Why?…read more Because after a lot of time passed, I opted to call these folks, giving benefit of the doubt regearding what can often be nobody's fault when it comes to email. I must say, the knowledge and honesty I experienced were top shelf! After I explained my concerns with my flat screen, rather than try to set me up with a "well we'll look at it and see that's going on" usually for a fee of course, I was advised my best most logical and affordable action would be to go shop for a new one.
