The crown didn't sit right and stuff got under it and everytime I flossed my floss got stuck and was pulling it off. There was so much rotten food stuck underneath it that it stank so bad when it did finally get ripped off by flossing. When I went to get my permanent crown on, I first went to another place to look at a root canal and multiple dentists there said there was no reason on the X-rays or not that I should have had to have a root canal nor have my tooth shaved off. Not to mention, the person working on the tooth the majority of the time was not the dentist. The majority of the time it was the assistants whom shaved my tooth way too much so much that it hurt to eat any food at all when beforehand it didn't hurt to eat anything at all. So I spent over $1700 out of pocket for a procedure that did not need to be completed. The dentists here will scam you and honestly the whole place is entirely sketchy. I would highly recommend anywhere else for reasonable prices and an accurate representation of what you actually need done on your teeth. I have never been so disappointed in a place ever in my entire life but this place is the epitome of why people hate the dentist. I will say that the people who work here are very nice. However, I'd rather have a rude dentist who doesn't scam me than a nice one that does.

The office is well-decorated and cozy with accent walls and aesthetically-pleasing black and white photos of people with ridiculously white teeth. They have complimentary fruit and drinks (orange juice, green tea, water, etc.), free yummy chapstick, and of course your obligatory floss and toothpaste. The exam/cleaning rooms all have nice, big windows, so you can look out the window or watch TV while you are having work done, your choice. Also, you have the option of dipping your hands in a paraffin wax bath for a nice hand treatment as you get your teeth done. Absolutely genius ... I mean, if you're sitting there for an extended period of time anyway, why not? Everyone I interacted with there was very pleasant, but, most importantly, honest. Dr. Alber has a very frank, here's-how-it-is personality, which I really appreciated. He told me I should consider having my wisdom teeth out in the near future, and when I admitted that I thought I would be doing that on my next visit to Peru, he encouraged me. "Heck, they can do it for a lot cheaper than I can -- and they have good dentists!" he said. I really appreciated that because he could have said something like "Well, the only way you can be SURE to have it done well is to go through me." I loved the no-upsale approach. I usually book in advance because the wait time can be very long, but if you get on their wait list for an appointment sooner when cancellations happen you can get in a lot faster. I like the relationship that Dr. Niles and her staff always make an effort to cultivate and continue each visit. The front desk staff also know me by now, and I am welcomed in for each return visit warmly.
