My experience here was absolutely perfect, Angela is super knowledgeable and honest when it comes to her prices, products, and what she thinks would look best for you if you're not 100% sure on making a decision. The day before my appointment I was texted thorough instructions on how to reach her office, which was very helpful because navigating to it was quite challenging. There is a parking garage and also a few parking spots before the gated community area, but the spots are sparse. I recommend doing free street parking along the area, either the sidewalk in front of StudioPlex or the residential streets nearby and walking to the clinic, which will be through the walkway you see directly under the big StudioPlex sign. You have to walk quite a bit into the walkway, and eventually you'll see the clinic's sign out front. The interior of the clinic is clean and decorated nicely, with info pamphlets about the products being used and services offered. Through the entire process--consultation and procedure--Angela gave very helpful advice and I ended up adding on a botox treatment for my TMJ while also providing aesthetic results. I definitely would come again, you're shown immediate before and after pictures, and despite the differences the end result for me came out so natural and exactly what I was hoping for! Angela's also very generous about helping figure out pricing and pay, which I greatly appreciated!! I definitely will be coming back, battling in the race to book with her on the appointment schedule is 100% worth it for me!

This was my first time having any injectables done - I got filler in my lips and arrived still needing a consultation and professional opinion. My appointment was at 9:35 am on a Sunday at the studioplex location. I was nervous about the pain of injections after googling how bad it would hurt the night before but Angela put me at ease and totally accommodated me (had me lay down in case I passed out, iced my face, etc). I arrived about 30 mins early and Angela was able to see me about 20 before my actual appointment time, super considerate of my time. We had a brief consultation and talked about being conservative but still achieving the results I wanted. She numbed my lips for ~15 mins and they were good and numb by the time she started injecting. I am very particular and perfectionistic so it was a big leap of faith to trust someone with my face but Angela just gets it. My results are beautiful and she specifically said in my appointment the goal is to make it look like your lips, but better - not make it look different. I didn't know exactly the amount of filler I wanted and she basically said she would inject until it looked great, ended up using about 7/10ths of the syringe. Definitely the kind of professional to make the choice to send you home with beautiful results rather than try and sell another syringe or treatment just because she can. The injections felt like someone was just pinching me with tweezers, not even as bad as a bee sting. So so quick and easy. No pain after and hardly any swelling! I have a very light bruise 2 days later but it looks like nothing happened to anyone other than me. Literally everything could not have gone better. I think I walked out 30 minutes after my appointment was scheduled to start, so efficient. I will absolutely be back for Botox and recommend Angela to anyone who asks!

Our first appointment gave us so much information about her skin, and how products and diet can impact the health of your skin. They put my daughter on a skin regimen that has taught her the importance of taking care of her face. It seems like a lot of steps at first but it takes less than 2 minutes to complete the steps, and she will have a lifetime of success knowing what products to use. I've been getting lashes for apx 6 years now and I'm more used to having one dedicated lash girl...but this place takes training and technique so seriously that I just book online with whoever is first available because they're ALL THAT GOOD! Julie was the first gal that ever did my lashes here - she was transitioning me from having seen another lash artist for a while a did a FLAWLESS job giving me a really full, dramatic classic set. I've seen Robin a few times, she helped transition me from classic to volume and was so fantastic at understanding what I wanted and also what would look best on me based on eye/face shape/lash line etc. I love that she's meticulous! Akira is the gal I see most often and she is just freaking amazing. She's so much fun to spend time with while being the most professional, thorough perfectionist (the dream qualities of a lash artist!!) I joked once that I always leave her feeling super vain because I go home and take a million selfies but IT'S TRUE. She gets exactly how far she can push the drama on my volume set without making it look overdone. Also...okay, you should never be late, but once I WAS late and she took extra time to make sure I was still at 100% fullness when I left. It was so so kind of her to do when I was the one that messed up and was late. I'm in love. Morgan is a dang master and I adore her so much. I'm amazed at how much knowledge she has of her craft and how passionate she is! She has great advice to give about lashes and skincare and ... of course ... does flawless work.
