    Don't you just love what COVID has done to customer Service?…read more They won't let you in the store, you have to check in and wait to be helped which is ridiculous but I did so even though I could see 3 employees not doing anything. I figured they would just send me a txt in 5 mins or so. Well I was wrong. I waited at this location in front of the store for over 30 Minutes with no help so I walked into the store to see what's going on and there are literally 4 employees sitting and on there phones doing absolutely nothing. I ask employee Garrett Dodd to speak with the manager and they try to get me to talk to one of the lower managers(one of the guys sitting on phone not doing anything) I said no I want the highest up They go to the back and come out and tell me oh she is in some meeting. Clearly a lie. She's in a meeting at 7:00pm? I doubt it. I'm sure whatever meeting she is having is not as important as a paying customer I have now been at this store for over 1 Hour 30 mins I have waited just to be helped and another 45 minutes JUST TO WAIT TO TALK TO THE MANAGER UPDATE I arrived at the store at 6pm to drop off a phone and did not leave until 8:05Pm @8:05pm The employee Garett Dodd who told me she was in a meeting asks me to wait outside the store and tells me they are now closed, (he still was not gonna tell me she wasn't there) I then asked him is the manager not gonna come talk to me, to which he replies SHE HAS BEEN GONE A WHILE NOW. That's absolutely unacceptable. He watched me stand and wait for over two hours inside the store right in front of his face and never said she left in fact he told her she had a customer waiting and she just decided to leave? It's clear she was avoiding me and did not want to talk to me. I also saw all the employees leave out of the front door and the manager never left out of the front door I was standing right by it. Manager was still there and was clearly avoiding talking to me. Lied about manager being in a meeting Lied about not knowing that she left Lied saying she already left the store Employees and manager directly lied to me EMPLOYEE- Garett Dodd Manager- Anushka Corporate will be contacted. Also AT&T commenting on this review you clearly didn't read any of this review and are only trying to save face. What a great pre worded response I don't give a CRAP about the wait, you absolutely don't treat customers like this store does. LYING TO CUSTOMERS AND AVOIDING CUSTOMERS IS UNACCEPTABLE

Had a good size crowd on a Saturday late morning. But had plenty of employees no one was waiting. Store located in a strip shopping area on the corner plenty of parking. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by this young man I wish I remembered his name. He was very helpful very nice made conversation while we waited. He got my mom's new phone all hook up and contacts transferred. He has great customer service skills he should be the model employee for training.

I was having a charging issue with my AirPods Pro 2. I work with Apple Technical Support for around an hour, and they were not able to get to the root of the issue. Their suggestion was to head over to the "Genius Bar" at one of our local Apple stores. Upon arriving I checked up since I'd made a prior appointment. I love the vibe the Apple stores have. I'm glad I'd made an appointment since the store was packed. There was a lot of students there since it's the start of school. After a 10-15-minute wait as the Genius Bar, Blake greeted me with a smile and asked me what's going on. He logged on to my service record and followed what had already occurred the prior day with the support I'd received. I asked his how long he's worked for Apple. He told me 10 years on the Genius Bar and 20 years providing Apple support. Yep, I was chatting with a genius at the Genius Bar. He clarified what was happening and which air Pod was acting up. He ran several intensive tests and at the Genuis Bar and back in the back of the store. For some reason there was a "disconnect" between one of the pods and the case causing the charging issue. He needed to send them in for repair and they'd be back in my hands in 4-5 days. Thank goodness for AppleCare. What an incredible experience with Blake and the Apple store personnel. Superior service and support are what one expects with Apple products and that's what I received.

Daniel acknowledged us as soon as we got in the line. He helped several people in front of us. Handled all products with care, explained different options for family lines & phone purchases w/ phone cases, add-ons, & AirPods. Set up phone lines and made calls- made sure everything worked as promised before anyone left the store. With the next customer, he took care of a billing issue & payment efficiently. The customer was extremely thankful & pleased. When we approached the counter we explained that our phone broke (front, back, & issue with the motherboard- no other shop could fix the issue!). He took the time to help us understand different options for attempting to repair our iPhone X, gave us purchasing options & comparisons if the phone could not be repaired. Extremely knowledgeable, patient & helpful! I definitely prefer D2 Wireless over any big corporations and highly recommend this specific store to all my friends & family. This is the place you should go if you want all of your phone needs/ concerns taken care of, hands down!!!

    *manager roy is negligent and incompetent*…read more within the hour of my posting of this review the workers of this store had the bright idea of ordering an apple watch without my consent, they are saying they made a mistake and ordered it to my account for another person to no ones surprise they arent able to do anything about it and i have to call corporate please please avoid this store at all costs they are incompetent* what is the point of having a store if you have to call and do everything through customer service? can't even cancel your own account without being sent out to call some telemarketers in bangladesh. they will lie to you and speak of promotions but when the bill comes in you'll see where they are screwing you. had their internet service for years and wanting to simply add a phone line seems to be too difficult for them. i will be cancelling all accounts and will tell everyone and anyone to refrain from conducting business with them

Within less than 10 minutes, she resolved all of our issues, after immediately understanding and identifying the problem, as well as exactly what needed to happen to fix it.
