One additional star for the nurse, Azita who is the only one that seemed to sort of care about the health of me and my baby. I purchased a spa package (first mistake) at my fitness club as a postpartum treat to myself. I asked the salesperson if the services were safe for breastfeeding and postpartum, which she assured me it was. I called to make the appointment and asked the person that booked me if it was safe for breastfeeding and postpartum, and she also assured me it was. I checked in today for my appointment, and told the nurse as well that I was breastfeeding, and she said it was fine. They call me back and I walk into the room with Azita the nurse and then asked her if her services were breastfeeding safe, and she left the room to go check multiple times. However, she then tried to upsell me on micro-needling but that she would give me a discount on it. Um, no. If this package was not breastfeeding safe, someone at all points of contact should have notified me. You're not going to charge me for additional services. They said they would honor the services at a later visit but not only was this a waste of my time, but I do not feel safe with these providers as they seem to be uneducated with postpartum and nursing mothers. read more

When I shared with her that I was new to having things lifted, tightened and plumped on my body she immediately took my hand and scheduled me with her. Although the location is lovely and the people are nice, the results have been more than disappointing. I went on 4/20/22 to have PDO threads and some RHA filler. Because I developed bumps in my cheek, I went back on 5/7/22 but they were not able to correct the situation. They told me that Azita would be out of the country and to call back in July if there was no improvement. I called on 6/14 and obtained another appointment on 7/2/22. They used red light and a Kenalog injection, but since the bumps are NOT inflammation, there was no improvement. My lips have several bumps, and my right cheek has much larger bumps.
