This place is one of the best car washes that I've ever been to! The prices are reasonable, service is fast and efficient, all in all, this place is everything you could want in a car wash. I stopped by Fuller's Car Wash to test the quality of their service. I usually go to Ducky's down the street and have a monthly membership there, but their vacuums were down, so I figured this was a good opportunity to try something new and compare equipment. That turned out to be a mistake. Fuller's shut down all of their free vacuums for every customer just to stop a single person from using one. That level of pettiness is surprising--especially when my regular car wash doesn't operate that way at all. I get my car washed every single day, and even if their wash or vacuum strength had been better, they would still lose my business based on customer service alone. One star. read more

very disappointed with my experience. I went though this car wash expecting a routine service, but instead my side mirror was damaged during the wash. There was not clear warning or assistance from staff, and when i brought it to their attention, the response was not helpful at all. customers should not have to worry about their vehicle getting damaged while using a paid service. i would not recommend this place based on my experience and the lack of accountability shown. read more

The car wash is great. But I have the monthly pass, which was $19.99. I was just charged and they withdrew $24.99. I did not receive any notification of an increase. This is wrong. To just take out that amount with no notice in advance. read more

This is a relatively new Fuller's Car Wash located on Lawerence Ave just west of Cicero on the north side of Lawerence Ave. Fuller's Car Washes have been popping up all over the city & suburbs. They vary in price from $3 - $4 dollars for a basic wash. They also have vacuum stations outside the car wash that are free for customers (nice touch). The beauty is they are fast and inexpensive, but they only wash the exterior of the car. The other negative is that as the weather starts to freeze you can have issues w/the door locks on the car. When I want a through car wash inside and out I go to my car wash in Forest Glen. I just had my car washed the day before and of course it rained. This and the dust from road construction left my car filthy so I went to Fuller's to have my car cleaned. They dobserve a purpose for keeping your car clean for a quick inexpensive car wash. read more

I can't say enough good things about this place, it was a miracle worker. There was about 3 inches of rock hard frozen snow covering the ride after the snow storm that Wednesday before NBA All Star weekend. I pulled into this place, took my scraper and removed as much of the frozen snow as I could; just drove thru the wash. I wasn't expecting the wash to get everything cleaned off considering there was still a good bit of frozen snow on the car. I was blown away when I pulled out of the wash and inspected the car. it looked as if I had pulled it out of a full service hand wash and detail. The car literally was spotless. I did pay for the most expensive wash here though, so you may not get these same results by buying one of the cheaper washes they offer. This will be my go to car wash every single time I need to wash the ride from now on. Even the most expensive wash was very reasonable, and the results were great. You have to check them out yourself if you want a quick wash that produces results like this. read more

I've been coming here for years, it's fairly priced and it gets the job done. Today I went for a wash and while I was vacuuming the inside, I noticed that the machine may have missed a pretty big spot on the passenger side. I went in to let the manager (Carlos) know in case there was an issue with the machine. He went to check out my car and was very helpful, he allowed me to go back through the wash and it came out perfect after that. The crew here is just great! read more

I've said it before and I'll say it again, the monthly amount of $19.99 gives me one full wash a day and free Vacuum daily. My car is always on point right before getting to work, since they are open by 7 am. I am liking this of course and I am a true fan. One of the down sides of it being a good deal is that it can get full after work, and there are folks who just drive in and vacuum for free and yet never wash their car, *(hmmmm I suspect free is the key) but I digress. For the most part it is an in and out service. Meaning that you don't really have to wait more then 5 minutes since there are three terminals to take cash or credit and if you are like me, you have the pass that zips you up front of everyone. Picture it, while they are paying you just push a button and the scanner recognizes your car and the gates life, its like a hallelujah moment, and the end of the tunnel is seen. Usually I vacuum my car, drive up to the box and just go straight to the wash, now one of the pros I absolutely love is that the soap is dispensed pretty much right away and they don't hold back! It covers your car completely and I've been to spots that barely cover or give really little water when it comes to wash. This spot really takes care of their customers and your car does come out pretty clean. I've never had to complain at all. Now one drawback is that I have a Tucson (SUV ish) and when it comes to drying, the back window really doesn't get dried as well as I would like and I usually have to stop and dry it myself. Well, that's the only drawback I see so if that's it then I am really good! If you choose to do the monthly option please note that as of this post they have gone up around three dollars but still its not a bad deal since the car wash alone would cost you around $6 per wash, and with a monthly option, you can wash your car pretty much every day as I do! read more

Paid $15 for their best wash and it didn't do as well as I would've hoped. Lots of bugs and dirt on car still and the wash sounded rougher on my car than normal. Lot for vacuums can get cramped. Don't come if people without masks bothers you. I know drive through washes aren't wonderful at cleaning everything but this was acceptable at best. I wouldn't bring my car back. read more

The trim on my car was Ripped off during my wash. Rather than being apologetic the manager came and tried to accuse me of somehow it being my fault that it must've been already damaged or loose. Saying he's not responsible he doesn't care completely rude. I won't be going back there. there's another one close by that does just as good work and not associated with this company. read more

Damaged my vehicle on passenger side. Scrap to window glass and door. This isnt the first time either. I noticed scraps to my front bumper that I was able to buff out also on the passenger side. Rear wiper has been damaged twice also read more

Would give zero stars I'd I could. Was a monthly customer for about a year. Started with the wheel package wash on my old Pontiac then transferred it to my new Honda. The other day I'm drying my car and the wheel brushes removed the paint from my front bumper and both my side rocker panels. One manager told me they should cover it but I needed to talk to the main manager Horacio. So I went back the next day and he basically looked at the damage shrugged and said oh well. Very cost-effective, quality self-service to get your car clean. Make sure you vaccum before you wash, since there are cones that direct you straight out of the lot after washing. The vaccums work well, but you may have to clear out the mouth a bit since garbage can block the suction. The wash itself is easy to use, and accepts cash or card. I like all the options you can choose from, at incremental costs, for the components of the wash. It only took about 5 mins to go through the wash, so it was very speedy! read more

Went for the deluxe $15 wash. Left a lot of soapy residue all over my car. Broke my antenna off. Not worth it to go for the deluxe wash. Better to stick with the value washes instead and take off your antenna! read more
