Recently, I noticed one of my rugs was stained. I tried to clean it. What a mistake--the spot became even worse! I took it to them, and their technician, who is really knowledgeable and experienced, told me what to do next time. We needed an area rug for our living room. We yelped different places and found Tousi Rugs. The gentlemen at the store were extremely helpful when we got there by showing us many rugs that met our color and size specifications. We weren't sure about our choices and what might look nice, so Mr. Maleki (who was helping us) suggested they send several rugs to the house to see how we liked them. They showed up with four rugs that we had selected, and they all looked great! We had a tough time choosing the winner, but we did and it made the room look amazing. He recommended a few different types of rugs that fit my setting and the amount of sun absorption that the rug can take.
