This adds so much extra salt and oil to the sushi that it drowns out the true flavor of the fish. For the first time in my life, I couldn't finish my sushi, and I had no desire to eat any leftovers. The matcha had a healthy green color to it and a very pleasant taste, and even though it was one of the pricier breakfast experiences we had on our trip it was very much a unique one that we didn't expect to find on our visit to Canada. The inside is very small and everyone sits around the conveyor belt. It is first come first serve so plan ahead if you wanna beat the lunch/dinner rushes.
