It's because the trainers are motivational and really keep you accountable. Coach Nigel is super responsive and really pushes me to the next level. Through the highs and lows, he really adapts our training to match me. The community is super fun too-- Katrina, Coach Gary, Yaire, Gabe all bring such good energy. The fitcamps on Saturday's are a lot of fun and help keep you in the right mindset through the weekends and keeps you motivated. Highly recommend!

I found the organization on Yelp and went to the @elite_technique instagram website and was immediately amazed by the results being shown. This was all I needed to see to convince me that this was place that I needed to join. I contacted Elite Technique via Yelp to establish my membership, in addition to asking any other pertinent questions and obtaining necessary details. You have the option of going to five days a week and an extra day of Saturday Morning Bootcamp is included. The sessions are normally thirty minutes (more so HIIT style) workouts that consists of specific plans for your specific goal. Elite Technique also provides meal plans, in which you can reach out to your trainer for motivation in remaining consistent. Each trainer is assigned one to two clients per session to ensure Social Distancing guidelines are followed. Everyone in the gym must also bring a large towel to cover equipment, in addition to wearing gloves that cover your entire hand. Elite Technique is constantly being cleaned by the trainers with disinfectant wipes/spray during and after the use of equipment. I was assigned Miguel as a trainer. Miguel pushes me and I really appreciate him for that. To be honest, all of the trainers are very friendly and motivating. Deciding to attend Elite Technique will be an amazing choice for anyone that needs assistance on their fitness journey.

Now, some may think, "what's the problem?" Well, small people have there own body goals. I was in my own right overweight. Darryl and Zoe helped to reformat my eating habits as well as my fitness habits. As a mom of two, I was inconsistent in what I ate, how I ate, and yes, when I ate. Also, the inconsistency of working out. Once I began the 6 week challenge, I refused to eat what I fixed for my little ones, and even stopped eating their "left behinds". I focused on me, made the weekly meals, started my day at dusk with FBBCBowie. I was on a mission. And when I saw the results of body fat loss, the slimming of my hips, thighs and abs, and the increase of lean muscle and strength, I was amazed. My trainer was very good but changed my schedule once I decided to go down in my package from three days to four days. He wanted me to come in earlier which really wasn't conducive for my work schedule. Which leads me to say this establishment Elite Technique is more so money driven then client centric. With this experience I decided to take some time off on my fitness journey because it seemed as if the package I selected was more important than the client as i do understand your trainer wants you to obtain results, one's finances comes first. After some months, I decided to begin my fitness journey again with another organization EVOL which is one of their competitors to my knowledge. Rightfully so their prices are drastically different. I decided that I wanted to receive my initial photos that my trainer at Elite Technique took back when I started my fitness journey. I reached out to my trainer because i still has his contact information, wished him happy holidays and requested my photos that we took in late February/ early March. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a message back from him. To take it up a level, I out to the business manager via text and surprisingly I didn't hear back from him. Then I decided to try giving this establishment a call. The business manager answered and told me that he would put in a request for those photos from my trainer. A day later, he tells me that the photos are no longer available. Not surprising at all because I have heard from other clients that this is how this organization operates. It is astonishing to me that an organization such as this one would not have a timeframe where photos are retained for their previous customers. My advice to you would be to get your photos when they are initially taken by your trainer because if you decide to stop going and go somewhere else, the likely hood of you receiving the photos are very slim. This is unfortunate as the services they provide is something that you have paid for and should receive regardless of what you decide to do. All in all, I believe this organization needs to work on being more client centric. Please do your research because there are other organizations out there where you will obtain the same results at a more reasonable price.
