Hi, I was celebrating a friend whom graduated with her nursing degree and took her out to lunch! I went to your establishment the other day for the 3pm special BOGO 1/2 pitas as I have had ordered it many times with no issues. Your cashier informed me you no longer honor the BOGO 1/2 on the combo meals which I ordered two chicken pitas combos. I was disappointed and of course still purchased due to me celebrating my friend for her accomplishments. However, your sign posted does not state combos are not included and your cashier said, "Carlos no longer allows it as she has honored it in the past." Much to my disappointment I wanted to inform you I will longer eat at your establishment due to the false advertising and poor customer service! I reached out to Toulas directly via messenger and they did nothing to correct the situation. Instead ignored me and therefore I will take my business elsewhere. You lost a loyal customer in which I have eaten there in the past three months multiple times praising your establishment prior. However, this time not so much! read more

We were looking for a easy late lunch near the park and are so glad we gave this place a try! The server at the counter was friendly and helpful, and our food was delicious. We had the Chicken pita (chicken well seasoned, great Tatziki sauce, generous portion), the prime rib quesadilla (huge and great flavor), the kids grilled cheese and kids cheeseburger. I swear this was so good I thought someone's Greek momma was back in the kitchen cooking. Authentic, highly flavorful, deliciousness. The dolmades are lemony and the texture is perfect. Spanikopita? Bursting with divinely seasoned spinach in a crispy little layer of phyllo that didn't have a single soggy bite; not even the bottom! Salad is fresh and crunchy with a billowy layer of newly grated feta. Tzatziki is creamy, thick, garlicky and the dill is prominent (no skimping on flavor). Pita, falafel, gyro meat...all delightful. This is my new favorite place. My boyfriend and I ate until bursting for less than $25! I never compliment the cook because I usually am not moved to do so, but I embarrassed myself with the most fawning compliment I have ever given because this is one of the best meals I've had in Florida in years. read more

Had a delicious lunch here today. It's very casual, ordering at the counter and picking up your food when they call your name. Everything was fresh, nicely prepared. I had the Greek salad with gyro. The salad had lettuce, cukes, peppers, onions, olives, hot peppers, stuffed grape leaves and feta. It was huge. The gyro meat was tender and flavorful. My friend had the same salad but with chicken which was also tender and we'll seasoned. We shared hummus with warm pita. Also delicious and a large portion. The place was doing a busy lunch time. I'm glad we were able to try it before the season really gets started since the seating area is not too big and I would expect it will get very busy. Will definitely be back. We are from out of town and this was our first time here. We ordered the gyros platter with fries and a soda. We paid a $1 extra each to have feta on the fries. Then the food was SUPER SALTY and I mean it tasted like they just dumped a handful of salt into my gyros. I also ordered the veggie quesadilla. It was OK. still quite salty. Not sure why this place is rated this good. It's way over hyped. It's not even that cheap either. I mean, if someone orders a gyros and pays that much, at least give them pita bread with it. This is the first time we have tried Toula's on our vacation to Florida. The staff is super friendly and the service is really fast. We are really happy with the packaging of our takeout. Out of our group we tried the classic gyro the chicken pita and the Mediterranean pita. The food was yummy.
