I am very concerned that my elderly mother was treated unfairly and that an attempt was made to take advantage of her. During this situation, Mike made statements directly to us that were different from what he later reported to the company. When I contacted the company to address the matter and provide clarification, I was extremely disappointed by the way my concerns were handled. I specifically informed the representative that I have camera footage that supports what I am saying and provides evidence of the comments that were made. Despite this, the representative refused to acknowledge or seriously consider the evidence. Instead of listening to my concerns and reviewing the facts, she was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to properly address the situation. I called specifically to make a complaint and speak with a manager because I believe my mother deserves to be treated with honesty, respect, and fairness. It is unacceptable for an elderly customer to be treated this way, particularly when there is evidence available that could help establish what actually occurred. I am requesting that management take this complaint seriously, review the circumstances, and investigate the conflicting statements and the conduct of the employees involved. I am also prepared to provide the camera footage as evidence. I expect a response explaining how this matter will be addressed. I also expect my mother to be treated with dignity and respect throughout this process. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Charges for service depends on who you talk to. Time frame for repair is way longer than quoted, warranty for repair is only 30 days, be sure to ask for repaired parts if possible as the "repair guy" may say he replaced the part knowing well he has not done so. Once the issue gets worse they will try to blame it on something completely different. Luckily found another place that actually fixed my tablet. Wish I could give negative stars.
