Worst possible wash you could ever have. Started with the owner thinking, I was recording him on my phone, but I was FaceTime a friend. Then it says they give you an undercarriage wash, but they do not. my car was not even cleaned. I entered the car after and my driver seat was soaking wet, the dash was not cleaned. The center console was not wiped down and neither were the inside of the windows. Complete terrible job will never go back. I wish I could post pictures of such terrible job they did. Every time I've come here the same guy charges me a different amount, either $10, $12, and today he tried to charge me $17? I have told him in the past repeatedly multiple times that he's charged me $10 for the same vehicle and he goes oh okay and agrees to $10. Well today he asked for $17 and I said you always charge me $10 and he debates with me what kind of car I have etc etc. I'll tell you, it's not nearly as big as the car behind me and I asked that guy what he got charged and it was $17. I paid $23 for my Pontiac Aztec to get cleaned and washed. They left a whole shopping bag full garbage all over my backseat which I cleaned when I got home and noticed it. T and they dumped to go boxes all over my backseat which one of the containers had gravy in it. Now I have gravy all over my backseat and what the hell did I pay for? Owner was very nice. I originally was going to Ruby Car Wash. I take care of dogs and Ruby has always cleaned the majority of dog hair and cleaned the carpets with the machine roller. They also would make the car smell good again. Unfortunately this place didn't even touch the back carpets and left dirt and sand on the seats. They also did not wipe the panel or dash properly leaving hair everywhere. Definitely will not return. I literally am looking for another car wash to do it again. Ruby did a job that I could never do myself. This place did worse than I could do myself. This is the first bad review I have ever posted in my life. That's how bad it is. Dissatisfied with service. I specifically asked for the console to be cleaned, it looks like they overlooked it entirely! I also asked for my dogs paw prints and fur to be cleaned, but apparently the vacuum doesn't get dog hair out... oh and very sloppy vacuuming under the passenger & drivers seats. I've been a customer for more than 10 years and I went in for the daytime special $9.99. When that guy Ron rang me up he charged me $17. He told my that my small crossover qualified at a truck or minivan. I told him this has never been the case before and he started yelling at me that his prices were fair. At that point I just wanted to get the hell out of there. I paid and left. I had not gone 2 blocks before I noticed coffee stains on the leather seats that had not been cleaned. I drove back and told him that if he was going to charge me $17 they should be wiping down the seats (the way they always had). He then started screaming at me that if I wanted that done it would cost me $150 for a deep clean. All I asked was that if they are going to do the job do it right and that a$$clown screamed at me to get out of his business. Excellent service. Took my mom's SUV for an interior detail and they did a great job. The seating was well cleaned with their shampoo service taking away any odor or smoke smells that lingered. But no more, every time I come here only one side of my vehicle is clean driver side is always dirty my tires and rimes look worse than they were. I can't stand looking at a dirty interior but they always seem to get my seats dirty with this spray they use on floor mats. My interior, which I paid extra to "get cleaned" looks worst than it did when I brought it in. They don't even try to clean it. This is not the first time and tried coming back for a second chance. But never again. I'm very disappointed i didn't take before pics because they probably looked better. They left water marks on the chrome parts that were shiny before the "wash". Don't go here!!! Absolutely terrible place as they charge people any amount they want once they're in there. They advertise an "early bird" special for $6.95 during 7:45am to 11:00am hours but charged me full price. When I said that he should charge me the early bird price as it was 9:30am on Tuesday morning, instead of correcting the charge he told me that "he was giving me a favor because other place were charging 22 dollars for early bird customers." Owner treats his customers like cattle. I've been a loyal customer since 2004 (17 years). Quality of service has gone downhill. Owners and employees think you're stupid and that you won't notice the hack job and crappy effort they put forth in attempting to wash your car. The grease along the rockers behind the front wheels is JUST THAT! It's grease residue from previous armor all tire application. Owner and employee try telling me it's tar or oil and it won't come off. I started rubbing it off with my finger, then decided to grab a rag and spit on it and it came right off. All this after they were supposedly finished with my vehicle. Shall I get started on how dirty my wheels were? Filthy! They didn't even take a rag or sponge to them. I started going to this place when I still worked and lived in the area and still went there long after I moved away to the suburbs. I pass no less than 25 other car washes and drive 25 minutes to go here because of loyalty and this is the appreciation I get from Ron the owner. This isn't the first time but I figure give them a chance. Nope! It's a conveyor line and they can't get you through and out fast enough. Dude treats all of his customers like enemies. Always on guard thinking you as a paying customer are trying to F*** him over. That's no way to run a business. Always a condescending "hello" greeting and then hurrying to get away. This place lacks quality service and the owner needs to go take a class on social skills and customer relations. I've gotten enough bad service here and disrespected enough that after 17 years of going here, I'm done! I have far numerous and better choices so much closer to home and even if I lived next door I would not go here anymore. This owner complains about every customer behind their back too! I just moved here from the suburbs and it was so refreshing to see a place like Ron's. He's been in business for over 30 years. His passion for his business shows in his (and his team's) work. I went in for the "early bird" special expecting some awful job because the price was so low. I am blown away by Ron's customer service and the quality of their work.
