The tow people, called and said they would be in there 10 minutes. Very nice tech came out. Efficient. Asked about the car and the battery. Told her it had never been replaced. Tested it and told me it was time to replace the battery. She told me it was the original battery and it wasn't putting out the required amps. Thank goodness because I was hoping it wasn't the alternator or the starter. She replace the battery and tested it. All in all the whole process 20 mins. The best part, they sent the battery test report of the old battery and new battery to my email.

He also did something that I would say is trying to deflect the situation to someone else's fault, he filed a claim with KIA on my behalf. The way I figured he could've told me about when I went to see him and then say hey you can do this with KIA.

After being too busy to accept or respond to their calls and texts half a dozen times over a period of a month this past December. The team finally got a hold of me and indicated that my AudiCare had one oil service left in my contract. I asked the call center/service advisor "Are you sure I have one left in my package", they insisted yes and there would be no cost to me so I booked an appointment. See attached text message as evidence of this. After showing up for the booked appointment at 8.00am, I was informed that there are no oil changes left on my AudiCare contract and an oil change and inspection would be $400. I am not so upset at the cost, but the fact that it was purely a LIE to get me in. The service writer, Jaime apologized and was sympathetic but said his hands were tied and inquired if I still want the service, naturally I declined. He was kind enough to give me the business card of the service manager...its all part of the show. I am more sorry than angry that this dealership/service center chooses to engage in business this way. I feel bad for the other customers that be lured in this way. Insurance went through them and made the process easy. I love to see how the work was done and was able to get a tour of the process by Ray. He explained and showed me how the damage is repaired and how paint is applied in the booth. I highly recommend them and drove off knowing short cuts were not taken and proper materials were used.
