I am obsessed with eyebrows and have been considering microblading for a long time. I finally got my eyebrows done 4 days ago and I love it! Chloe was amazing! She was very welcoming and sweet. I wasn't sure what shape I wanted so she drew 2 options for me to choose. She was very meticulous, measuring the lengths, widths, and angles. She is definitely good at what she does. She also provided thorough instructions for aftercare and even followed up a couple days later to ensure I was healing ok. Pricing is pretty competitive and booking is easy via her website. I saw Chloe for a tough up in August, first for a consultation and then two sessions of eyebrow microblading. The consultation and first session went well and I made an appointment for a month later to come in for my second session. Showed up to the appointment and the lights were out and no one was there. I waited a few minutes and then I called her and received an automatic text asking to text her instead, so I immediately texted Chloe asking if she was planning on showing up to our appointment. She did not reply so I called her again and she answered clearly frazzled. She said she would have her assistant call me and she hung up. I decided to leave and was contacted by her very unprofessional assistant saying it was all a system error. She asked me if I could wait for Chloe, which I declined. We went back and forth with next available appointment times and I got the sense that I needed to work around their schedule, when it should have been that the other way around. I had to demand a timely reschedule with an AM time, similar to the appointment that was missed. Fast forward to rescheduled appointment and I will say that Chloe offered me a Target gift card for missing the appointment. This would have smoothed everything over as I understand that shit happens, And I would have left it at that BUT.... As the touch up got underway and Chloe was touching up my eyebrows with her head about 5 inches away from my face, Chloe was talking with her assistant about what to eat for lunch and telling her to call that one girlfriend to see if she's free for lunch... and then I felt it. Watery droplets landing on my face and lips. I open my eyes and realize she is not wearing a face mask. CHLOE JUST SPIT ON MY FACE. She realized her mistake and she had to ask her assistant to get her one so that she could finish the session. I firmly believe that Chloe needs a refresher on how to protect herself and her clients while doing her job. If I need to explain to you how viruses and bacteria are transmitted and how blood and other bodily fluids are released when someone uses a blade to cut into your face then maybe you need to find a different line of work. Also, get a new assistant. One that can remember to hit "save". read more

I LOVE IT. I found Chloe through yelp. I liked the before/after photos from others. At $250 for the initial 1 hour and 30 minute appointment and $100 for the touch up appointment, she's competitively priced. The photos I've posted are after the initial appointment, and I just booked the touch up since everything I've seen/read about Microblading recommends it (lasts longer, looks better, etc). My eyebrows grew in patchy and asymmetrical before, which is why I wanted to get it done. I mainly wanted them to be symmetrical, and I think she did a great job. I was a tad concerned about them coming out too straight because a lot of the photos were of straight brows, but she was really conscientious of the shape and asked me what I wanted and if the stencil was okay multiple times. She was a bit of a perfectionist too, scrutinizing and redoing anything that wasn't 100% up to her standards, which is EXACTLY what I want when I get things like this done. Her assistant told me that she's spent 10 years doing this, and has had her own practice for four. She also mostly speaks Korean, and her lovely assistant translates anything that needs to be translated to make fully sure that your needs are being met. They use a numbing cream first, and I barely even felt the procedure. I have really sensitive skin too, and a really low pain tolerance. It felt like a close shave more than anything. Apparently I also have somewhat thin skin too, which I didn't know, so she was extra gentle and did three passes instead of two, which was really thoughtful and definitely above and beyond. She asked if anything hurt or stung often as well. I couldn't even really feel it because the numbing cream worked so well, but I thought that was really conscientious. They sent me a very comprehensive aftercare sheet and what to expect along with some aftercare gel packets. There's a Target next door that carries the waterproof bandaids they recommend, so it's in a great location since it's so easy to pick up the band aids. I also got some arnica homeopathic gel for when they start to heal at the Target. Overall, I'm thrilled with the experience and results. I was hesitant going in since it is permanent makeup that lasts around three years, but I'm really happy I chose such a great place. I can not recommend Touch by Chloe highly enough. A tip: Wash your hair/shave etc beforehand. I wash my hair once a week and didn't know You can't get your brows wet for a week after (hence the waterproof bandaids), and now I have to figure all that out. I also didn't know that vitamin e and multivitamins can thin blood and leave skin more prone to bruising and slower healing in some cases, so I'd recommend not taking multi vitamins or using vitamin e for a week before the appointment. read more

