I found out they were taking a long needed vacation and they let customers know they highly recommend that I take my PC service to Josh's shop 'What Ya Break', in Marina, CA right at the mouth of reservation road. Josh did an excellent and cost effective diagnoses on my old PC and helped me design out and build a new, quieter and more energy efficient PC going forward with an intel i5 Hex CPU, DDR4 memory, MSI motherboard and other important parts moved over from my older machine. This is a fairness update. Why?…read more Because after a lot of time passed, I opted to call these folks, giving benefit of the doubt regearding what can often be nobody's fault when it comes to email. I must say, the knowledge and honesty I experienced were top shelf! After I explained my concerns with my flat screen, rather than try to set me up with a "well we'll look at it and see that's going on" usually for a fee of course, I was advised my best most logical and affordable action would be to go shop for a new one. So, 5 stars all around. Integrity is fast becoming a lost art. Happy to know it's alive and well here at Alltronics. BTW, I was unaware there was a response to my first review until now, so this update is not related to that.
