I also had another mishap with an animal (I need to stop doing that) in 2023 and they did an excellent job back then, as well! The second accident occurred on 4/12. I submitted a claim through my insurance on 4/13 and called to make an appointment on 4/14. The process was very easy (as it was the first time) and everyone was very friendly. I ended up dropping my car off on 4/15 and upon inspection, I let Tom know that there was a very small part on my driver's side that was missed the first time. It wasn't very visible when the car door was shut and I definitely don't blame them at all for missing this, as it was easy to do so. He was extremely apologetic about that and let me know that they would take care of the issue. After the inspection, I was taken to Enterprise to pick up my rental and my rental was reserved until 5/3. I was then kept up to date on what was going on with my vehicle through text messages. On Friday, 4/18, I received a call from Tom, letting me know that they were wrapping up my vehicle and I could stop by later that day to pick it up. What?!?!? Less than a week from my accident to being 100% repaired is incredible!!! The speed of service didn't at all affect the quality of their work and I'm extremely happy! In summary, if your car gets damaged, take it to North Texas Collision Center! Getting into an accident is never fun, but Tom and the crew at North Texas Collision Center helped make me feel a whole lot better. I hope I don't get into any more accidents, but if it does happen, North Texas Collision Center will absolutely receive my business again, even if I would happen to relocate to the other side the Metroplex. Dallas JDM sold me an engine that arrived with a bent cam sprocket. It also had a sticker…read moreindicating the timing belt had been replaced at 86k miles in 2012 so they were lying about the engine having 50-65k miles on it. Further, there was a loud knocking noise coming from the engine and compression was around 100-125 PSI on each cylinder. It took 2-3 days and I had to re-send the same e-mail a few times before they would respond to my questions. I eventually received a refund but it cost me a lot of time, labor, and money. When I did finally receive the refund a few weeks later, they issued it without any sort of apology for selling me a defective engine with way more miles on it than they advertised. I definitely will not purchase from them again.

This week was a perfect example, I started my mini convertible, and it ran very rough as if my catalytic converter was missing. I limped to Tony's shop and had to go out of town bracing myself for engine work or other costly repair. A day later he calls me and says that I had a leaking valve cover and it's fully under warranty. I cannot recommend Tony enough for all your Mini Cooper needs. I feel everything now when I'm driving but I suppose that's to be expected when you lift. Overall not too bouncy. Turn around time was fantastic. David was super cool and very knowledgeable. Super confident in his work and what was going to be performed. The reason I gave 4 stars is as follows: *The first time I called, I didn't get David. Got a younger guy that seemed to be a little eager to get a sale. What he quoted and recommended vs what David did was wayyyy different. There's a specific lift kit that this truck needed and David was able to call that out as soon as I gave him the make/model. The younger guy was probably doing his best but not as experienced with this truck. *I drove up there one day and the parts hadn't come in yet. A little communication would've been nice so I didn't waste 46 mins driving there. I would've understood the delay because of Covid but I got nothing. Drove 46 mins there for a 3 min conversation about the parts not being there yet when a simple call/text would've sufficed. *After the work was complete, I got on the road and noticed the low tire light was on. It's a small thing but ALL of the tires were low. The attention to detail matters when you're working on people's vehicles.

Then I remember the Christian Brotther that is located in Green oaks Blvd dow the street from my house , I arrived ther near closing time and they were really nice but didn't have the time to do me the service at that moment but they ask me if I could leave my part with them , and one of their tachs would take care of the issue for my first thing in the morning . They open at 7Am and I went back to their shop around 7:10 am and sure enough full staff there already super friendly people and they recognize me from the night before and I was offer a cup of coffee and had a 5min conversation with the front desk Holly supper friendly and kind , the next thing I know one if the techs was out at front with my part and in addition of their fast service they wave their fee which it was not much to begin with , I thought that was super nice I am not saying that they will waive other fees for you but to me it meant a lot very greatfull of their kindness.
