1/13/25 Update- THEY HAVE FREE WIFI!!! This is my absolute favorite work space & coffee/tea place. It's HUGE with a rustic/woodsy vibe. Very spacious to find ample seating to avoid being crammed by anyone else. There's a big parking lot on the side of the space as well as street parking right in front. I love the food and the teas. I recently tried a beetroot latte and it was delightful. They make cute shapes with your drinks too hehe. I also tried the Power Bowl with the BBQ tofu & let me tell you- I've been missing out on the amazing flavors!!! I would always peruse through their menu and only order my usual matcha & brookie but their food is certainly worth indulging in. Fresh pressed juices, smoothies, parfaits, & coffees are available to go bottled for your convenience. There's also an assortment of pastries, desserts, & macaroons that people rave about. Great for business meetings, catching up with friends or even a first date link up. Staff is always very helpful and very chill. They all seem to like working there and it shows. See y'all next week haha!!!

Love this place. It is a great place to study or work or just to enjoy a coffee or snack while reading or people watching. The space is beautiful. Hip. Modern. It may seem a little intimidating at first but the staff is friendly and there is plenty of space. The food is pretty good. I've had the burger and the club sandwich. It's all in all a wonderful place to relax, focus and enjoy a cup or coffee or tea.

The menu is the best! You will have many options, healthy, sweet, coffee and tea. I picked the Toast Sample and that's a great choice. The toast was nicely toasted with the very very good toppings. It took me a few minutes tdedecide which drink I would choose because so many of them are flavors I like. I selected the Honey Lavender Latte in ice. That is so, so, so delicious. Me and my friend met here to have a business meeting and the Wi-Fi worked very well as we both had to be on our laptops. Very spacious inside and great service.

Ambiance like i am back in California. Hip modern cafe. Assorted selections. Interesting flavors. Tres leche latte, honey lattes, strawberry cream croissants, etc. No cash! Must use card/ digital. Service is good. Its like a starbucks where they stay behind the counter, so not much to complain. Far to walk from convention center. Not much parking. Little kids can play at the structure outside.

So this isn't my first visit. It's been well over a year, but I have always thought highly of Tout Suite. I was initially just dropping off mail but decided to stick around for lunch. The mango dessert had my attention. This lunch was $30 with tip I believe. Could have been before tip can't remember. Still this is counter service. The place was filled with guest. Every table was occupied but I managed to find a seat at the community table beside an abandoned laptop with a empty green juice glass, and to my left a couple that were finishing up as I sat down. I wasn't pleased with how long it took to pick things up. However, I did notice the guy bussing was having to run food too, and was helping in other areas. I would suggest more floor staff to maintain cleanliness or pull from other areas. This is an expensive lunch to view mess everywhere bathroom included. Now back to lunch. The dessert was just ok. The mango center was delicious but the dry pistachio cake on the bottom took away from the experience. Why was it so dry???? I also didn't appreciate in the unripe mango on top. It was hard and did not add to the dessert. The middle tasted so good but the outer elements played against it. Presentation was nice. That's what caught my eye to order so kudos for that. Note this chicken salad sandwich really hit a nerve. There were more pecans than chicken on my sandwich. Chicken was nonexistent as you can see from the photo. Just bread lettuce that was turning and nuts with grapes or cranberry. I honestly can't even remember. It left no impression. Apple juice was good and cold so it helped wash it down. The side salad dressing I liked the flavor, but wish they would have picked out the lettuce that was turning. It really ruined my appetite. I was really surprised by the outcome of my order and visit. These are simple fixes I hope can be remedied in the future. Your price point needs to be reflected in the food and service in order to improve customer feedback and overall experience.

I really like this coffee shop, which has an interesting history--it used to be a Ford dealership, then an oil change shop, followed by a nightclub, and now it's this fantastic coffee spot. They offer a great selection of delicious pastries and macarons, along with a variety of coffees and teas. The best part? They also serve wine! It's a great combination. For breakfast, we tried the biscuits and gravy with fried chicken, as well as the Cecina con chilaquiles. Both dishes were excellent. The shop has plenty of tables, making it a perfect place to enjoy your meal or relax with a book. The only downside is that parking is limited, and there are a lot of homeless people across the street. While it's a sad reality of the city, they don't bother you. We enjoyed our visit so much that we went back the next day!

It's a nice downtown spot for working. Full food menu. Array of drinks from smoothies to coffees and teas. I think the staff could have been a bit nicer. It was my first time and I was trying to decide what all to order and they seemed impatient even though there was literally no line and I was standing off to the side and indicated I wasn't ready to order yet. My smoothie took a long time to come out. Orders for people who came after me just kept coming out. I eventually had to ask about it. The banana bread and crème brûlée were just ok. The creme brûlée had an odd texture/consistency. The prepackaged honey oat latte was pretty good. My green goddess smoothie was good. The large windows and just vibe are cool. I'll go back and hope for a slightly better experience.

