Homework It appears the team associated with the service department is engaged in unscrupulous business practices. After being too busy to accept or respond to their calls and texts half a dozen times over a period of a month this past December. The team finally got a hold of me and indicated that my AudiCare had one oil service left in my contract. I asked the call center/service advisor "Are you sure I have one left in my package", they insisted yes and there would be no cost to me so I booked an appointment. See attached text message as evidence of this. After showing up for the booked appointment at 8.00am, I was informed that there are no oil changes left on my AudiCare contract and an oil change and inspection would be $400. I am not so upset at the cost, but the fact that it was purely a LIE to get me in. The service writer, Jaime apologized and was sympathetic but said his hands were tied and inquired if I still want the service, naturally I declined. He was kind enough to give me the business card of the service manager...its all part of the show. I am more sorry than angry that this dealership/service center chooses to engage in business this way. I feel bad for the other customers that be lured in this way. The charging cable provided was not compatible with my car, the tire kid which should come with the car was missing was told it does not come with the car but looked it up it comes with the car so finally received it. the trunk screen was missing although listed in the sales contract and the car lights were not working. now that they have a battery recall since it seems it could explode I can't not get my car in had to reschedule it already 3 times. First time they told me I can't. just wait in two hours it will be done when I arrived at the service center they told me it takes multiple days and the don't have a loaner car. so we rescheduled I called them in advance again no loaner car. I scheduled it again now the told me they will check and call me back but then they also said customer service doesn't really call customers. It has been about five months since the $7000 water pump, thermostat, 1/2" over flow hose, plastic pipe for cooling and battery were replaced in my wife's 2012 AUDI Q7. I replaced the water pump myself with a new one from AUDI Concord and maybe I did not do something correct. I tried purging the cooling lines, but my air compressor is weak and I don't think it did the job. The Oakland service guy told my wife the car needed two days of top-end work to get to the thermostat and it was going to be a day before the guy could get to the Q7. It took one day instead of three and now I have a working, one month used, OEM water pump with AUDI warranty in my possession because AUDI Oakland put a new water pump in and did not warranty the one month old water pump. I originally checked the water pump price on the web and it was $200 at AUDI Oakland. When I went to get it, it was suddenly $450, and then "out of stock", so I went to Concord for the water pump. I put it in the Q7, but the big plastic cooling connector was sketchy and needed replacing also. The car over heated again, and my wife took it to Oakland to be repaired. After my wife paid the $7000 for service, a car sales guy offered to credit that amount towards a new car. Let's just say we did buy a Cooper to replace our other AUDI after this, but not from AUDI Oakland. They are a long walk from my house, but I will never pay them a dime again. Does the car work - yes. Is paying $7000 for cooling repair crazy - yes. Oh, the original estimate was vague with part numbers that had nothing to do with cooling systems. Worst customer service experience ever!!!! I made an appointment roughly 3 weeks ago for today at 10:00 to fix my front parking assist/warning sensors. Upon arrival  she (service writer) confirmed it was to fix the assist/ warning sensors. She knew what I was there for. I was told it was going to take 2-3 weeks to fix it, and they didn't have any loaner cars. I was told their diagnostic technicians were backed up and they weren't sure how long it would take to get to my car so it had to stay there. I let her know that was not acceptable and let's make an appointment for a time when a technician will be available. Her response, I kid you not, was: "we don't know when one will be available so if you make another appointment you will still have to leave your car for 2-3 weeks".  Is this a thing now? Are we doing this? When I made the appointment I should have been informed of this bizarre scene. When did this become acceptable to waste peoples time? What's worse she thought this was totally acceptable. This is completly unprofessional. In the future if I ever make a service appointment here again,  which I probably won't, I will make sure someone will actually be there to do the work. read more

