Crystal is very detail oriented, efficient and offers color recommendations, which I appreciate. I've been going to Crystal for about 6 months and I'm obsessed. My hard gel lasts about 4-5 weeks without chipping. I schedule appts about 4 weeks apart, so I have yet to see a nail chip. I love that my appts don't take forever and that I've never had to wait longer than 5 mins to be seated for a service. I get gel pedicures with Mandy, she is so gentle and friendly. There's nothing worse than experiencing pain or cringing during a pedicure bc it hurts, that won't happen with Mandy! I love that I can book through Vagaro! The atmosphere is peaceful, clean and classy. I do believe you can truly unwind here! Parking is also a plus. When you're done with your appt, pop into Dots & get a cupcake for a full on self care day. I will continue going to Lumi & will report back. PS. The injury in my photo with the pink nails was not caused by anyone at Lumi. LOL - I was cutting a lime and it rolled. Ouch! They also add polish colors to their rotation and let me know when they get new colors in! If you want nail art, be sure to specify it at the time of your appointment or at the front desk as not all nail techs here do nail art. I go with whoever is free to do my nails and have never had a problem. Everyone here has always been kind to me and there's a good, relaxing vibe.

I was just randomly googling different nails places near me, and this had to be about the second or third time searching google and really getting the feel of the place just from its photography and appearance. Mind you I was browsing first to find air brush, but then I came across some nail inspiration and boom. I found the "one" look I wanted. So just from the nail inspiration I wanted to find a nail place that gave me what I was feeling from the photograph, a meditation zone, a mini vacation, some earthy vibes, a peace of mind. So out of all the places I came across I chose this one, mainly because my baby nephew name is Mason, but then I looked into the website and it felt amazing just from its art , the style of nails.