I love the macarons at tout suite! If you're in college, this is a great place close to campus to study. Theres usually plenty of table space for books, though not sure if they fill up quickly here! My favorite thing to get here are the macarons, which you can get on their birthday sale once a year. Happy eating :)

I came in on the coldest Friday ever. I have tried their matcha before but today I wanted soup and a grilled cheese. They ran out of their delicious tomato soup so I changed my order last minute to the club sandwich. The sandwich comes with fries and Y'ALL, this sandwich is sooo good. It is gourmet and worth the money. And what's up with their ketchup!? It's for sure house made. I need the ketchup in a bottle for my house! So good! They have so many food and dessert options for all day. Come and plug your laptop in and try their food. It's always busy here when I come but people are more than willing to share their tables and chairs.

We love visiting this place! Their acai bowls have been our favorite, and their Southern Benedicts are delicious and packed with flavor. Another standout is their avocado toast, and my nephew and niece can't get enough of their strawberry and cream croissant. Everything was great! However, I've heard they might be adding sugar to their acai bowls, which could affect their healthiness. I'll confirm this during our next visit to ensure we're making informed choices. Despite being very busy, the service was good. The place is spacious and can accommodate a lot of people. We also enjoyed their cappuccino and latte, though the cappuccino cup could use a better handle for easier enjoyment.

The menu was the first thing that made me give this place a chance. It had many yummy looking options with a coffee shop vibe. The ambiance was perfect; chill, low lighting, not very noisy, easy to work in vibes. However, the food was just ok. Nothing really special or great tasting. The Mac and cheese was very simplistic and didn't have much to it. Kind of felt I was eating Kraft with some regular cheese added. The Brussels sprouts were cooked well but had this lemony ending that just made them inedible. And lastly the quesadilla wasn't brought out how it was ordered (paid extra for loaded) and when told they never brought corrected. The immunity boost drink was AMAZING and totally recommend. But the matcha latte was not sweet and had an excess of powder that it became super clumpy at the end and tasted weird. One recommendation I would make to their employees. Ask everyone if they are using the WiFi so that they know to get the receipt, I was not aware and didn't get it. This is my first time coming here so I would not have known that if I hadn't overheard someone else say it. Or put a sign somewhere by the register.

Very cute brunch and dessert spot. The crème brûlée bites were my favorite. They are about two bites which are perfect if you're wanting to sample a few things. I also tried the key lime pie. Not too sweet but the perfect level of sugar to where you don't feel like you're immediately getting a cavity. Also had brunch. I tried the French toast and breakfast sandwich. The French toast was simple but okay. The sandwich was a little messy. I wasn't a fan of the bacon, almost as if It wasn't freshly cooked . I would've preferred a different bun as well. The hamburger bun was out of place for breakfast.

Wow how far this place has come....used to be spot on and ship shape- not any longer. Let's start with the good. Counter person had a great attitude. Ok not that's out of the way were to start....cleanliness....it doesn't take a lot to have one of the 18 staff members (that I counted at time I was there) to clean the floors (yes I know the doors open and shut and dirt comes in...but ya gotta keep it up because the when stuff is all over the floor it's gross). Next seating, I didn't get around the entire place but the padding on the long bench by the counter is disgusting. The empty table I sat at while waiting was dirty (was empty the entire time I was in line and I would have moved to another but wanted to keep my distance from others eating there while I was waiting for my food)...and the food....remember when you craved a grilled cheese sandwich and Toot Suite was the place to go...yeah forget that noise.... I get back to work open my warm sandwich (loaded grilled cheese) and....it smells funny, like chemically - so I get a co-worker to agree to split it with me for the taste test. I bite in and the bacon isn't crisp or thick...kinda slimy and thin...and that chem taste is adding to the bad flavor. But I don't say anything until the co-worker bites his side....his reaction is what I just said...chem taste...-do we continue? Yes - I tell him we have to bite the other side to ensure it's weird....He hesitates but agrees...now I am getting a raw fish taste and he is only getting chemicals. I spit mine out and curse this place that was once a solid place to grab food. I will mourn your demise...RIP read more