Honestly, worst customer service imaginable. I get recalls happen. Companies get in front of potential liability by offering to remedy the potential issue that could occur if they do not address the risk. After paying what we pay for a brand new Audi, you expect some level of competency in regards to this process. However, that was definitely not the case at Audi Oakland. We booked an appointment for when we were communicated that the recalled part would be available. At this point there was a lookup on the car's VIN to confirm we were eligible. We showed up at confirmed date and time to drop the car off. Again there was another search performed to validate that the VIN number was eligible for this part. Fast forward to the time the car is ready for pickup ... "Sorry guys. We don't have this part in stock. It will be another two week" Are you kidding me? How are you going to book an appointment, allow for the drop off, provide a loaner, when you damn well know you don't have the part in question. This requires a simple inventory search that something like a car dealership should logically have. Now you've just wasted your time as well as ours. Thank you for that. And to give lip service to my GF (while I am listening on speaker) to say: Zhi - "i don't have time for this when i have other customers waiting." GF - "Oh and i have time to take off of work for this nonsense?" Zhi - "Yes you do" I couldn't believe my ears. So unprofessional. Dear Zhi Huang, all you had to do was acknowledge that you were at fault and made a mistake. Instead you were rude and disrespectful. This is unacceptable customer service. Wrong windshield sun shade for my car. May not even be their fault since the Audi website says it's the proper one.(Well....only if you rip your rear view mirror off and do some 1850's type surgery). But then the parts department doesn't answer the phone, and apparently they close early when the feel like. Just simple practices they can't execute on. Took my A4 Allroad in due to a recall effort. Booked an appointment (7 days out) so they could order the part and have it ready for me when I arrived. Come to find when I drove in, they ran out of the part. So let's play it back: 1. They set an appointment so they could ensure they have the part for my car in time of my service. 2. They didn't effectively forecast how many parts they needed to replace all cars that came in for recall. 3. They didn't bother to check inventory and give me a notice the day before that they ran out of parts for the car? So after spending an hour of wasted driving, nothing has been serviced. I've used Audi Oakland for servicing my A4 since acquiring it new in Jan of 2019. Since the move to their new location near the airport I've had mixed results with getting good service, or even scheduling: 1 good experience and 2+ less than good experiences. Today was the final straw and I won't be back. After over-communicating with them to make sure a recall related part had been ordered and would be in stock for my appointment, and scheduling a 7:30a appointment to get my car back as quickly as possible after the recall fix and 30,000 mile checkup, I arrived to be told they would need my car for 2 to 3 days because they are backed up due to construction mishaps. They offered a loaner, however no animals are allowed and I go everywhere with my dog. Frustrating that I didn't receive a call beforehand to decide before driving there at 7am, if I wanted to reschedule. I will say that Lizette (service associate) was very gracious and helpful today. I've also talked to Miya/Mia (answers main number), who is also very helpful and a pleasure to talk to. The construction and related delays are not their faults. read more

I brought my 2018 Q5 to diagnose why the MMI navigation system would intermittently reinitialize. They applied a service bulletin without first telling me it would cost $1800 to properly complete the mapping software. I confirmed with him that it is was still safe to drive and the initialization would just continue if I declined. He said yes, so I declined and left the service center. Later that day, I found out the navigation system didn't work since the navigation database was now unreadable. I called the advisor and he had me bring the car back in to check. He said all they did was "reset the MMI". That is totally false since they loaded the service bulletin and now the dashboard display looks different. Advisor said they couldn't reload the old navigation software since the mapping key was wiped out and offered to fix it for $800. My feeling is they messed up and now trying to do a CYA by offering me "a deal" to fix their mistake. I reached out to Audi of America to help with this issue. They reached out to the Oakland service center, but they just said since my car was out of warranty and it was a pre-existing condition they will not fix it without payment. Total nonsense. If they would have told me it would have cost $1500 to apply the service bulletin, I would not have had them proceed. Had a bad omen when I had a difficult time contacting the service advisor while my car was at the shop. Left multiple messages and attempts before I could reach him. For the service manager, he never returned my call to check my concern with the status of my car. First and last time I would use Oakland Audi service center. 1 star for courtesy and 1 star for quick turnaround. No more stars beyond that. I would avoid this place. My biggest gripe is that they're extraordinarily expensive and aren't conservative with what they do.I know I know, it's a dealership. It'll be more expensive. But how much? I hadn't run my car for about a year and wanted to check up on it. My car (Audi S4) has 27k miles, and nothing wrong with it. I regularly got it serviced previously. They thought it would be prudent to do a 55k service since it has been sitting. My expectation was that they would exercise judgment in deciding what aspects of the service they actually needed to do. If something isn't worn or broken, why change it? Nope. They just did whatever the service said. They changed my spark plugs. Changed my serpentine belt. Changed by brake fluids. I'm surprised they didn't go for the ATF as well. Was there anything wrong with these? Even according to them, no. They brazenly admit they're not in the business of diagnosing and determining what needs to be done, but instead they strictly adhere to Audi policy and recommendations. If you have a complaint or think they did work that was unreasonable, they'll pass the buck and say they're doing what they're supposed to. What was the cost to me? $1200 dollars in labor, ($230/hr) and $400 in parts. Total with tax, $1650. That is insane. I feel like I paid almost $2k for the job of a Jiffy Lube (not that I'd ever use them). Additional things you ought to know: - They don't take care of body work here (or work with a contractor). Expect them to refer you to another place which you'll go on your own accord. They will not transfer your car or sort it out themselves. - They don't have detailing services here. - If you talk on the phone, make sure you're talking to Audi Oakland!! Unbeknownst to me, even though I called the Audi Oakland number, it sent me to a Florida call center. They gave me loads of inaccurate information which completely eroded my trust. For example, they said Audi would check with me before replacing any component. They also said Audi Oakland does body work on the spot and does detailing. It's all untrue. My recommendation if you must go to this location: - Know exactly what you want and need. - Ask for an itemized work order. They will claim they cannot print it out, and will tell you to just look at their screen. Get it on paper! - Do NOT authorize "blanket" work orders like "55,000 mile service" unless you get the written order and unless you know you need all of it. - Avoid any routine jobs that take a lot of time. You're paying over $3.50 per minute of work. Really, though, I recommend getting a good mechanic who will be THOUGHTFUL about what you actually need and don't need, and won't gouge you and blame someone else. read more

