I reached out on Yelp because this business came up when searching for photo printing services but was very disappointed with the quality. This business doesn't seem to have experience with printing regular photos in standard photo sizes, and I wish they just refused to take my order instead of wasting my time & money. For context, I was shown proofs before printing and several of the photos were distorted to fit the dimensions of the print. When I asked if they could just crop it to avoid the distortion, they seemed to struggle to figure out how to do that. I was there for a total of 45 minutes, and I ended up with only 4 or 5 prints because they did not know how to fix the issue. Granted the prints came out well, but I probably spent double or triple the price for what I would've gotten at a FedEx without the convenience or speed. I honestly should've just walked away but didn't want to walk out empty handed for the time I spent waiting. Now I regret paying full price for subpar service and a disappointingly incomplete order.

Terrible communication skills! I think it was the owner,…read morethe older guy with glasses. I asked him how much the celebration head cut outs were, he asked how many, I said 4, he said $40. I said okay, he was ringing me up without saying my total price took my card and while he was putting in my card I read the machine and he was gonna charge me $175 for 4!!! There was no clarification and I didn't think those cut outs were $40 each because UPS sells it for $11 each better quality too! I told him to cancel and thankfully we worked out a deal. But then the next day I saw that it charged my credit card! I had to go pick up the photos the next day and when I got there it wasn't even made yet. I couldn't wait around for 20 minutes because I had work so I had to come back the next day. Luckily he was able refund my $175. The photo stick that they use as a handle is cardboard and it broke immediately.

Emailed Fast Printing after my previous print shop took too long to get back to me…read more Jovan is excellent and understands what it means to earn someone's business. I told him what I needed and he was upfront about pricing and gave me several options to choose from for my business cards. Impressed by how responsive he was, I added to my order and got business cards as well as decals for my business and they look great. At one point, Jovan called me to express his concern with a possible issue; I picked a very dark blue color for my cards with a gloss finish. He showed me how dark colors and gloss finishes sometimes attract fingerprint oils when being handled. He had already received an order from me, but this really showed me that he cared enough to make sure I was going to be happy with the end result before moving forward. I chose a color almost exactly the same as the original and I can no longer tell the difference. I'll definitely be going back to Jovan and I recommend anyone reading this to give Fast Printing a chance.