So... the catering manager, Penelope Rodriguez, thinks it's cute to rate a number of unfortunate Tout Suite reviews "Funny." Um... OK Penelope lol. I know Tout Suite is still standing pretty strong. But as a person who used to frequent this place, I'm watching those negative reviews pile up hun. It doesn't matter how many friends or employees you get to give/update five star ratings. The real question is: When people visit Tout Suite will they come back? What will they tell their friends? You know Tout Suite is better than this! You don't have to respond to each negative experience with some positive reinforcement or "Free Coupon" for whatever. You most definitely don't have to respond by letting customers know you think a negative experience is funny. You don't have to respond at all actually. Just take action and make the place the best that it can be. Best wishes on the future of Tout Suite. Really, I wish you the best. read more

You wouldn't believe me but I think this place has hands down the best tasting macarons in Houston. I know there's a lot of competition out there in Houston and Tout Suite has sure been doing their research on making the perfect macarons because I've been here a couple times the past years or so and to my memory the macarons had never tasted this good. I mean it tastes just like the name. Lavender tastes just like lavender. Mocha tastes just like mocha. Pistachio tastes just like pistachio. Strawberry tastes just like strawberry and so forth. I know they don't taste like the real thing but the tastes do come awfully come close. Come to think of it, I've been to almost all macaron selling places in Houston and those places doesn't even come close to tasting like they do here. So in conclusion, their food sucks, their coffee/drinks sucks but only come for the macarons and macarons only. They're about $2 each so grab a couple to-go cause while they do have a nice subtle atmosphere, they are almost always crowded with people studying &etc. so good luck on finding a spot to sit especially if you go with a group. read more

I typically wouldn't do this but the experience I've had at Tout Suite is one that people should know about. I ordered a Fresh Farm Plate that totaled $18 and when I got it, it was greasy and overly salty and the rice was undercooked. Took over 30 mins for a "manager" to come around to the table after I had to ask for one twice because no one came around to check and ask if the food tasted alright. When a manager did come around I asked her for two items totaling $17.50 to replace the $18 item I ordered and she informed me that I would not be able get two items, only one, and that they would not offer me a refund. Problem was most of items on the menu weren't price comparable without combining two things. She went on to continue to say those are my only two options and because according to her, I ate everything on the plate. Which clearly from the picture, I did not finish this food, and the salmon was extremely salty and not cooked properly. She went on to explain that she's personally never had a problem with the plate and to say she's doing me a favor by offering me those two options. I told her she needed to find another solution and we continued to go back and forth for what felt like a ridiculously long time for someone who should be offering some kind of refund because I don't want anything from them at this point. I told her to give me a gift card for the full amount (and that she should have offered that option from the start). And it makes no sense because I now have the option of going and getting two items for that $18! I gave the gift card away! This place will not receive my patronage nor will I invite or refer others to this establishment again moving forward. Subpar food and customer service for someone who has been coming to this place since it opened and introduced many new customers to them as well, but obviously patrons are just a commodity in this day and age. read more

I think the concept is cool and it's a pretty trendy place. The time I went I only had lunch and a macaroon. As for macaroons I think they were just OK.. The salmon was great along with the corn and potatoes! I've found it hard to find decent Salmon as most of the times it comes out over cooked. Will definitely go back and try the coffees! read more

The food is always good and I love coming to this place because it has a lively atmosphere while being work friendly. Although, the wifi was spotty. I hope they take care of that as places open up! There was an employee, Terrance, who was very sweet and would bring water to people. Something so simple can make your day better! He increased the quality of this place! Really just wanted some coffee and brunch but this place somehow managed to ruin our entire day. They hung up 3 times while trying to order on the phone and once i finally got my order placed i was told it was a 15 minute wait. I waited 30 mins for coffee and a croissant. 30 mins. That i could have actually understood since it's Sunday i know brunch places get busy but the customer service was the rudest I have experienced in my time in Houston. I finally had to say man it's just a croissant like can you just grab it... when he returned an eternity later with the croissant he presented it so rudely. Stared at me and set it down without saying a word. Honestly the sub par food isn't worth the hassle of dealing with their staff. read more