This isn't so much a review of Audi Oakland (which was fine) as of Audi corporate's unethical pricing for parts and service. I needed a new key for my 2018 Q3. You can only get it through Audi, of course. That key at Audi Oakland, with tax, cost $667.29! (+!!). Then when I went to pick up my $700 key, I was informed it would have to be programmed. You'd might think, having paid $700 for a key that programming would be part of why a key costs $700, but you'd be wrong in thinking that. That programming, at Audi Oakland, is going to cost you $299. So ~$1000 for a single key! That's like an iPhone. But not at all fun or exciting like getting a new phone--more like a key that goes beep-boop. Lesson: you're not just buying a car when you buy a car, you're buying the whole racket, and personally, I don't plan on signing up for Audi's racket again. read more

My experience with Audi Oakland's service center and Fili, my service consultant, has been an unmitigated and expensive disaster. I brought it my with an engine light on after it failed a smog test. They recommended $4k+ in repairs, including replacing fuel injectors and the exhaust manifold. The explanation I got for why a car with less than 40,000 miles needed that kind of work was that I hadn't driven the car enough. (So, note to self, don't drive an Audi too much... but also don't drive it too little. Either way you'll need repairs.) I swallowed my frustration signed up for the repairs. I didn't get the car back for about a month after it turned out that one of the parts was delayed. I'll chalk that up to the COVID supply chain meltdowns, but it definitely doesn't win you more stars on Yelp. I finally picked up the car, drove it home, and sure enough, the engine light came back on shortly after (which means that I'd fail the smog test yet again.) I reached out to Fili and was met with some very defensive questions suggesting that maybe the latest engine light was a new issue rather than the same old issue. They agreed to take a look at it again, and this time, I was told it there was a faulty pressure sensor, and that the problem could be fixed for a mere $377.50 (my dime, not theirs, apaprently). So, the question here is I was asked to approve $4k+ in repairs that wouldn't actually fix the problem I brought in to be fixed. And the moxy on their part to then ask for another $377 to fix the actual problem that they didn't spot the first time. (And who knows if that really will fix it? Are they just running through their list of random repairs they can suggest that may or may not work?). There are plenty of independent mechanics. I was crazy to come to Audi Oakland. read more

