Before I even got back to my car two male patrons walked up to the door and he unlocked the door and let them in immediately after her denied me entry. When I asked why they were let in and why I wasn't, the patron screamed back at me "we've already been here" even though I watched them pull into the parking lot and park, and get out of their car. A few minutes later another patron was exiting and two additional patrons were able to gain entry. Not sure what's going on at this store, but clearly they're lacking in communication and customer service. Highly recommend heading to O'Reilly a half mile down the road who will not only greet you with a smile, but actually assist you with your needs. They unfortunately did not stock the part I was looking for, hence how I ended up at AutoZone in the first place.

I was having issues with getting it smogged because the rust was covering the EO number. Do not fear! Nathan was able to grind down the rust on catalytic converter and was able to locate EO number and executive order number! I've had my Mustang since 1997 so needless to say, I've been to a fair share of auto shops over the years. I was referred to Autoworks Restomod by another classic Mustang owner, and reached out to them through Instagram asking if they'd be able to help with the issues I was experiencing with my '66. My Mustang has quite a bit of aftermarket work done to it such as a 1989 5.0 EFI motor with an AOD transmission, power disc breaks, coil over suspension, custom wheels/axles, and a custom rear end, so it has been difficult to find a shop that could work on it. Even before ever stepping through the door, or meeting them in person, the level of service that I received from them was impressive. They were quick to respond, seemed genuinely engaged with my situation and the questions I was asking, and they were able to squeeze me into the shop despite the fact that they had a full garage of other classic Mustangs that they were working on. When I brought my '66 to Autoworks Restomod, it was barely drivable. I actually had to trailer it over to the shop because the rear ended had blown, and my car could barely drive above 30 miles per hour. From the start, the owner Matt, was personally involved with not only the initial meet and greet and diagnosing of the problem, but he actually was in contact with me throughout the entire time my mustang was in the shop. Thanks to Matt and his teams' thorough inspection and testing of my car, they were able to not only fix and replace the rear end, they also discovered a faulty break issue that could have been catastrophic if left unrepaired, and ended up troubleshooting and fixing an electrical/computer issue that I had been dealing with for over 10 years!! Words cannot express how happy I was the day Matt called me and told me that all of the issues that I brought the Mustang in for were fixed and it was ready to be picked up. I am so happy with not only the level of service I received but also for the quality of the work they did. All of the work was completed a few months back in 2021, and I have driven the car weekly and sometimes daily without any issues at all! This Mustang is my first car that I got when I was 16 years old, and I'm grateful to have it back on the road and running like it's brand new. I took my 1998 dodge caravan to have the dash cluster fixed they went above and beyond and fixed it. My cluster was shuting off and on periodically. And then my map guage broke. They fixed it. So for them to fixed it was a life saver. So if you need your dash cluster or gauges fixed this is the shop to go to. Highly recommend and will be back if I ever need there services again.
