideas. It was a long process, of course, but worth all of the hours in her chair. If you need a hair miracle or a color correction like I did, I HIGHLY recommend Vivian and her team at Salon Arcaro without any hesitation. She KNOWS her trade, and she's TRULY a Master of hair ‼

My mom has been going to the salon for over 4 years and she sees McKenna everytime. We are always satisfied with how our nails look when we leave the salon. ( May 8th, May 14th & May 18th ) How many corrective attempts is a customer reasonably expected to endure before the salon accepts that its repeated attempts have not resolved the problem? By then, the once-in-a-lifetime event the extensions were purchased for had already passed, and my confidence in another reinstall had been exhausted. Not to forget was repeatedly told that the Elite Global stylist that left the bond remover in my hair & did not wash it out before installing 3 new bundles , was the same person who would be doing the 4th visit. That is absolutely absurd. I have lost all faith in this Salon & do hope future customers look else where for extension services.