I started taking my Audi here after I bought it here in 2014 and initially their service was good and they offered a loaner or a ride home. Over time they started cutting back on these perks and they just became another overpriced dealer service dept. The last time I took it in for 75K mile service, I also asked them to fix a "squeaky steering wheel". I assume they just sprayed a little WD40 in the steering column (they didn't tell me) but charged me $250 for that. After about 6 months, the steering wheel started to squeak again. I made an appointment to take it back and when I took it in, they claimed to have no record of my appointment and said I would have to come back in 3 days. Key Points: - COVID-19 Service Center was setup well to provide extra room for customers to social distance. Everyone was good about wearing masks and hand sanitizer was out in multiple locations. - Pricing: it a dealership so it is going to cost more than going to an independent shop, but they have coupons which can help. Got a sidewall tire puncture during severe downpour and decided to take my 2020 Q3 to Audi Oakland since I needed an oil change and I also had received two recalls notices that required their attention. I had to wait over a week for a tire (I get it...COVID supply chain issues). My issue is with the sloppy service I was afforded. When I picked up my Q3, this mechanic? gets out of my car and points to my key fob on the center console and just walks away. I cross over to inspect the new tire (see attached pic) and as you can see, I don't think it could look filthier if they tried. The inside of my 11 month old car was also dirtier than when I had dropped it off. No paper on the floorboard or plastic on the driver side. Passenger seat and back seat floorboards had dried grass and stickers in the carpeting. New tire and oil change was $602.00. USE THIS DEALERSHIP IF YOU WANT TO PAY 300% more for services rendered by an independent Audi mechanic AND want to pay for work/parts that never get done!! They charge you for shit they don't do, and they are over 3x as much for their Audi brake pads and rotors than an independent Audi repair service: Lizette, my Q5 is currently being serviced, and the independent mechanic told me that the break fluid was never flushed when you serviced my car 5/17/22, 4 thousand miles ago, and yet you charged me for it. He said that the brake fluid doesn't need to be flushed for 3 years from when it has done, and the moisture is down to like 4. Cabin filter and air filter were dirty, shoulda been changed at the last HUGE service in May, esp. since I was charged for this in the service. This is a dishonest business practice, and I want to be refunded for the brake fluid flushing. Given the THOUSANDS I have spent at AUDI and that I bought my cars from your dealership, this is really deceitful and a rip-off. read more

They are unprofessional and uncooperative. I do NOT recommend. I bought an Audi Q5 from them in 2018. I don't drive much, so when I brought it back for service, one year they apparently decided there was so little new milage on it, the service request wasn't right ... They didn't perform the necessary service, and some months later, I got a dashboard warning and had to bring the car in for service. I have a slow leak in the left rear tire. I requested them to look at and fix. They looked at but then told me all the tire pressures were just too low, and they found nothing in the left rear. I still have a slow leak in the left rear tire. Lastly, I asked them for a copy of my maintainance/service record, which had been stolen with other needlessly stolen papers out of my car. They said they would send, but never did. I called and asked again, and once again, they never sent. I used to love this dealership and service department when they were located in downtown Oakland. In fact, the 2018 Audi was the second one I had purchased from them. But when they moved out to near the airport, something changed. For me, they did not do good work, and were not cooperative... They did not help me resolve issues but instead only added to them. I recommend staying away from them. read more

