From the start, she was sweet, welcoming, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She walked me through the entire process, answered all my questions, and continuously checked in to make sure I was comfortable and happy with her work. She gave me plenty of options while also offering her expertise on which tones and colors she thought would complement me best--and I really appreciated that. The shop got a little busy while I was there, but I was impressed by how all of the technicians handled the crowd with style and grace. Most importantly, Hannah never made me feel rushed. She continued to give my pedicure the same level of attentiveness, accuracy, and care from beginning to end. She treated me like a paying client who deserved her time, and that stood out to me. Found a clean and professional nail spa with plenty of new polish options! I'm very picky about hygiene, and this place is spotless. The staff greeted me immediately and were very warm and welcoming. Parking was also easy at 11a on a Saturday, huge win. My powder dip mani looks so natural, and the technician was so careful with my cuticles during my gel pedi. This place isn't the same anymore. The previous management was warm and welcoming, but the new manager is impatient, unfriendly, and often rude, which has completely changed the atmosphere. I've been three times over the past few months and the salon has been noticeably empty each visit, nothing like it used to be. I'm only giving three stars because the nail technician who's been here for years is consistently kind and does great work. Customers pay for a service and an experience, and if management continues to treat people like an inconvenience, they'll take their business elsewhere. read more

I've been coming here for 13 years and I've never had a bad experience. All the nail techs are quick and good at their jobs. I can bring them any design and they've always managed to do it for me. It's also reasonably priced compared to a lot of other nail salons. I've tried branching out but they always keep me coming back. read more

Went in for a pedi and out of all the years I've been here, this was my first time seeing a cheese grater like tool being used during a callus removal. I feel like my heel looks worse now. Made an appointment for my husband and myself and had no wait time on a Saturday afternoon. I appreciate that they have a very clear price list so there's no grey zone or bogus extra fees. You just point to what you want and no one will upsell you. Mimi (Thuy) took care of me. They are open to walk-ins as well. They are efficient in getting your nails done. If you are doing a mani-pedi, they have one person working on your fingers and another on your feet. You can be in and out of the salon in less than an hour for regular mani-pedis. They are good about checking to ensure your nails are done well. The parking at the plaza is a hit or miss. It's a very crowded plaza. There is street parking available as well.The Salon follows all COVID protocols using only new sterilized equipment per customer. They take walk ins and are very a accommodating with your time. Their GelX last 4+ weeks for me and considering I'm pretty active with my hands. I wear/change gloves at least 20x a day and wash my hands constantly. All the techs are good at designs especially if you have a reference picture for them. If they're not able to do it, they tell you upfront which I appreciate. But that rarely happens. Shout out to Sam who is amazing at pedicures. I had Mimi first who was patient as I'm always indecisive about my colors/design, and frequently checked in. She did paint the solid base colors kinda fast so the edges and tips aren't as polished as I would've liked, but it was fine overall and she's sweet and funny (: Heidi then did my design (my fav nail tech so far) she has a good eye for color theory and design. Somehow her design was better than the google image I had showed her IMO. She was quite meticulous and just knew what would look good. I'm definitely going back to Heidi for designs! They deleted my last review. I wrote a long story about why I will never be coming back. Long story short I gave them a simple design to do and they completely butchered it. The people are nice here but the quality in their nails is honestly a hit or miss. And the prices are pretty expensive. From what i remember it was $30 for chrome and $30 for gel and $5 each for gems. I ended up paying like $85 for this set. I wish they saw the way my nails looked and gave me a huge discount. Or at least told me to come back another day to redo them. I personally think they need to hire people that do the job WELL to match the prices. read more

