A touchless option would be great. Second, and I read this in other reviews, the employees don't make enough space between the cars as they enter the wash. They should space them a bit more. I know they want to get as many cars in as possible for speed, but one accidental braking as you enter or putting the car in park by mistake is a fender bender that could have been avoided. I hope the owner/manager seriously consider spacing the cars a bit more.

Second, people constantly block the entire road just to squeeze in the back of a 40 minute wait time. Of course I can't control peak time but people completely blocking the road, waiting stationary between a two lane residential street is crazy. The amount of times people have flipped me off for simply leaving my street and not letting a random car cut people off is obscene. The people are not to blame, obviously most people don't know how to drive but this business should put signs up, reminding people to yield and not block the road. Like clock work, I'm upset at this time of year.

Unfortunately, today's visit was really disappointing. This is actually the second time I've had to come back after inspecting my vehicle because areas were missed. Before I left, I even showed the staff specific spots that still needed attention and they assured me they would take care of them. When I checked my car again, many of those same areas were still untouched. My rims still had visible brake dust and dirt on them even after I specifically asked that they be cleaned thoroughly. My gas pedal was still dirty, and several interior trim pieces still had dust and residue. These aren't hidden areas--they were things I specifically pointed out before leaving. What makes this so frustrating is that the quality of service has noticeably declined. I came here because this location consistently did an amazing job and took pride in the little details. That's why I was willing to make the drive. Sadly, today they lost a loyal customer. I genuinely hope management takes this as constructive feedback because this location used to set the standard for excellent service. I'd love to see them get back to the level of care that made me recommend them to others.

There is only 3 bays here so I try to come during off hours if I'm using self-service as it gets pretty busy, a lot of auto enthusiasts use this place from Corvette's to your Cadillac's. They've recently added air drying hose this summer I believe to this location. The only thing to make this a 5-star place is it needs foam polish guns as an alternative to brushes, but I will be a returning customer regardless.

The wash came out great! The vacuum job inside looked great and they wiped down the seats.