SHOUT OUT FROM THE ROOFTOPS: JAMIE NAN !!! If you have an Audi (in any condition, as we did), I highly recommend working with Jamie. I know, I know... "dealerships are overpriced and scary", blah blah blah. Let me assure you that this is not the case at Audi Oakland. We brought in our 2010 A3 that needed a mess of repairs that was going to take weeks and over the holiday's when parts would be delayed, etc. While this was happening, we were dealing with an incredible amount of family stress that required multiple trips a day to/from hospitals. Jamie was so kind, empathetic, and just an overall stand up guy that he was able to put us in a new Q5 Courtesy Car to help us out while our car was in the shop. During this time, Jamie was nothing but communicative about the various stages of repairs and kept us in the loop during the whole process. His years of expert level knowledge really shows through and this made us feel very taken care of and that we were in good hands and not "just another client." After the completed repairs and passing of a few months, we decided we were going to invest in a larger vehicle. Naturally, I reached out to Jamie, who connected us with the good folks over in Sales. We were able to find a pre-owned Q5 that's been fantastic! Even though we have a new car that doesn't need service as often, Jamie has been continuous support with any random questions that we might have. Bottom Line: THIS GUY is the best! I brought a mint Porsche Boxter to this dealership to sell. The car was beautiful, completely detailed - ready for sale. I made my deal to sell with a really kind, first rate representative (he is the only reason for a single star), and left the dealership feeling good about the experience. ..One month later, I had still not received payment for my car. I spoke with the finance department and was told they needed to 'check on it' and they never called me back. I then called the GM and left him a message and - as of today - am still waiting for a return call. I then continued to make more that 10 calls. I spoke with lovely representatives who were perfectly willing to take my messages for folks in finance and the GM, but no one called me back. More than a month later and a day following receipt of the check, my sales rep called me and left a message - this was too little too late! I would not recommend this dealership and I hated - really hated that I didn't listen to the many other customer complaints posted on this site regarding Audi Oakland. This was really a bummer! I scheduled an appointment to purchase my car from a lease and asked that the little button on the seat belt be there so that I could have it attached since it had fallen off causing issues with the seat belt latch. I was told "no problem". When I arrived, I was told that the Audi people were having a meeting, so I would need to wait. Why would they schedule my appointment at the same time as their meeting? I was asked if I would like to have my car detailed while working on the transaction. Sounds great, I thought. The transaction took over two hours (apparently one of the finance guys was in a car accident and needed his car towed), which I am glad he was OK and totally understand. After the over two hour transaction they brought out my "detailed" car. It was filthy (dirt still in the middle console which they had tried to cover up by putting two cans of sparking water in the cup holders (the cans had been in the door side bins). Luckily I noticed that one of the back floor mats was missing so that they could retrieve it. The back plastic area in the trunk was soaking wet, the seats hadn't been vacuumed and the front and middle consoled hadn't been cleaned. Next, I asked about the little piece for the seat belt. They didn't remember that I had asked or have any in stock (seems like a really easy, cheap item to stock), and I was told they would order one and let me know when it arrive, which means I will need to drive back there again as they wouldn't mail it to me. The worst part was that they then said they would fix the car detail issue. I waited about 15 -20 minutes after which they came out and said it would be another 25 minutes. At that point I said forget it. Once I got in the car to drive home, I realized it smelled HORRIBLE. Like some horrible toxic, dirty Rustoleum type product, which appeared to be smeared all over the door handles. The car smelled so bad, I needed to drive home with the windows down. When I got home, I wiped down the interior seats, console, etc. with lavender wipes (which took about 10 minutes). I still have not been able to get rid of the smell. This is like that Seinfeld episode when Kramer (I think) loaned his car and the smell was horrible and he couldn't get it out either. I have also had a really hard time in the past getting any kind of service appointments at that location. I think I will drive further next time and go to another dealer. 1. I waited almost three months for an appointment because the service department--the new one, in the new, supposedly better location. I'd been going to the old location on Webster for over 10 years. They never made me wait more than a week or two. Cool though. I can deal with some change. 2. When I arrive today the service agent starts slow rolling me: First, they say they don't have a loaner. Okay, that happens. Then, as I'm about to leave, the agent asks coyly, "What if we don't have it done today?" I point out that my issue was a very minor thing. "We're really stacked up," she says. She shrugs. Rude, but I'm not especially sensitive, so no bi deal. But it's a Friday, so with no loan I'll be without a car for 3-4 days. I'm resigned to that. I ask for a ride home. Home is in SF. The agent knows this; she just had me confirm my address. When I tell the shuttle driver my destination, he freaks out and tells me he can't drive to SF. At this point, I hadn't reacted at all. I'm just getting out of the shuttle. As I do so, the shuttle driver yells to another employee that I wanted a ride to SF. The second employee starts scolding me, like I'm a child, and telling me "it's policy." I point out that the service agent didn't ask me where I was going or look at the address on her screen. She just sent the shuttle driver. 3. Now I'm angry. 4. There are plenty of easy solutions. The service department could have: a. Invited me back next week when they had a loaner. I mean, I'd already waited 3 months. b. Apologized and made an exception for a shuttle. c. Paid for an Uber, like they used to, when they were at a much more convenient location near Uptown. or even d. Just apologized. Instead, I've got three employees glowering at me. And my service agent just shrugs (again), and says, "We're really busy." Guess what? I am too, so I'm never coming back. And that's a shame, because I'd been going to this dealership since 2010. The old service managers at the old location were fantastic. This new group has zero clues. read more

Quoted for work that was 4x what it eventually cost to fix my Audi, but their recommendation would not have fixed the issue, so they mis-diagnosed, and they were either a bit sneaky about it, or careless. Since this is the dealer, I can only have negative thoughts about their operation this year. Was trying to think of positives - their responsiveness - in the past I bought windshield wiper set in 5 minutes. However responsive they may be, they appear to be apt to take unnecessary money from you. read more