I came here to study in the evening. This was my first time physically coming into the coffee shop and it was pretty chill because it was later in the evening (about 8:30pm). I ordered on the self serve QR because I was just getting a coffee and it was busy. On the selection menu, "a splash of milk" was the only option I could choose. I tried to write a note to ask for more milk than a splash, but there wasn't a selection for that and it was really busy, so when I went to pick up my coffee I asked the barista for just a tad more milk in a separate cup so I could just add it myself. He looked at me annoyed and explained what a splash of milk was to me condescendingly. I said I understood that but asked if I could get just a bit more milk. He proceeded to drown it in milk, a huge heavy pour. At that point it tasted like milk with a hint of coffee. I was annoyed but ignored it, I thought maybe he'd had a bad day. They close at 11pm and it was still busy, so I went ahead and ordered the same thing I'd gotten before at 10:09pm. At around 10:30pm I went to check on it. The same guy from before (the rude one) got annoyed again (I still never grabbed his name), looked at my receipt to make sure I'd ordered when I said I had and then started complaining about how he wanted to leave early and he said he "guess I'll make the order". At that point I was pretty upset. I asked if he could just refund me and he said he didn't know if he could. I said again that they didn't need to make it because it was so late and I'd just take a refund. He said no, he'd make it and wrote down my order pretty aggressively. I guess another guy there (a very nice guy) saw how upset I was getting and took over. He made it, said it wasn't a big deal, said he'd pour the milk in front of me so I could see how much I wanted, but they didn't put ice in my iced espresso till I asked, and they didn't put the syrup id paid extra for either and it ended up tasting pretty bad and bitter and burnt. Overall id say it wasn't a great first experience, but the guy that ended up taking over kind of saved the whole experience for me and that's why I wanted to give 2 stars instead of 1. 0/10 would not recommend, there are other coffee shops that have much nicer employees and have much more patience and feel way more cozy. read more

Really bad service. Cute place but long line at the cashier when there are extra workers just standing around doing nothing. I ordered a chai latte and ham and cheese croissant, something that takes few minutes at Starbucks but i stood around and waited. Cashier got drink size wrong plus no one got the croissant until I said something. Meanwhile there were at least one staff standing around chatting. I heard through the grapevine that the owner of this place was in the same sorority as I was in, so I have always rallied for this place and urged my friends and family to come support this business. However the service here has consistently been slow and unresponsive. I am hoping that this negative review will prompt the management's notice and finally make some changes, because this place has really great potential to succeed. read more

In the past it was always difficult to find a seat. I recently tried and... success! The light music playing, diverse crowd, and extensive menu is the perfect combination for a work session. They also stay open pretty late. Unfortunately don't plan to be there too long. Access to WiFi is only granted 1 hour per purchase and you can imagine how quickly you can run up a tab. Still my favorite coffee shop in Houston day or night! read more

I ordered an iced latte to go today at 10:07 am and showed up at 10:12 and went to the counter to wait. I waited until 10:38 which was my scheduled pickup time, and the man making drinks proceeded to make someone's order who had ordered 15 minutes after me. I asked about my order and he just looked around and never said anything, so I had to just leave and go back to work. I won't be ordering to go from here ever again, it shouldn't take 45 minutes to make a drink. read more

Hidden gem on the not-so-nice neighborhood, just off of downtown Houston. Plenty of parking spots and street parking available. Place was really nice and spacey (tons of natural sunlight!) altho it was quite too loud for studying. All pastries and brunch selections seemed so mouthwatering and I decided to try the chocolate cronut and the strawberry and cream croissant. Chocolate cronut was my favorite - flaky crust, soft and chewy dough with unsweetened chocolate. Boyfriend got himself a ham and cheese quiche, which I took a bite and surprised to get such a fluffy, soft egg texture. Also got a cup of drip coffee which is surprisingly quite pleasant taste and not as pricey as I would imagine. Will comeback for trying the brunch and/or other desserts read more

I absolutely love the desserts every time I come here. They're so cute and the perfect amount. I have only tried one brunch item which was the Vietnamese steak & eggs, and it was very delicious. Will come back often! Update: So this year, there was $1 macarons twice in the year! It's such a good deal. They've also added matcha sua da, which is basically a cold matcha latte in a bottle, which is my obsession. I really love this cute little place! read more

Haven't eaten here since graduating from university of Houston. Was in the area for the astros game. We moved the table slightly for comfort after ordering a hearty meal. The food looked delicious but upon receiving the food we received the manager (someone not from the register or food staff) telling us we couldn't eat here (the table pushed back). I asked if we could eat fast and move the table back because the house was nearly full and couldn't find any other comfortable seating. She said no so I demanded a Togo box. She brought the Togo box no silverware. Thank god we are staying at an air bnb. The register staff was very professional and friendly. I suggest someone speak w this staff member on restaurant etiquette. I will never spend $60 in this establishment again. read more

High marks for cafe selection - baked goods, sandwiches, coffee and even alcohol. You can come here for a boozy brunch or late lunch! The sweets especially cupcakes run a tad on sweet side, so plan wisely... read more

Music is SUPER LOUD can't even hear myself think or when I'm with someone I have to yell even if they're right next to me. So ridiculous. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich one time and would not recommend! It was all spice and the flavor was.... Fish! I dont think they changed their oil and resulted in their sandwich tasting like fish. Horrible and overpriced as well!!! Would not recommend read more

