I was just going in to change my plan and get my other phone set up on a preexisting phone number/line on my account. What should have been a quick and easy process took over an hour and still hasn't been resolved. I felt so bad I can't remember his name, he was so patient. We weren't able to get the phone transferred on his computer so we called customer care. The First Gentleman was unable to help me so I was transferred to another which is where I started to get annoyed. All of this and customers are coming and going while I sit on hold. At least the employees were able to help others while I sat on hold. Over an hour of just a minute I need to put you on hold again and again. I was extremely frustrated, my friend had an appointment to get to so I ended up having to hang up and leave as I just didn't have anymore time to deal with this. So I'm still with a paperweight second phone line. But the in store employee was able to give me some info and another store to try as they are a small store not a corporate store. I will have to take care of this issue eventually. If I need to upgrade my phone or any thing else will definitely be back.

I thought that was really nice, since most places would've been sorry for your luck. We waited about 15 minutes for him to come back. One of the other employees offered my friend a chair since they only had one and she had a hard time getting off of that one. It's very open as in a bit empty inside but they sell phones, cases, screen repair and other things you would find in convenience type stores. The two gentlemen we dealt with were really friendly. Her phone screen replacement was $90 for an iPhone 13. At least we know of a place close to home to get the screens fixed for a decent price.

I was skeptical it could be fixed. I called around for prices, and FastFix had the best. As soon as I told Neil what was going on with my phone, he knew how to fix it. I was planning on running errands while he fixed my phone, but ended up locking my keys in my truck. Neil was extremely easy going and friendly. He made sure my 2 year old daughter and I were comfortable. He even let her watch her favorite movie on his Netflix while we waited. Even better, my phone was fixed before AAA got there.