So glad I found her. Her prices are very reasonable and she was able to fit me in last minute the night prior. She has an assistant to translate for her as she mainly speaks Korean. Great attention to detail. She spent a little over an hour for my initial session and close to an hour for the second to ensure the shape and stroke marks were exactly like she had wanted. The best ! Love my brows! Sadly the ink come off too quickly for me due to my oily skin so sad because I had to come for 2nd touch up. The eyebrows looks good but I might have to get touch up once a year or once every 7-8 months. The ink fades too fast for me. If you have oily skin... super duper oily skin like me then it's something for you to think about. However I love the eyebrow shape and it's amazingly done! So this review is long overdue... Let me first say that I have had my eyebrows done in the past with so-so results so going again I was a little wary of the outcome. I went to Chloe for both an eyebrow and Lip procedure. My first appointment with Chloe was in July 2018, with my final appointment in September 2018. Throughout all appointments and even follow up after my last appointment, Chloe was extremely patient with all my questions and never made me feel rushed even though there were times that I went over my allotted appointment time. Most importantly though was her attention to detail. With my last Lip appointment, she could tell that it wasn't going to be 100% to her satisfaction and ended up having me come back a final time to make sure i was completely happy. At the time, I was and I can say that even now, months later, I'm still very much satisfied with both my eyebrows and lips. I feel so much freer knowing that I'm looking my best "without makeup". I got my eyebrows tattooed a month ago by Chloe and it's one of the best decisions I've ever made! I was always scared to get any permanent make up on my face because well, if they screw it up, I have to live with it for a long time! So after several of my friends and family got their eyebrows tattooed with 3D stroke, I started to get interested. However, I wasn't completely sold on the others' eyebrows so I did my own research and found Chloe. She took her time to draw the outline and measure everything so that it would come out perfect. As she started to tattoo after the numbing cream had been applied for about 20 mins, she constantly asked me if I was able to feel any pain. As soon as I felt a little sting, she applied more numbing cream so it was a very comfortable procedure for me. I was expecting my brows to be sore for a couple days, but for me it didn't hurt at all! (Even the day I got them done.) I've gotten so many compliments on my brows and many of my friends didn't even know I got them done because they look so natural. I just got my touch-up 2 weeks ago so my eyebrows are now completely healed, and I have to say...I love them! I'm so glad I went with Chloe, and I am obsessed with all her work. The last time I got my eyebrows tattooed were the "soft touch" brows that look like a powder fill, but that was 6 years ago. Recently, a lot of my friends have been getting theirs microbladed and it's actually funny that all the brows that I loved on my friends, I asked them all who they went to, and they ALL said Chloe! Many of them don't even know each other as well and are from different friend groups, so it was interesting they all went to Chloe. Now that I'm counting how many of my friends went to her, I know 6 friends who went to her, and in addition to that, my sister in law AND my mother in law. All of them couldn't recommend Chloe enough, so I was finally able to commit and booked an initial consultation and appointment in April. Chloe isn't fluent in English (she speaks Korean), but she has a translator who will help out. This was a little scary at first, because I was worried things might get lost in translation, but it actually wasn't any trouble at all and the process was still very easy and smooth. Chloe will help draw in your brows and show you what she recommends and I think she has an excellent eye for choosing the best shape to frame your face. She is so easy to work with and will listen to your input as well, and ultimately we chose together a shape that worked for my face. Next up, she put some numbing cream on my brows and after waiting 10 minutes for it to set in, she started the microblading! It actually wasn't very painful at all and very tolerable. I think this part took about an hour, and afterwards, she gives you after care instruction and you're done! Touch ups are optional (and I love that she prices them separately, in case you feel like you don't need one, and also if you're out of town and can't come back for it) but I did come back to do one 6 weeks after the initial appointment just to make my brows a little darker and thicker. Also, don't be alarmed right after the appointment or even the days after by your brows if you think they're too dark or too thick! They fade and shrink a lot, so even though I was a little taken aback immediately after the appointment by how intense they looked, I made them even darker and thicker at the touch up because I knew they would fade after they healed. I would totally recommend Chloe if you're thinking of microblading your brows, and she is amazing at what she does and is truly a perfectionist! Knowing this and seeing how diligent she is at her job, I trusted her wholeheartedly with my brows and am so happy with the results! Chloe and her assistant helped me in getting the precise shape down, as I came in not knowing exactly what I wanted. For me, their feedback was very professional, valuable, and much appreciated. Hey!! I just wanted to update my review!! At the beginning I was really happy and excited to get new eyebrows and the two ladies are nice so I put the review before I get my final results!! But after my eyebrows just healed from the treatment they look like before and didn't really see a difference, when I went back to them they told me that because I bleed a lot it fate away!! And that wasn't satisfying because it doesn't make any sense to pay $400 for a chance not to bleed especially they didn't warn me before about this might happens!! I usually don't complain about stuff that I purchase but this is a different situation because $400 is a lot of money to loose!! And what made me really mad is they didn't say that during the pressure or before the touch up. I'm really not satisfied and I don't recommend to waste your money read more
