Those holding the Happy Shuttle sign notified the driver, who arrived w/in 10 minutes for our journey to our resort. Upon arrival, we chose a pick up time for our hotel pick up at the end of our vacation. Later, after thinking about it, I wanted an earlier time (just in case). I messaged them and they quickly responded and said changing the time was no problem. On the day of pick up, they arrived 10 minutes early and we got to the airport without any worries. Both trips, we had booked a private shuttle. Each time we had a nice van with more than enough room. Price was extremely reasonable as far as I was concerned. If we do ever go back to Cancun, I wouldn't hesitate booking them again.

This was unreasonable, especially since we were not asking for a separate trip, only a stop along the existing route--not to go to the airport first and then be taken to the hotel. The driver was not the issue at all--drivers are clearly restricted and monitored by GPS. The problem lies entirely with the reservation staff, who were rigid, unhelpful, and unwilling to offer any solution. They even claimed that no manager was available, which is both inexcusable and highly questionable during peak season. This was an overpriced, inflexible, and poorly managed service that added stress to an already difficult travel situation. I would not recommend this company to anyone expecting reasonable customer service or flexibility.

Easy to book and pay via credit card online which is a huge plus, since I detest having to bring large wads of cash when traveling. On arrival day I received a text message indicating where they were waiting for me. When we got out to the exit after finishing up customs, we saw our CARM holding a sign with my name on it. We walked to him and he quickly message the driver to let him know we've arrived. The CARM rep then graciously offered to help carry our luggage and brought us to the van where our van was at. The ride to Playa was smooth. A/C on full blast which was so wonderful. Similarly getting picked up from the resort back to airport was hassle free. Highly recommend.

Our flight was delayed for about 4 hours but they handled our late arrival well. We had to wait about 15 minutes for our driver but he came and took us to our hotel with no problem. The only minor thing is that the "manager" (the guy who checks you in and gets a driver) tried to charge me more than what my paperwork said but we got it straightened out ok when he refunded the difference without a struggle, I would use this company again.

The driver wait time at the airport was acceptable (10-15 min). The pick up at the hotel was prompt and on time. The private minivan ride was good (comfortable enough, courteous driver). The only suggestion could be to improve 'visibility' of the team. The company apparently manages a few different brands and I could not find anybody in the Feraltar uniform. Yet I managed to find another team member (either Cabsi or Lumaale) and they directed me to the proper guy (they did have my name on the list, so everything else went smoothly).

The airport pick up transfer was there with our names on a small white dry erase board, he greeted us and walked us down to a parking spot then radioed the SUV which arrived within 5 minutes and the pick up was just as smooth. When I booked I relied on trip advisor reviews and they were 100% correct, this company is cheaper than all the rest, but there is no catch. I will book them and recommend for future trips to Cancun.

It wasn't included. $250 just to be drove to and from the course, greens fees and golf cart rental. The clubs were an extra $120. This was for two people. We asked the reps the next day and all they could say was no, even after pointing out their stupid misleading brochure.
