Once for an assessment, once fir a problem and today to move forward with two of their recommendations. Their crew were great guys, polite, respectful and very neat and clean. Every area that they had to walk on was covered and vacuumed when they left. We had a crew of four and all were excellent. The main point of contact for us is Cory. He does all the tech evaluation, assesses the problem and fixes on site unless it needs equipment that needs to be ordered and replaced. Cory checked in three times today, once in person. I recommend highly and plan on using them going forward. If I could rate 6 stars, I would.

I have a home warranty, they refused to cover the repair since the failure was the result of his faulty work. He refused to pay for me to have my new technician fix it. (He said he honored his work and would fix it, but I refused to let him touch the unit again since he messed up two steps when he installed it). I paid him $2,029.69 in 2023 and when it broke again, another $1,085 to a different technician to fix it. In total, his bad work cost me over $3,114.69

They always respond quickly enough and are helpful and knowledgeable. We enjoyed working with their long-standing service guy, Jimmy, but he's since retired. The younger guys working there now are still great, he must have trained them well. We have no plans to work with anyone else as long as we own a home in their service area. They do their best to keep costs manageable while not recommending systems/options that won't last. It's a hassle to deal with AC in the Texas heat, but Brown is good to have around to help survive it without going broke. I'd recommend 'em, for sure.

These guys are so honest and reliable....my unit was down about 1/3 capacity of Freon. Mark refilled it even using a scale to weigh the Freon cylinder to ensure I knew how much my unit was taking to be back a capacity! I have never seen this type of honesty in my life. It was 101 outside while he was working in direct sunlight and once he was done r3efilling my unit, he took the time to wash out both of my AC units with a hose so the grills are sparking clean.
