From beginning to end, each and every experience with Lumi is a dream. They have an online booking system through Vagaro that is accessible through the link on their Instagram page. It is quick and easy to book any artist or service that you'd like on any given date or time. I typically book back-to-back services (manicure and pedicure), and it's amazing! I have recently leaned towards gel manicures with no designs, but their artists are incredibly creative, so please out their Instagram page for their work and/or inspo! I live in the IE and the drive out is worth every single dollar (although this new location is a few exits closer!). Crystal has always been meticulous when it comes to the quality of her work, and that has not changed despite both studios being consistently booked and busy. She's not only discerning when it comes to nail art and what would look good, but also when it comes to handpicking all the talented and skilled artists at her studios as well. I always get Japanese gel with designs (with the occasional gel x extensions for special events) and the way my nails are sooooo healthy and strong and unbreakable shocks all of my friends who get their nails done at other places. I will let my photos speak for themselves, but I know every time I go to Crystal it's not just about getting the design on the nails...she also does such an amazing job taking care of removal, filing them down, and maintaining the integrity and quality of your nails and making sure its at its best before getting to the designs. She's also very detail-oriented, never rushes you even if she's running behind, and you can tell she loves her craft because her work has only gotten more deft over the years, like she practices and keeps up to date on all the new techniques / products.
