We have three children at Touch N Go Soccer Academy, and we're truly grateful for the impact it's had on all of them. Our youngest (4 years old) has developed great awareness, coordination, and is already understanding the game. TUSTIN LOCATION (Daughter 11 years old - 3 years of soccer experience): first impression with the staff, very friendly and informative. I spoke with Brenda she was nice enough to set me up and give me a tour. I initially wanted my daughter to be in the Ball Mystery intermediate but Brenda suggested another class for beginners. At first I was hesitant because she's not a beginner but I AM GLAD I took her advice. I would advise you take your child to do a beginner class to get assessed because even the beginner class moved fast BUT IT WAS GREAT. The coaches were coaching. I don't want to scare anyone but coaches were coaching. They were nice don't get me wrong. My daughter said she was nervous but everyone was nice and welcoming but I needed coaches to correct her form and guide her in the right direction and not to "baby" my player and they didn't. It was exactly what I was looking for. My daughter loved it. She's ready to try another class. ITS STROLLER FRIENDLY. My son who's 4 likes the cute little cafe. There's not a bad seat in the house. Fantastic training facility! All of the staff from front desk to trainers are super friendly and amazing at what they do. We have been coming to this training facility on and off for a couple years. When my son joined a club team, there were areas where he wanted to improve. Although we had worked with private trainers in the past, we love the versatility of classes, variety of trainers and the ease of scheduling. Some of the classes can be quite large when it's a full class. The upside is that my son is usually with older kids so it challenges him and pushes him to be faster, the downside is less personalized training. But every time, he gets quite a workout and absolutely enjoys it! I'll say that his preference is working with Candice. She takes the time to pull individuals aside to give them personalized instruction (which isn't easy to do in a large class size). My younger daughter also wanted to get in the action so I had her do a few training sessions with the Junior League. I believe it's for 4-6 yr olds, and she's loved that as well! If you are looking for additional training, definitely give Touch N Gi a try! read more

Customer service is pretty horrendous so don't expect much attention in this regard. Meaning, don't expect them to answer the phone, return calls, or respond to online inquiries. Facility is ridiculously hot with no airflow. The drills were good and they have a nice seating area to watch which is what earned some stars. My daughter did one of their camps and the vibe is not welcoming and very clique. One of the head coaches laughed at my daughter when she messed up a move. She was signed up for a 3 day camp and went only the first day. Never heard from the camp asking why she didn't return. There's much better facilities and trainers out there so not sure why this one gets so much hype. read more

This company is highly inefficient, highly ineffective and intentionally engaging in fraudulent behaviors. They do not honor their contract and continue to charge your credit card months after you honor your terms of the agreement. This is intentional fraudulent behavior to seek and secure funding beyond the terms of your monthly contract. Do not sign up for any reoccurring months charges, as there is no intention on their part to allow you to be released from these charges even when you -- provide reasonable advance notice of discontinuing with them, contact them repeatedly to which they ignore all these attempts, leaving you to incur further costs to stop payments each month with your bank or cancel your credit card number. They obviously have created a process that pays and this is fraudulent behavior. Avoid this company all costs. read more

I have explained more than at least 5 times my frustrations, which I think is an easy fix (my sons profile was not correct in their system so I couldn't sign up for advanced classes) and no one will help me. Highly recommend their cryotherapy. The facility is clean, staffs are nice and knowledgeable. My kid got kicked right above his knee at a soccer tournament, he could barely walk, we brought him to Touchngo for a local cryotherapy session, he said it's 80% better right after and he was able to run full game in the afternoon. Disclaimer: cryotherapy helps with sore tired muscles and bruises. It won't help with ACL or broken bone - seek dr.'s advice as always. read more

