The liquor selection is ridiculous, in a good way. Prices are fair as well. The location, from a walking stand-point is terrible, but that's what Dade/Citi Bikes are for. Oh, and if you want personalized service, and excellent wine advice, this is absolutely not the place for you. Consider going to a small, non-chain, local liquor store, run by people who have strong feelings, and ideas about their inventory. This is no such place. This, is an alco-warehouse. I went on Thanksgiving Thursday and I was glad they were open that day. Of course myself leaving things for last minute. Well my husband and I went looking for something we already had in mind as we like to try different wines. We didn't end up finding what we were looking for but that was kind of expected as it was a last minute thing. Customer service was actually good even though it was crowded. And it was a fast check out as well. We ended up taking Marchese Dell'Elsa Moscato Pink(for myself) & Fritz Pinot Noir Russian River Valley(husband). Both wines were a great selection as my husband and myself really loved them. I will definitely recommend this location and will be returning for more :) read more

Total Wine & More is now open in South Beach, and it's as awesome as you want it to be! Sure, this location isn't as large as some of their other stores, but who cares?! For this beach-dweller, this will fit the bill just fine. There are a lot of great options and deals to be found in Total Wine's well-stocked shelves. As with all Total Wine locations, the staff is super-friendly, and is always eager to help guide you to that perfect wine, beer or spirit. They also have various tastings and classes, and an in-store bar! It's located in the old Staples location at the Shops at Fifth & Alton. There's plenty of free parking (up to 2 hours) in the garage, though it can be a pain to get in and out of during peak hours (or holidays). Be sure to sign up for their Total Discovery club and look out for those coupons in the mail - you can save a good bit of cash if you do. And when you're as frequent of a customer as I am, any bit of savings is a good one! read more

Was there today with two of my employees ... the lady at the cashier decided to request an ID to everyone and the manager decided that we where doing something fishy and after being there waiting for 30 minutes he went checking if the ID was fake !! In the past several months every single one of my attempts to place a delivery order from this location has been cancelled without notification. I've waited around for multiple delivery orders now only to find out hours later that they had been cancelled without anyone from the store attempting to notify me that my order would not be arriving. Customer service has been dismissive and has made no effort to resolve the issue or compensate me for my time or trouble. They initially blamed the holidays for cancellations of previous orders, but the problem continues to this day. Refunds take an extended period of time to process, meaning that Total Wine has repeatedly charged my card and held my money for products that they had no ability or intention to deliver. I'm sure that shopping in store is fine, but would definitely exercise caution when ordering delivery from this location. read more

I am a Miami Beach local, and this by far the best Wine/Liquor store on the beach. Not even close. The prices are great, usually $5 cheaper on most bottles of anything from Wine to Tequila/Vodka/etc. The store is HUGE with so much selection. They also have a giant selection of single bottle beers you can purchase individually, versus having to buy a whole pack on something you've never tried. Overall, you can't go wrong here and I highly recommend coming here (plus parking is free for 2 hours in garage). read more

Ive come in here from time to time to buy some wine and alcohol. A few days ago i was in looking for a 12 day xmas alcohol as a gift for Guatemalan friends. They didn't have the alcohol i was asked for (i didn't expect them to) , but 2 staff members went above and beyond while i was buying some wine and looked thru their inventory to find me a nice 12 year old guatemalan rum. It ended up being perfect. I didn't get their names, but ill definitely be shopping here more often. read more

So, they advertise that "delivery is free" if you order more than $100 of "Winery Direct Wines." What they don't tell you is that they add a "tip" of $12.00+ to the bill after you've made your purchase. This is really misleading advertising. Total Wine should be ashamed of themselves. Total Wine has the best selection of wines, beers and spirits. There is always something new to try when you come in here. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They have free wine tastings on the weekend, which is a great way to discover new wines and try wines that you may not normally gravitate towards. They also have themed wine tastings every month or so that are excellent. You can get excellent wine and spirits at every price point. read more

Went here over Father's Day weekend to pick up some wine & liquor...Total Wine is my go to place because they have such a large variety and good prices. It was my first time at this location and the store was a lot smaller than other Total Wine locations I have visited, but I still found everything I went for. The staff was helpful in helping me locate the products I was looking for and they were very friendly as well. There is garage parking at this shopping center and it is free for up to two hours - I'm not sure what the hourly rates are after that. Overall if you are in South Beach, I recommend this Total Wine & Liquors location. Oh and they also have a room where you can attend wine tasting classes or host private wine tastings for your friends and family. read more

I thought this location would be mediocre, due to the fact you have to park in their insanely packed parking garage and being located right next to one of Miami Beach's main Publix... and other big time franchise stores... but...Nope!! This particular review is for their Store Manager, Dwight Delgado. This man has gone above and beyond for me on so many occasions....stopping what he was doing to check his computer for an out-of-stock item, helping me find something I needed in the store. This last time he personally went to another store to get me something that I've been waiting for for weeks and had it sitting behind the counter the next time I came in. He is amazing. I think I have found heaven on earth, and it is in the form of a large liquor store. They basically have all the wine and liquor you can imagine. They even offer craft beer for the particular. Total Wine is located in the 5th and Alton shopping center and offers free parking for the first 2 hrs. My only issue with this place is that they always have like 1 line open. I've had to wait a while in line even though there are multiple registers and employees. It's not too much of a big deal, but sometimes you just want to get to your party quickly and turn up. There's not much else to add about a liquir store. It has a plethora of liquor and it's awesome. Check it out! read more

I am a beer guy and I know my craft beer very well, so the land of bubbly is foreign, but much needed to celebrate valentine's day, and Pablo educated me and help me pick out 2 bottles I feel very good about. I'm giving this store 1 star. I went there today and had a large order to fill. They had no carts and the 2 managers said they were all stolen. They had only the small baskets available. The store was quite busy and there were lots of employees I started to use the small baskets but I had so much to buy. And of course bottles are super heavy. I went back up to the manager and asked if there were any carts yet and he said no. And there's nothing he can do about it. I expressed that I had a large order to fulfill and he did not offer a solution or to have someone help me. Some how I managed and thankfully the cashier was kind enough to help me take the boxes to my car. There were plenty of employees wandering around that could have helped. I will do my best not to use this location ever again and I recommend as busy as this store is that they invest in more carts and lock them up. These guys were jerks. read more