Paid $6.50 for an oat milk latte which is an insanely priced coffee. Tofu scramble is tasty, a little heavy on the salt but overall good. Not sure why this place doesn't use their proximity to start a for-purpose initiative. Their huge windows overlook Houston's largest homeless population, which is a lot to take in if you have a compassionate bone in your body. I'd feel much better if a percentage of their ridiculously priced lattes went towards 'tent city'. The business would benefit from offering the homeless a small wage for cleaning up the area, as the grounds are covered with trash. People want to support companies that are doing good for others, and this place has a prime location and every reason to take a step in that direction. read more

Very cool atmosphere! The fresh juices are amazing, they have really cute macaroons, and yummy, healthy food options. I really like the peppermint tea, turkey chili, the cupcakes, and the salads. There are so many more things on the menu that I want to try! Overall one of my favorite places in Houston. The cortado was good! It was very creamy, heavy bodied, and flavorful. It was served hot with some art so it gets presentation points there. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I have also had their juice plank Friday special, which let's you try maybe four ish ounces of eight different juices of your choice. What makes Tout Suite so nice is that it serves food, pastries, juice, and coffee, and all of their items are pretty good, instead of sacrificing quality for quantity. What I would definitely not recommend is the bottled Vietnamese Coffee. It was actually gross, and I ended up dumping it out (though I do like the bottle). It was very beany, and just plain bad. Go for so many other things instead. Edit: I got their Norwegian breakfast which was pretty good. GREAT cafe!! The caramel macchiatos are the best I've ever had. The service is usually pretty good. I love that it's very accommodating to women and has hooks underneath the tables to hold a bag/purse. Also that it has a sign in the 2nd floor seating area to be careful if wearing a dress or skirt. Overpriced for stale bread and slimy fish. I ordered the salmon toast and it was rock hard. I understand it's toast but the moment you cut into it, it began to disintegrate and crumble everywhere. Either the bread is cheaply made or it's stale because the amount of hardness of the bread did not match the color. Lastly, the salmon was weirdly slippery as well and had several brown spots that were tucked under so you wouldn't see it unless you moved it around.I give it two stars as the waiter was super nice. Overall, would not return as it unfortunately did not live up to the hype. read more

The lemonade was so natural and delicious not too seeet just perfect! And the tres leches icing was not too sweet and not to icing like on texture it was like a thicker version of whip cream a bit more savory but soo delicious, since I'm not a big fan of icing myself. This time I ordered food and everything was delicious and everything was here. The chicken sandwiches were very very delicious. The chicken was not greasy at all and it wasn't soggy. Bad service and Anna the manager didn't want my business. I've been to this establishment about four or five times. It's my fiancé's favorite place to get chicken & waffles. Every time we've ordered it came with fruit on the side. Today, I ordered the Egg Norwegian which says $13.95 on the menu. The young man with glasses rung me up for $14.00. When I asked him about the price difference he replied, "that's an old menu. $14.00 is the correct price." I said, "if you're going to advertise $13.95, then you should honor it. He says, "thanks for your feedback, but it's $14.00 and doesn't change the price." My fiancé ordered the chicken & waffles the young man asked if you want fruit to go with it, because it's an extra $1 charge. The other times we've been here we've never been charged for the fruit. "Chicken & Waffles doesn't come with fruit," says the young man. After we placed our order I asked for the manager, Anna, I believe was her name. Before she walked over I hear the young man explaining to her the situation with my order before she walked over to me. When she walks over she doesn't introduce herself, nor smile or say hello. She looks at me like I'm bothering her. I explain to her the situation with the price difference and the fruit. She interrupts me saying "that's how we've been doing it for 5 years. Whoever rung you out for your chicken & waffles with fruit must've been a good cashier. " She didn't apologize for the price being misrepresented on the menu. As I walked away I hear her say to the young man that rung us out, "I don't have time for that." I got the feeling she didn't want my business so I canceled my order and I will not be returning to this establishment. I wouldn't recommend a place that doesn't care about customers or their business. read more

Chocolate chip cookies are amazing. WiFi is 1 he limit per purchase so really wouldn't recommend for studying/working. Environment and vibes are great. Could be a top coffee shop if the WiFi situation was better. read more

