The project manager didn't show up when subcontractors were around, resulting in so much dirt being removed that we had to pay ADDITIONAL money to get dirt delivered. There was no attempt to even do a rough grade, just left sand and rock exposed to the elements resulting in the pavers to shift. 2. The install of the electrical equipment was put in facing the fence. My husband had to ask if we were expected to cut a hole in the fence to access it before they comprehended why it was an issue. 3. The filter was installed too close to the house, and it is inaccessible for proper cleaning and maintenance, even by a professional pool service company. When I brought it up I was told to completely decouple it from the piping to access it. Yeah, that's not how it's supposed to work. They then said the professional pool service company "just wasn't a good one" without even knowing which company it was. 4. The electric heater and wiring installed keeps tripping. When I brought that up, they just didn't respond. This was after they installed a gas heater knowing we didn't have gas to the house and that it was in the install notes to put in an electric heater. Don't worry, we got an extra $4,000 bill for that. 5. Following the installation of the filter and booster pump, they left it turned on and left running without the filter being engaged. When I reached out, they talked to me like I was an idiot until I took a video and sent it to them of the extremely loud metal on metal grinding noise that was coming from the booster. Looks like we get to replace that now. We are now working with a lawyer as they refuse to respond to us.

I'm still waiting for the winter cover I purchased and was supposed to be put on in Oct 2023, it is now March of 2024. I have very little confidence we'll ever get it. I also have little confidence the drainage pipe from the auto cover channel will ever be fixed. Without a doubt, the worst experience I've ever had dealing with a contractor.

We…read moreoriginally decided to purchase our endless pool/spa from the Clarksburg Capital Hot Tub Store over 4 years ago after speaking with the manager and owner. They had very good customer service reviews and were very helpful in helping us purchase our pool during the COVID outbreak. They continued to provide good customer service for the next few years but recently the customer service has been terrible. This February I called and left a message about cracks in the end panels of my endless pool. We ended up playing phone tag so I stopped by the store. The representative said they would place the order and that it would take a couple of months to arrive. I had been calling, emailing and stopping by the store periodically from February to July asking about the panels. There was constant confusion, and staff kept citing high turnover as the reason for delays in receiving the panels and for problems locating them in the warehouse. In the beginning of July I emailed and called again. A few days later, I finally got a call saying they could set up an appointment because the panels were in. I didn't doubt that all the panels are in because I was told numerous times that they would not set up an appointment until all the panels were in. Imagine my surprise and anger when the technician came out this week to replace my endless pool/spa panels but only brought one panel with him. (For the most part the technicians have been great and they are the only reason I'm giving 2 stars). The technician, Jay checked the order and said he only saw one panel on order and one panel reserved and that they were the same panel. He didn't see any other panels ordered. Jay apologized and said he would try to order the remaining panels tonight or tomorrow morning. He also said he would talk to Jeff the manager about how mixed up my orders have been and have him contact me. Later that evening Jay texted me to tell me he ordered the additional panels because he didn't see the other panels on order or in their system. I'm confused as to why it was so hard for the service staff to order the proper number of panels but Jeff could do it that evening? If they were only going to replace one panel at a time we could have done this a long time ago. The next day, there was no call from Jeff the manager. So I called and left a message for Jeff. I also emailed the service staff I had been working with and left a message on the website. Still no message from anyone. I called and spoke to Lamar. He said Jay ordered the panels, apologized for the confusion and would have the district manager contact me. This was a few days ago and still no contact from any management. I left another message this afternoon asking for management to contact me. Still nothing. Why is it so hard to receive email responses when I send an email to individuals and the company website? I understand there has been turnover but this is ridiculous! You should not have to go to the store to get responses. I have left numerous messages via email, voicemail, and the website for numerous individuals this week and have yet to receive a response. We purchased from this store based on the reviews, but obviously, the service has seriously deteriorated. So if you are thinking you are going to get that great customer service indicated by old reviews think again!

The limelight collection is even better than I imagined it would be. Sometimes we select one color and other times we just let it rotate through all the colors. Glad to have finally made this purchase back at the end of 2020 - the hot tub is so therapeutic and relaxing. I especially enjoy it on frigid nights during winter when the sky is clear and I can star gaze for as long as I want. :) Everyone at Capital Hot Tubs has always been wonderful. Purchase, delivery, and installation all went smoothly. Anytime we have needed assistance, they are quick to respond whether it is a question about a replacement part or water quality or even when an exterior panel needed to be repaired, the staff go above and beyond. We are fortunate to live close by as well. Our filters needed to be replaced last week so I just stopped by on a whim and Evelyn was very kind and helpful (Hi and thank you again, Evelyn! I enjoyed chatting with you about hot tubs, family, and pets, too!). :)

When we first met with Gina and Albert, I had an idea of what I wanted but Gina and Krystle really made our vision come to life. Gina has impecable taste in patio design, waterline tile, marker tile and plaster choices. Albert is quite possibly the hardest worker I've ever seen. He is always on the job site and is the first to correct any minor issues. His entire team busted their butts to start our pool in the dead of winter (even out here in snow) to get us swimming in April. When it comes to spending a large chuck of change, you really need to trust your pool builder. I can 100% say I trust Countryside Pool Services. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Their servicemen are knowledgeable, efficient and take their time servicing the pool each week. These are not college students, but men with years of experience. Nate and Jimmie could always handle anything that came up. The company's follow-up on any matter is excellent. The owner, Gina took care of two minor concerns I had and resolved them immediately. She also had a new pump installed on practically a moment's notice. She provides a nice touch of personal care for you. I recommend Countryside as a company who will provide you with a high level of service. I am happy I made the switch to their pool service! Jane T.

After having poor experiences with some of their competitors, I've been very pleased with their professionalism and attention to detail while still offering competitive prices. I appreciate their work order reports and the very detailed pictures that they include. I also wanted to call out two of their employees, specifically -- Nahum and Miguel. This year, due to all of the snow, our pool cover caved in and the pool cover pump accidentally pumped out most of the pool water before we discovered it. That, coupled with lots of leaves in the pool, made for a much more difficult opening this year. Nevertheless, Nahum and Miguel went the extra mile to get the pool to open very clean and clear. They spent extra time but did so with a very positive, helpful attitude that I appreciated. I would highly recommend them.

We appreciate that gesture and their willingness to address some of our concerns. While our original experience and the delays remain unchanged, it is only fair to acknowledge their effort to make things better. After more than six weeks, our pool liner project is still not complete because Millennium Pools has measured the liner incorrectly multiple times. We are now waiting for a third liner and hoping it finally fits. To make matters worse, the company removed our old liner and left our pool empty and without a liner for two weeks while we wait for the replacement. What should have been a routine liner installation has turned into a lengthy and frustrating process. The company has offered no discount or compensation for the delays, inconvenience, or loss of use of our pool, despite the fact that the mistakes were entirely their own. We have spent tens of thousands of dollars with this company and expected better service, communication, and accountability. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Millennium Pools.

It was very apparent during our interactions that Joe has a lot of experience with all the processes we would encounter during our pool construction and as a result we were prepared every step of the way. Joe met with us to discuss what we were interested in and put together an initial sketch to make sure he captured our vision. He followed up with some design options and let us hone those designs into the final product. He provided a master plan packet and lots of 3d model captures that made the process of getting approval from our HOA effortless. He also worked closely with the pool builder we selected. We were working on a budget, so Joe was kind enough to break the different projects down into phases that we could execute as we had time and funding.
