Ordered via Doordash on Saturday 8/28/2021. I'm like 5 min from them but really did not feel like leaving the house. Anyhow the food was out, fresh and tasty. They do not put any type of seasoning in their fries, like not even salt. Anyhow I ordered the. 15 piece honey garlic with fries, peach drink and a slice of key lime cake which they were out and gave me lemon cake in place of. Wish they would have called me, not a fan of lemon at all and it was typical box cake, but moist. Wings were small but I do not like those huge, jumbo wings so that was fine with me, they were crispy and honey garlic flavor was on point!!. Fries were crispy and good once you add seasoning to them. 15 piece includes 2 cups or ranch. Peach drink was ok, not a stong peaxh flavor though. Wow, what a difference a year makes! Before the pandemic hit this place was the bomb! The food was good, fresh and had a clean taste! I stop going to the other wing place because of this place! But the last few times I stopped by I notice a change in the quality of the food and service! The food nolonger has the fresh taste like before! The size of the wings reminds me old the pigeon wings from back in the day! And they were soggy! The fries that were once my favorite, now tasted like they were unthawed refrozen! They nolonger have that crispy clean taste they had when I ate there a year ago! Also I've see the prices have gone up and the customer service has gone down! Okay, I know this is not fine dining, but edible would have been nice. Our fail for waiting until this was the only place open( won't happen again). So one order of the philly and wings combo( wings not eaten..hard, and the flavor was not fresh. Lemon pepper) Next was the 10 piece. Again with the dry ol little unflattering wings!! And the last but not least. This is always a risk...I had the two piece whiting . Threw the whole darn thing out!! Awful!! Long day. Passed this place and decided to try. Went inside as the drive-thru looked long. (Plus, I wanted to take my time figuring out my order.) No wait. Very nice customer service, despite the obvious rush (several customers were waiting for their orders). I got 6 Spicy Lemon Pepper Wings and a Shrimp /White Fish Meal. Although it's a busy Friday night, everything is cooked to perfection, they included ALL condiments and cutlery in my bag (so annoying when you hafta go add it all or ask when places give you your food!), and had my favorite salted seasoning out near the self-serve drinks so I could season my fries just the way I like 'em. This place is a GEM! And their prices beat the pants off other places for wings and Popeye's for the fish and shrimp. They also have gyros and philly sandwiches on the menu. Nice variety! To the people who complained about the wait: I'd rather wait for good food, than get subpar food quickly! I'll be back for SURE!! read more

Tried this place a couple of times. Wings and fish were good but the customer service is terrible. None of the employees appear to want to be there. The point of the drive thru is fast service however it's extremely slow even if you call on your order. Not to mention the order speaker doesn't work; you have to order from the window (if anyone comes to the window). Also when you call in, half the time the phone doesn't connect and they have TWO numbers. And when you finally get someone, you're put on hold then hung up on.