I frequented Tout Suite pre-COVID for its convenient location to downtown and late open hours for studying/working. Parking was frustrating at times since the location is not the safest. We normally parked either along the street by the front entrance or the lot to the side of the building; I avoided parking behind the building as it could get really cramped and difficult to reverse out. The atmosphere inside was great with lots of seating and cool decor, although the lighting is a little dark at night. Pre-COVID, it would get packed and loud at peak hours, especially with their music playing. I'm the type of person who can work with some noise, but if you like peace and quiet, this place at night is probably not a good study/work location for you. (That being said, I don't know how it is with COVID) Their food and drinks were just okay and overpriced in my opinion. I've been satisfied with their lattes and the size of drinks is not too small. I ordered iced matcha green tea and chai lattes often, but it was very heavy on the milk and not so much on the teas. The refrigerated desserts in the glass case look and taste more high quality than the brownies, cookies, muffins, etc sitting out. Overall, their food and drinks were average. read more

There was no menu to be seen at first glance but I have a very simple order that I had in my mind because I like espresso and not sweet sugary drinks. I walked up to the register and there was a young girl who just looked at me like I was bothering her her by being in front of her. She never smiled, and she just waited for me to order. I told her good morning and she replied "Morning"...barely opened her mouth, not welcoming (or sincerity) and no smile. My order was simple.: three shots of espresso, 2 ounces of half-and-half and caramel drizzle mixed in the espresso. She looked at me weird and said ...so you want a latte? I said no not at all because I only want 2 ounces of half-and-half. I don't want all the milk of a latte. She didn't look down at the computer and kind of looked behind at a barista, and then looked back at the computer and said we do our shots in doubles .... Meaning she wouldn't give me only three shots I had to buy four. I thought that was interesting since other local shops indulge me without an issue, but I agreed to four shots. She asked me if that was it and I said yes..... I was very surprised but paid over $10 for my order of one drink! I paid because honestly, I was already ready to get out. I paid and I waited about 15 minutes for my coffee, even though there was only one person waiting for their coffee before me. I got my drink and left before tasting it. It was awful. The pull was not done well and the coffee tasted almost sour. Ugh. I was so disappointed. The very next day, my coworker said give it another try maybe it was just an off day . She also said she'd buy my coffee to make up for it so I couldn't turn that down This time I went a little bit later there was about three people in line before me. They had a lot more staff working probably about five people in total versus three the previous day. There was a different girl to front who took my order and was the total opposite of the lady the day before; bright eyed, kind and very welcoming. My coffee was still over $10 and this time it took me 35 minutes to get my coffee. I don't know if they had DoorDash orders or what, but I couldn't understand why there was a lot more workers and it took double the time to get my coffee. Once I got my coffee, it did taste better than my first visit, but still had a little bit of sour taste... Not as much as before though. Even if it ended up tasting better, I could not validate paying $10 for my coffee and waiting up to 35 minutes for it.. Especially when I can go to any of my other local coffee shops that I normally frequent for a less than $5 coffee (that only has three shots that I want) and the great service and flavor is always consistent. I never want to see any business fail. So I hope that the owners will discuss the importance of consistency in making their product, as well as being hospitable. I also tried one of the mini croissants which is probably what will keep me coming back. Flaky and full of high quality cheese and spices, I wish I had gotten two! I was there around 9:50p on 8/25/2020 to relieve some sweet tooth. It's been awhile that i have been here since the pandamic. We ordered 2 cakes & 1 milk tea. The price came out to be 0.50 more than the menu. I called it out, during check out, but the cashier (manager) just said they're updating the menu and the price is $5. I wanted them to honor the price of the menu, but since it was a date, I let it go and just purchased it. After reviewing my receipt, i also saw the "HIDDEN CHARGES" of "COVID SURCHARGE", thats when I couldn't let it go. I had to bring it up to the manager's attention. Manager's name is DANNY, DANIEL (He had yellow hair with clear pink round glasses). I brought up the issue that they should at least honor the price on the menu. All he kept saying was that they were updating the menu and the price is shown on the POS system. The price is different. I stated that at least the first thing he should do is apologize. AND GUESS WHAT HE SAID.. He stated " I'M NOT GOING TO APOLOGIZE AND WILL NOT HONOR THE $4.50. I APOLOGIZE IT COMES OUT TO BE DIFFERENT BUT I'M NOT GOING TO APOLOGIZE TO YOU" ... Yes. He said he was the GENERAL MANAGER. What a WORTHLESS GENERAL MANAGER because he has no authority to do anything. He told me i could EMAIL info@toutsuite to file a complaint. I was very upset... and obviously he couldn't understand so I gave him an ANALOGY so he could comprehend WHY I'M SO ANGRY OVER THE STUPID $0.50. It's like going to a McD, and ordering a hamburger that said $5 on the MENU, and you get to the check out and they say its $6 because they didn't have time to update the menu.. His response was "Oh well, i still can't do anything for you". TILL THE LAST MOMENT HE DIDN'T APOLOGIZE EVEN THO I ASKED HIM TO AT LEAST APOLOGIZE TO ME. THIS PLACE IS BADDDD BUSINESS. OWNERS SANDY TRAN AND ANNE LE . GET YOUR TEAM TOGETHER AND YOU GUYS NEED TO RETRAIN AND REPLACE THE MANAGERS. This is crazy that they are charging more than what is stated on their menu. for the COVID SURCHARGE.. ok it's tough time for everybody but don't hide it !! LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!!! My boyfriend and I haven't stopped coming here since they opened a week ago. I usually grab an iced vanilla latte before work, and they serve Greenway my favorite! My favorite dinner item is the fresh farm pick. I get steak, corn, and cilantro rice. My favorite snack item is the mac and cheese. My boyfriends favorite is the steak sandwich with suite fries. I also really appreciate that they have separated recycle bins, and most of the products they use are eco friendly. This place also has a very warm and cozy feeling at night. Which is perfect for a date, or a late night study shesh (they're open till midnight). Speaking of studying, they have these large tables for shared seating, outlets are everywhere, and there is wifi. People that are experiencing slow service probably go while they are super busy during the weekends. We drove past Tout sunday morning, and the lines were out of BOTH doors! Long lines mean a long wait, people that have worked in the food industry sometimes are more understanding. My advice is to go during a weekday evening, or morning if possible! Terrible service and rude behavior! We visited this place this afternoon at 3 PM and ordered a two smoothies and an acai protein bowl and a cup of tea. Of course the tea was served fast. Then the wait started. At 3:25 PM, we had to enquire about our order and they served the smoothies. We were still waiting for the acai bowl and they said it is still being prepared at 4 PM,. On our way out after patiently waiting for an hour we asked if we could just cancel the order. As the person in our group who had put the order on her credit card had left for another meeting, they said we could not cancel. They had even made a mistake in the order. At that point one server behind the counter who claimed he was the manager exhibited extremely rude and low-level behavior. Instead of owning up to the poor service, he said there was a glitch and he did not have time to talk and we should leave! I am complaining to the management/owners about this particular individual. What kind of employees do they hire ! I would have given a 0 star rating, if one was available in the rating system. read more