Decided to give this place a try, due to great reviews. But after getting a pedicure. I would not recommend anyone to come here for a well done pedicure. It was done in such a quick manner and the worker did not throughly give the service. No cleaning whatsoever, just took off my gel and filed down my nails. Also keep in mind that French tip is an extra $15. I paid a total of $65 for sloppy fast work. The biggest issue in my eyes was the worker scrolling through tiktok the entire service. She always goes above and beyond to make sure my nails are great every time. This month I decided to get a heart design on my nails (something I never do) and it turned out super cute. This is the place to get your nails done! I am preschool teacher and the wear and tear my nails go through is a lot, paint, sand, mud, and constant hand washing. Simple, clean yet elegant. She is detail oriented, listen to the color/shape I want and even offer me to take picture of the OPI gel color that is a perfect nude pink to my skin tone. She is confident that her client will return, thus not trying to hide the color if I ask. Price is reasonable, for my style it's $85 as of May 2022. A friend and I went today, she got a pedicure and I got a manicure. It was $21 for a normal manicure and the quality was just decent. Looking at my nails up close, it definitely isn't the best manicure I've gotten and I think I could have even done a better job myself. My friend on the other hand who got a pedicure, literally had a bleeding toe for 30+ minutes. While they were cleaning up the cuticles, they slightly cut into her skin around her big toe which kept bleeding the whole time. They tried to clean it and put on Neosporin but eventually just painted over the nail anyway with blood still flowing around it (???) They were very apologetic and tried to be helpful but in the end it is a pretty severe mistake they should not be making. Unfortunately my friend also still had to pay full price at the end :( read more

Appointments only!!! & Parking can be difficult since it's a small lot. Wahhhhhh, my friend treated me to a gel mani and pedi and I am OBSESSSSED with my nails! I got a gel mani (with hard gel?) with 3 designs on each hand and a classic pedi. The Pedicure: Sam did my pedicure for me and he was so friendly! He told me he's been doing nails for the last 5 years and honestly? It shows. I sat down and he turned the massage on for me on his favorite setting (loved that he did this for me instead of letting me just click a bunch of buttons hahaha). He was very personable and I also appreciated that he asked me if I was ticklish since he was about to start scrubbing my feet. Most of the time, they just scrub away and I end up squirming; he avoided the center of my feet so I didn't do this. Yayyyy Sam!!! He also gave me a gentle leg massage and I liked he made sure to ask if my bruise still hurt (I'm a klutz and I had a bruise on my shin). Double yayyy for Sam! I couldn't decide if I wanted my toes to be matte (to match my hands), so I asked Sam. He told me matte tends to not look as great on toes and I agreed with him! He finished and then came back to check on me after. Kudos Sam! The manicure: Crystal did my manicure and was super patient with me. I hadn't gotten my nails done professional since likeeeee 2017? It's been too long. I had saved a picture of the nail design i wanted and shared it with her. She got it pretty close to the picture! But yeah, I kept forgetting that I needed to put my hand back into the UV light and crystal started joking around with me, she said that she'd start charging me $5 if I keep forgetting to put my hand under the light, LOL. She was funny! It was kind of hard to hear her, I also have really bad hearing, and I kept having to ask her to repeat herself (sorry!!!). Anyway, I loved that I could ask her for revisions or to add more details to my nails without feeling like a hassle. Triple yay!!!! I also accidentally ran my finger into the lamp and then I had to ask her to file down a little bump on my nail at the very end; she helped me fix both of those things without a second thought or huff or puff! Quadruple yay! Last and final yay goes to them for asking us to wash our hands right away upon arrival and confirming our appointment. Everyone had masks on and the place felt clean! 5 yays = 5 stars hahah If you're looking to get your nails done, I would definitely recommend this place. Gel X french tip ombré cost $80 and although it looked nice at the end, I had 3 cuts on my fingers and ended up leaving with blood crusted around the cuticle of my right thumb. I thought it was strange how the nail tech didn't use a cuticle nipper in the beginning but instead went in with a nail drill tool towards the end on my cuticles. It felt careless. The nail tech didn't say anything until I noticed and pointed it out at the end as I was paying and then she said sorry. I couldn't help but feel the stinging of my cuticles during my wedding weekend because it took 3-4 days to heal. Maybe it was the nail tech I had but I don't know if I'd come back. read more
