Icee

Came here and the girls said they aren't doing smoothies today so they gave slushies that had 0 flavor and were all ice/watered down for $8. Go to McDonald's and get yourself a $2 smoothie.

Horrible customer service. I came to the mall to bring my 9 year old sister and 7 year old cousin and they were super excited to get boba. When I asked for a chocolate milk tea they made excuses on why it couldn't be made which really disappointed them. They said they could make a moaka one that would taste the same but when we tried it, it tasted like coffee. The two girls, one named Ashley, were extremely dismissive and didn't take us seriously. When we returned to buy a different flavor they were rude and asked why we returned. I wouldn't recommend left super disappointed and the boba tasted gross too. When we went back to talk to the girls they completely disappeared and were no where to be seen.

That sugar Bomb with bland boba

Terrible . Extremely sweet and barely any ice at all . The boba is too soft and bland as well .

Came here at 10:45 Sat. & they were open, but said they wouldn't have tapioca for another hour. Came back at noon and was told I'd have to wait another 15min. Came back again and ordered a small Classic; was told they only have large (5.99 per the menu). Somehow my total was $8.11 (I only got it with tapioca). Drink was ok but it's a rip off and will probably never go here again

Signature tea $8.11/ $7.49+tax

Decent tasting tea and soft & chewy boba. It's inside of memorial city mall and I found it to be a little more pricey than the Teahouse in the Galleria. If there's half- star options it'd be a 3.5 vs rounding up for them. They need to have better containers. This cup was very soft in a sense where if you hold it with a firm grip (once you poke the straw) it spills and leak. I'd probably get my boba fix from one of the shops off I-10 and Blalock next time before walking in the mall. It's less of a markup at other places and with more options/flavors. And cups that don't spill on me as easily.

I had to get the classic it was simple but delicious (brown sugar) !!! It tasted so good. We also had a honeydew drink I can't express it, it tasted amazing

Totally Tea's Venmo payment doesn't look like a business account

I came back to get more of these overpriced Tapioca milk teas (Regular classic and Large classic) both end up being over 8$. Looking at the menu/ sign they have is a lot less/ misleading. Ok there's tax, extra charges for tapioca, etc but they really need to take off the 2 sizes if they don't offer the correct charge for a regular and still charge as a Large due to their policy. The worker said that they don't have the regular sized cups so even if you want a regular drink in a large cup - per owner's policy-You get charged more...ended up getting a second cup for a friend...16$+ for 2 drinks. She ended up feeling sick after and we ended up tossing it. They told her it's made with non-dairy milk in the classic. She was in the bathroom sick for a while. Teahouse nearby is MUCH BETTER and more affordable with a rewards program too. Same with Kungfu Tea or 85-degrees. I'll pick one of those better options that's tastier, cheaper and doesn't get us sick. Also, Totally Tea's Venmo payment doesn't look like a business account. Who is that? A business should do a bit better with everything. The owner supposedly won't let the workers be fair with customers. By the way, My favorite boba place is Tapioca House. $10 gets you chicken & rice + a milk tea :)

The service was really good. However the tea was very very bland. If you are a true tea lover I wouldn't recommend the place.

I ended up getting the Green Smoothie with added Whey Protein and my husband got the Tropical Twist smoothies with added protein as well. The cashier seemed like the only one to be working the front and the phone was constantly ringing so he hadn't started on our smoothies until we came back up to the counter 10 minutes later. No worries though since he started on them right away and they came out fast and SO DELICIOUS! He also gave us Large(s) even though we had ordered medium which was nice because of the wait. Definitely will come back! It's a nice place for a lunch break with plenty of seating, real good music and tasty but healthy food options.

Best part is, I got a chance to the meet the owner. She sooo sweet and delightful! She explained me to how they make their foods by baking or grilling only. No fried or boiled foods. The smoothies are not made with ice or powder!! Huge plus! You can add protein to your smoothies by requesting it. There is indoor and outdoor seating. Both clean and sanitized, bathrooms spotless. I pray this business does well because they truly deserve it. I honestly can't wait to go back!

I also really enjoy their mango yogurt ice cream: a sweet, tangy, and tart frozen yogurt. It's addicting and refreshing. Its location is right next to 99 ranch which makes it convenient after grocery shopping. Service was a bit slow, but they're just starting out so it makes sense. Also, lots of parking available.

However, if you're in search of a good bingsoo, this is not exactly the place to go to. It's crazy to me how there isn't a good bingsoo place in the spring branch area. Was in the area and wanted some, so we came across One Scoop while looking online. Their bingsoo combinations seemed a mixture of classic ones and non-traditional (adding cereal, popping boba, etc). We picked matcha to be safe. We told them we didn't want boba (it was 9pm, didn't want old boba that's been sitting out all day). They told us they didn't have any more green tea gelato and to sub it with a different flavor. Okay - we ask for ube. Their red bean was definitely NOT fresh, not the creamy red bean paste that you typically get in a bingsoo. This tasted like it was straight out of a can - hard and flavorless. Matcha shaved ice - barely tasted matcha. Definitely had a floral note, but not ceremonial grade matcha you'd expect. Only good part is their shaved ice is the milky kind, not the icy kind. Ube ice cream - very faint on the ube taste. The only redeeming part of the whole bingsoo. Wouldn't recommend it for someone looking specifically for ube ice cream though (and I say this as being a Filipino who is picky about her ube.) Service was pleasant and accommodating, however slow even though we were the only customers at the time. Tables lined along the wall, good enough for probably about 20 people. The painting on the wall is from the previous owners of "Chillax" (it says chillax on the drawing). I'm a bit disappointed with the taste of their ingredients made for the bingsoo, therefore won't be returning to try their other items.