I have visited this place for lunch and I was really disappointed in the service I received from the manager, Alyssa. I ordered a half grilled cheese sandwich with a Caesar salad and did not like the way it tasted. I proceeded to the counter to ask if I could exchange it for a different sandwich and was willing to pay for the difference. The first girl I spoke with at the counter said it would not be a problem to switch sandwiches then, Alyssa came up and said something completely different. She told me how "it was not their problem" that I did not like the sandwich and that they do not exchange food. She did not even give the option of a refund, she was just blatantly rude to me and showed no empathy. Even after my friends received their food, no one came to me to make sure the situation was resolved even though I had talked to several staff members. Before we left, I did finally receive a refund for my sandwich and asked for your information because I do not feel that any customer should be treated in the way that I was today. read more

earlier today i came here hoping to try something new and yummy since so far everything ive had in the past had been good (their macarons and teas) i ordered the mango passion, s'mores pot de creme, and the aloe vera, orange, & cayenne tonic water which was about $15 the mango passion was good but it wasn't something i would come back for it had cream cheese under the layer of glaze which made the dessert too rich i was hoping that the dessert would have had a mousse like texture but instead it was sort of hard/sticky overall it still had the fruity taste of passion and mango that i was looking for as for the s'mores pot de creme, this was very disappointing all i tasted was extremely dry crumbles of graham crackers and lots of sweetness from the marshmallow cream i would never order this again lastly the tonic water was awful all i could taste was cayenne and a hint of orange definitely not worth ordering at all i don't think i would ever come back to tout suite for desserts again read more

First time visiting, I was on a team lunch with coworkers. I had no idea what to expect other than it was a "very hipster" type of spot. I wasn't disappointed in that regard. The atmosphere is very hipster, so consider yourself warned, but the staff is extremely friendly and not at all stuffy or unconcerned. They went out of their way to be helpful about explaining the menu options and helping me get inside the bathroom (I was confused). I ordered the hanger steak frites and a tiramisu cupcake. The hanger steak is the only reason this review is short a star. It was not great. Tough with not much flavor that the sprig of rosemary didn't help. The fries (aka frites) were fine, and the cupcake was one of the best things I've ever had in my mouth. EVER. It was seriously delicious. Not too sweet, light, velvety goodness. You won't be disappointed with any of the dessert options in this place which is what they are known for. read more

