The changes in the store make the location in the Valley much closer to my house a lot more appealing. If nothing else, it is cleaner and I don't have to maneuver around stock in the process of being put away or empty boxes just sitting there. Definitely a step back.

I recently bought a vape mod and it burnt my lip. Yes. It was on the lowest setting. I went to return it the next day to the Wellesley store. Where i had bought it. The manager there said nothing was wrong with it. So I wasn't able to return it. I contacted Amy, the manager at the Francis location. Told her what happened. She contacted her corporate office to get permission to have it returned. They authorized my return! I CANT EXPRESS THIS ENOUGH...AMY( Francis location manager) has always gone above and beyond to fix any negative experiences Ive had. I recommend all vape users to go to the Francis location.
