Prior to the free class, the staff member provided a comprehensive tour of the facility that included information about the benefits of infrared technology and fitness. The keyless entry location features 24/7 accessibility. As for the workouts, each workout station includes virtual instruction. My favorite was the cycling station. The rooms are compact and blazingly hot, but heat-adjustable. For this reason, I could not imagine being in the enclosed compartments with two other people. The facility not only features the HIIT workouts, hot-cycle, hot-thunder, and hot-blast, but also Isometric workouts such as hot-iso, hot-pilates, and hot-yoga. There is also a small workout area in the back featuring free weights. Smith machine and TRX bands. There are two bathrooms featuring glass showers. They also feature brand merchandise at the front. Overall, the location was clean. The workout rooms were clean, and the bathrooms were clean and well-stocked. Again, I think it is an interesting concept with some amazing results and benefit claims.

I love that they also have a weight area if you want to do some strength training. The membership price $59 is a steal for unlimited classes. I can't wait to return and try more classes. It's so many to choose from since there are 6 rooms; some have workout machines. The instructors are virtual on the screen. I highly recommend everyone try it out. His workouts are tough, but he's VERY encouraging, personable and knows what he's doing!! I've since gone from in-person sessions to wrkg with him online via FaceTime in my living room & the workouts are still challenging & effective. His encouragement goes beyond the gym...he texts clients during the week to see how we're feeling and what we're eating which is great because it helps me stay accountable. If you get more than 2 people in the pool, you are running into one another. This is 2025. You can't get a standard size, every pool has them, lane divider??????? Oh, and the other equipment is never fully operational. Out of order signs pervade. Plus, don't bother to talk to management. Totally nonresponsive. I am truly amazed that this place is still open, so I fully expect to drive by any day and see it closed. It's sad. In the day, it was great. I started coming to the gym Jan 2023 at 20% bodyfat. Didn't know a single person at the gym but was looking for a gym nearby where I live that I could go to consistently. 9 months later, I made my bodybuilding debut with OCB under Kenny and Ali's guidance. I had found a place with a great community and that was black owned. Outside of the trainers, those that attend the gym often contributed to my rapid advancement in the gym. The discipline and level that I was pushed in the gym by Kenny and Ali contributed to all areas of my life as well, especially in the workplace doubling my salary in 2023 compared to 2022. There are so many benefits that being a member of HIT FIT provides outside of just fitness. At Hit Fit, I believe anyone can reach their goals from the beginner level to advanced powerlifting/bodybuilding/pro athletes. They have classes from HIIT, boxing, basketball, bodybuilding, and powerlifting to name a few.