My son played a game here where a player in the other team was playing beyond aggressive, throwing punches and elbows etc to all players in our team. The ref did not control the game or call any fouls at all.. this resulted in that kid attacking my son after he asked him why he's playing like this. My son defended himself which was when A parent from another team whom did not even have a child at that game, proceeded to put his hands on my son and throw him.. after being confronted by angry parents he left. I showed up the following day and spoke with Candice "the owner" who began to tell me that my son was the aggressor and that it was his fault because he was a guest player and wasn't even supposed to be there... there were many witnesses confirming my son defended himself as the other kid shoved him and threw a punch at him before my son took any defensive action. Candice continued to brush off the fact our story "conflicts with internal reports" and that reports internally were "consistent" only to later say later in the conversation that every report was "inconsistent".. she continued to tell me how their main focus was on the kids safety, yet when asked to review camera footage it was revealed they had ONE camera which was located in the lobby. The worst part is, Candice said she knew the guy who did it and that doesn't sound like something he would do and continued to brush things off and dismiss it. She then told me she was going to have an internal meeting with all employees and get their statements again and would follow up with me later that day. I texted her an hour after the time she said she would follow up with me at and ignored me. I was able to get in touch with the actual owner Chris, who took the matter serious and took action. For Candice to continuously say that the kids safety is their priority but assure me the ref was not allowing this type of play and brush off the entire incident... Thank You chris for taking our kids safety serious, I strongly feel Candice needs to stop protecting friends and stand up for what's right. We will never return back to this facility. read more

Took my daughter and niece to their beginners class on the weekend both Saturday and Sunday. Have to say the girls enjoyed the class, the work , and the fundamentals that they were shown. But besides having a great facility and staff l was able to try their cryotherapy chamber, tgcryo is state of the art. I went in there and immediately felt great. I highly recommend it . I felt secure, safe, and comfortable. The cryotherapy chamber is a great tool for any athlete or weekend warrior like myself. My 3 children have progressed since joining T&G. They were late bloomers but the instructors are very encouraging and demanding. They are always on time and the variety of classes allow the kids to focus on different skills like defense, shooting, passing, and overall skill development. read more

At Touch N Go, my son has tried: 1) a group class 2) indoor soccer league games 3) a pick up game 4) the academy program The results of these has been mixed. He hated the group class (2 kids). I observed it, and it was not well run. There wasn't any personalized instruction, just drills that he could have done on his own. The indoor soccer league games have been fun. Touch N Go doesn't provide anything except the space, schedule, and the ref. My son signed up for a pick up game, which was cancelled, never rescheduled, and we haven't received a refund for the $15 yet. It's been almost a year. I emailed and texted about it, but I consider it a loss now. My son loves the academy program. I think the academy program builds a community, the kids get a good workout, and his fitness and presence on the field have improved. He loves soccer more than ever, thanks to Touch N Go's Academy. read more

Long review but one worth telling. My 9 yr old son Noah started at TG back in May 2021. He never trained outside of his soccer club before and needed the training badly since he is smaller in stature and was getting shoved around on the field. His confidence level started to decline and asked for training to help him. He plays a striker/forward position.Within 5 months of training at TG consistently every 1-2x/week we could see the difference on the field at games. So much so that his coach also started using him in a defensive back position for half a game when needed because he would attack and stop the ball no matter how big the other players were. Thank you TG for helping Noah reach his goal. All that training helped him move up to the next flight level up this 2022 season! Hard work definitely pays off! read more

Our kids have been training here for a few months. It's been terrific for the kids to drill on fundamental techniques, refine their skills, and correct bad habits. We have trained with Candice primarily and started with Abraham as well. They both bring real world soccer experience to teach our kids beyond footwork. They help them learn the soccer game from a strategy perspective, which is so important and definitely elevates a player's ability to see the "big picture" and become more dynamic. My 8 year old has been going for almost a year to classes and has participated in their indoor league since he started. He has improved immensely on his footwork and power. TNG offers so many different types and times of classes at all different ages and abilities. My son has loved the weekend games and the pick up games on the weekdays. Mixed emotions about this place. The classes are amazing really enjoy them specially because my son benefits from them and is getting so much experience. Other than that indoor games get so intense other players play aggressively and ref doesn't say anything instead just laugh at them . They say they care about the kids and that their safety is their number one priority but yet they don't put a barrier on the gate so kids won't get hurt. Also the refs should be certified not just a random person. I would put a 5star review but not u til those issues are fixed for the mean time this is my review. read more