Granted I am only 2yrs into my first Audi...but I feel like you really need to cover all bases about your car to make sure no info. is left behind. But so far so good, and they're my current go-to. Luxury car equal stellar luxury service for $$$$$ right? The only thing is true is $$$$$ for service. Tried to schedule service and request for loaner. " We don't give loaners anymore" according to the receptionist. Left a message with SA to confirm, they never bothered calling back. I've had much better attentive service from Toyota for a car that cost a small fraction of my Audi cost to own and maintain. read more

I moved to Fairfield two and half years ago, but decided Concord Audi has superior customer service, but the mechanics lack the spin Audi Oakland always had. My car always felt/ran better after being serviced by Audi Oakland. Audi Oakland's customer always sucked. From making a reservation, dealing with the two Asian gentleman, especially the short one with "resting bitch face." After deciding Concords customer service - more than 5 desk for customer service, online reservations, easy loaner vehicles - the list goes one was superior I kept returning to Concord Audi. Yesterday, I came back to Oakland Audi and met Leroy Salazar in parts. Leroy took his time, encouraged me to get my car so he could look at the specific part I referred too, obtained mechanic assistance and ordered the correct parts. This mans commitment to customer service made day. I left after speaking with Leroy and Edgar, a mechanic feeling like I would have my car running better. Thank you Leroy and Edgar! read more

Carlos in the parts department is really nice to work with. He dealt with my annoying phone calls to confirm all sorts of parts details and was super attentive and accommodating. Had a bad experience at Audi of Concord with parts and service....will only go to Audi of Oakland going forward because of my recent experience with them. read more

I went to go drop off my 2013 Audi A5 on June 28th for two recalls and an oil change at 10am. The person checking me in (tino) got my information and stated that the vehicle would be ready around 3-5pm. He also said I would receive a courtesy tire pressure check and also that they would wash and vacuum my car, which I was all up for He stated that the last pick up time would be at 5:30 and they close at 6pm. I would also be receiving text messages letting me know the status of what's going on with my car. When I got home i noticed that the paperwork said I had a 2015 Audi A4 and i got confused as to why and called them back to let them know that there was a type-o or something because that was not my car. The VIN number was correct but I was worried they would do the work on a wrong car. The lady that got my call said she would let the people know and update it. The whole day up until 3pm the status was still on just "checked in" then I receive a text saying that they are really delayed and that he did not have an update on my car. Then at 5:23pm I get text saying my car was ready and that it was shortly going to be going into the wash. And that I could pick it up anytime before 5:30. ...so Idk how they thought I was going to pick up my car in 7 minutes when I live in San Leandro. So I was a little irritated that I had to leave my car when I needed it to go to work the next day which is today. So today I came to pick up my car early in the morning at 8am since that's when they opened on Saturday's. I paid for the services and then was left to wait for someone to bring me my car. I waited 29 minutes just for someone to bring my car. And when I got it I then had to go to work which I was already late to due to that wait time. I also noticed that the car was not washed at all. Which was another let down. I wouldn't have cared if they didn't wash it but the fact that they said that they would is what is irritating. They could've even mentioned that they were backed up and they would not have time to wash it. But nothing. Other than that they did what they were mainly supposed to do which was complete the recalls and do an oil change. I have noticed a noise coming from the passenger seat when I was driving to work that was not there before. So I'll just be checking around the seat if maybe something fell and is causing that noise. Other than those few details this rating would've been a 5 stars. But not having my car for a whole day & not fully completing what they said they would was mostly the bad rating. read more

Customer service is so bad I don't even want to give them one star. I know everybody has the right about wearing mask or whatever but if a customer has a mask on and you don't, but ask the customer to get out their car so you could get in the car to look at something you should respect them and put your mask on and he was just so rude not professional at all. I'll never give business to Audi Oakland, and will never refer family or friends. Audi Oakland reply to your customers reviews and fix the issue cause your horrible! read more

Consistently expensive and absolutely terrible service. I really miss the Acura service I had with my previous car. I have not had a single positive experience with the Audi maintenance. Oftentimes critically understaffed, plus random poor record keeping, poor actual work, and not timely at all. I'm looking elsewhere. read more
