the secretary at premier checked my insurance and told me it was $50 copay. However, my insurance medical claim is saying $70. I called the billing department because it was obviously a mistake on the secretary for giving me the WRONG information. Because it was "supposedly" $50, i decided to go ahead and get treatment there. But now that I find out that I got the WRONG information on their mistake and they are refusing to make up for that mistake and still make me responsible for $20, I give them 1/5 rating instead of 5/5. They should have at least apologize for making a mistake that cost me additional $20. But no, they did not. read more

My goodness is the service awful. Visited and upon even approaching the desk, I was literally barked at by the red haired female assistant "SIGN THE CLIPBOARD AND SIT DOWN". Incredibly rude and this woman shouldn't be in healthcare, let alone a very basic customer service oriented job. Their sign in process is not confidential or HIPPA compliant as it requires your full name on a clipboard as well as a reason your sign, and every guest signing in thereafter can see it until they decide to cross it out. When called to the desk for my insurance cards I asked the red haired female assistant if she could give me a ballpark estimate of how long to be seen as I had a baby waiting in the car with my husband, her response "nope"... told her do you really not have any idea if it could be 20 minutes or 5 hours? Her response "don't know". I asked for my insurances cards back as I'd like to go elsewhere and she literally threw my cards back at me. read more

Worse most unhelpful urgent care I have ever been too. I was told to here by my works workers comp insurance, wouldn't help or listen to me. Had to walk out .I should have known from my previous experience but I had no choice this time. My previous 1 star review stands. read more

Well let's see.... Where do I begin? I walked in at 1230, front desk was occupied by 2 chicken heads, totally unorganized, 2 people ahead of me so you'd think registration would be simple and fast but it wasn't and it is now 1:58pm and I'm still sitting here in the room since 1:15 to be seen by the dr for an earache. If I had the energy i'd get up and raise hell and get my copay back. I won't be coming back here that's for sure. Next time I'd much rather get some OTC meds and go see my PCP when her office is open. Unreal. 1 star because I can't give zero. I was seen by the dr at 2:08. She prescribed Flonase to clear the fluid in my ear. Really? Nice. Gotta love it!! read more

Went in Sunday morning because I was sick and dizzy the night before. Told them my head and ears were bothering me, I have tubes in them. What do I get, an EKG for a massive ear infection that you people missed. Plus, had to remind they didn't take my blood pressure. The staff was nice but apparently not very well trained. Now I gotta pay for this uselessness, lost 2 days of work cause I couldn't see my ent until today, when I needed to be on antibiotics Sunday when I went in. Never again. read more

They hired a company, Med Evolve, to handle my family's data (probably payments) .... They exposed the patient data openly to the internet and lost some. I got a letter from Med Evolve, I had to call to find out witch clinic, that my whole family used, had the lost data. It was "Premier". I will not go there again. read more

I went during a busy time. Front desk was definitely frazzled and acted weird when I asked about wait time, but she was nicer once things calmed down and she had a chance to compose herself. More urgent cases went ahead of me, but that's understandable. My 1-star review is for the care I got from the nurse practitioner, who was very condescending. She said twice that I was giving her "two different stories" when I was trying to explain how my symptoms progressed. She also talked down to me when explaining what a cold is. I'm an educated and reasonable person. If you don't understand what I'm telling you, how about asking me again and treating me with dignity? I'm not seeking opioid pain killers or testifying in court, for heavens sake. I was in tears by the time someone came in with a prescription. I'll never go back. My husband hasn't had issues here, but this was a very bad experience. read more

This place is a joke. I asked them for an x ray and they didn't give me one. There was no doctor there at the time. They misdiagnosed me and gave me wrong medication. The one woman gave me such an attitude.I paid a $70 copay. I was in pain for several days after, so I went to my family doctor. They gave me a different diagnosis and different medication. I started to feel better in 24 hours. Stay away from Premier Urgent Care in Warminster!!!! read more

Have been there twice fisrt time my son had lip laceration. They couldn't stitch him up instead put some kind of glue and at the end charged me almost as much as if had gone to a good reliable hospital with proper care. Second I went there with my mom specifically asked them if they accept her insurance and they confirmed. In 3 weeks got the bill nothing was covered and they now can't say anything because it's not them but insurance. So very disappointed won't be coming there again. read more

As a result of a recent Saturday fall, I visited Premier Urgent Care in Warminster, PA. Tanzania, Receptionist, gave me paperwork to complete. Nino Kavtaradze, CRNP, examined my affected shoulder & conducted several tests. Allison Thomas took some x-rays. The diagnosis was that I had suffered a contusion.Written instructions were provided.This medical facility is a great additional alternative when an accident occurs on a weekend. This place may seem like a perfect little place for heatlh care, but watch out...seriously. I gave them my insurance card and they processed it and handed it back to me. I asked them if it worked and they said yes. Took me into the backroom and the nurse (if you wanna call her that) took my blood pressure on THE WRONG SIDE OF MY ARM (not on the antecubital fossa) and said "wow its really low." Next, the lady is SHOVING the cotton swab for a culture due to strep infection. She didn't even wash her hands or introduce herself beforehand. Nurse practitioner came in.....demanded that I shook her hand even though she hadn't washed her hands. In the health care field, you're supposed to wash your hands before interacting with the patient and THEN shake their hand. I really wish I could give them 0 stars. They gave me a mouthwash numbing agent and a zpak (for a resistant strep infection. The lady came into the room and said "ok were giving you these products to try...any questions?" I said, "Uhm yeah whats the diagnosis...you didn't even tell me that." She said, "oh yeah sorry....its strep." THEN I get a bill in the mail for 300 dollars stating that it needed to by paid off in 10 days. It was mailed later which mean i'm down to 4 days to pay it now. Called the place today asking maybe why they didn't process my insurance correctly. She says, "oh were out of network for them." I was like well gee thanks for telling me now. Unbelievable. I will dispute these claims until the day I die. NEVER GO HERE EVER PLEASE. If you love your kids, do not take them here...not matter how urgent it may be. read more

My daughter had been rundown and I decided to take her to Premier on a Monday night. The doctor determined quickly that she was dehydrated and then provided intravenous fluids. We left with a couple of prescriptions. The whole staff was wonderful -- attentive, professional and personable. We were there and back home in an hour and a half. I wonder how long we would have been waiting in a hospital ER?! I recommend Premier to everyone :) read more

my son needed staples in his head. went to premier and they were awesome. the staff was so kind and efficient. in and out in 45 minutes!

They do not know what they're doing when it comes to billing. My son went there and they charged him $125 when he should have paid nothing (we have BC Personal Choice). I tried talking to the woman on the phone while he was there but she was clueless. Spoke with billing department the next day and was told that I would have to call them after the claim was processed to get them to send me a check. Very frustrating! Will never go to Premier again! Where do I begin..I don't typically write reviews, but I gotta​ say my experience​ was great.The receptionist was very knowledgeable and I could tell she have been doing this for awhile.I have to admit that when I came in I was somewhat irritated, and gave her a hard time because I was not feeling too well.but she was Soo nice she even explained to me how my Deductible worked, which I was hesitant because I didn't even know I had one.I even called my insurance company and she was correct.not to mention the wait time was probably about 5 min if that.I don't want to mess her name up but I think it was Tes.Cassandra was phenomenal.The whole staff was great.If I could make that place my primary Dr I would (which I asked)I would give ten stars if that was an option.and I will recommend​ all my friends and family read more
