I have a very low pain tolerance, and they have both taken the time to have a conversation with me to distract me during my service. There are different pain levels for lasers so be honest about your pain tolerance. They also have more than one laser option for those of us with melanin! Not to mention, this salon wanted to charge me $22 for eyebrow threading, when on Yelp it clearly says it should cost $14. In the middle of the service, she says she can't do my eyebrows because I can't pull my skin tight enough, and asks me if I can remove my contact lenses for her lol...mind you, she has no other clients in the salon at the time! I should've trusted my gut and went to Saylah Threading on Amsterdam Ave instead. My girl at Saylah always does an excellent job with no extra requirements on behalf of the customer and charges half the iiprice in a spa setting!
