The owner answered, listened to my situation, and immediately suggested I stop by and ask for Brian, saying he'd help if he could. Wanting to avoid the hassle of a dealership, I took his advice and went in. Brian turned out to be incredibly kind and helpful. He took the time to look over the car right away, then suggested we go for a quick drive so he could better understand the issue. He even hooked up a diagnostic tool and quickly resolved the problem--all with a friendly attitude. The cost was very reasonable, and the overall experience was outstanding. It's a well-run, professional shop with genuinely nice people. They'll definitely be my go-to if I ever need help again. Five stars, easily!

Along with a full repaint, there were a number of small to medium maintenance things that needed doing, re surfacing the interior ceiling with new cloth, fixing some minor body issues, polishing and clearing up my head lamps. It was a lot of work, and took about a month - but when I got my car back on the other end I almost didn't recognize it. Contacted DFW Bumper Solutions after an unfortunate encounter with another car's trailer hitch…read more They contacted me back in minutes, made the appointment for the next day. They gave me a two-hour window for their arrival and showed up 15 minutes into that window. The whole job, including some preexistent scuffing on the side of the bumper, took about two hours, all done in my driveway. The color match and finish is impeccable and the price is less than a third of what a body shop would have cost me, not counting leaving the vehicle and having to get a rental while they did it. Multiple, convenient ways to pay. Cannot say enough good about this business (I almost want to call it a service), and Shannon who came and did all the work. Top notch, down-to-earth good neighbors.
