Both location in Bastrop TX refused to complete the return and when you call the main number they tell you to go to the store. it's a he said she said bullshit scam and clearly the 14 day no hassle return policy is false advertising and they clearly do not care, and both the corporate customer service reps and stores just want to say the other is lyin. now I have to ship the damn phone off and pray it gets acknowledge as received before the 14 days is up or we still get charged. ATT is a joke and at this point I feel are thieves who do not truly care about customers service nor willing to uphold their own advertised policies. with absolutely no accountability I'd steer clear of ATT. after nearly 15 years as a customer I'm leaving.