This coffee shop leans into a hipster, industrial vibe--very casual with a stylish edge. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the staff were polite, helpful, and welcoming. We tried a few of their desserts, including the macarons and a chocolate chip cookie. The macarons, while flavorful, didn't quite have the traditional texture--they felt more like small cookie sandwiches than true macarons. The shells lacked that signature almond flour consistency, and the filling resembled cold buttercream. Still, the flavors matched their labels well, just a touch sweeter than I typically prefer. The chocolate chip cookie, on the other hand, was a hit--rich, thick, and layered with intense chocolate flavor. Definitely one for serious chocolate lovers. Overall, it's a cute place to satisfy a sweet craving, but I'd skip the macarons and go straight for the cookies. read more

If i could rate them 0 stars i would. Food is not the best. The female managers attitude sucks and to top it off, I witnessed them fire a young girl who seemed to have done nothing wrong, and when she tried to sit and wait for her ride, they banned her and kicked her out to sit outside in the cold. Might i add that there were some sketchy individuala outside. The girl looked no more like 17-18 years old. Shame on them for treating a young person and a LADY at that like that. I do not recommend this place to anyone. They do not know how to treat or talk to people. Especially that female manager. Ive heard her belittle the workers and treat them horribly. I used to be a fan of this place and today happened to be in the area. I went in with my family and apparently the cashier was new and made several mistakes in our order. Kindly I asked for my food to be warmed up and for our missing latte to be prepared since it was missing (due to the cashier). Someone who called herself manager, but after doing some research found out it was the owner, was very rude and lacked customer service. I'm so disappointed that a local shop would treat their clients this way. I tend to go local, but after today, I won't ever visit this place again. Terrible management! there is a video circling around on the internet of one of your managers firing an employee for having PTSD. in the video, the manager yells at the employee and tells her that she is no longer hired by Tout Suite and that she "uses her PTSD as a crutch." VERY VERY unprofessional, ableist, and rude. i will never spend my money at this establishment, and from other reviews, i don't think i'd want to. TO OTHER CUSTOMERS / PERSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS WITH MENTAL ILLNESS/PTSD : find a better place where the management will treat you and others with the same issues as real people, not nuisances. read more

This place is about 40 minutes from house , and I would drive that long to get one of their Acai bowls .Never again!! The service has become so poor is not worth it. 4 people behind the counter to pick up a to go order ( which was ready ) and not one of the employees acknowledge us , after 15 minutes of waiting , I walked to the other side and the person there told me to return to where I was standing and someone would help me. Then waited some more. Thy need to hire more responsible adults , the lack of customer service and care will bring them down the toilet. read more

I always come there with children. They like this place very much and me too. It has a good location for us. The pastries they sell are very tasty and always fresh. But I can not tell such good words about the juice. It is not very good, as for me. The place is clean and looks stylish. The workers are clever, friendly and polite. Speaking about prices, I would say that they are not very low, but I want my children spend good time and it is not a problem for me to pay much money for that. This is the place has a pretty expensive price for their dishes, but as things turned out pretty worthy of it. I was here at the past weekend with my girlfriend and we were welcomed nice staff. There is good menu and if you can't fast to make choice like me, waiters ready to help it. We ordered cupcakes and it was both good in taste and appearance. It was our first time there, but I think to come back and to research their menu more exactly and will try others dishes. After a lot of press and hype I finally checked this place out. The space is very well built out minus the Formica tabletops (should have gone with repurposed wood) and use of the old building. Staff was friendly. Ordered the avocado toast and the migas. Both were good, would say the toast being the better choice if we had to choose. Coffee was the reason for the two stars. It was horrible, way too bitter. We had a almond mocha and a cortado. The mocha was undrinkable. If not for the coffee would have given three stars for sure. read more

I really like the fact that everything is freshly made around here. The coffee is superb, and it's simply a great place to have brunch with the girlfriends. yes the service is slow, but it's because they MAKE the food for you, not only unàckage it. It's fine by me, as long as the quality is good. And with them I really can't complain much. It is slightly overbudget for me, but I try to come here once every couple of months in order to enjoy some quality time with friends, or simply a coffee. The Mocha is a must try! read more

This place is delicious! I was visiting my sister in Houston, and she suggested that we go here for breakfast and she couldn't have picked a better place. The avocado toast was delicious and the coffee bean roast was perfect, not too acidic, like most breakfast places. I am giving this business a 1 star because they are the same owners and management of the Space HTX. The owner called my phone harassing me after I left a negative review on Yelp. I told her I was in class and she insulted my intelligence by saying "oh you're getting an education". The event Manager Shawna Noriega will harass you and your guest to no end.
