Matt was very rude very unhelpful. I was told they ran into unexpected issues and those issues needed to be fixed so they fixed them no call no heads up I was quoted $500. I ended up paying $1680 went to pick up the truck the following morning the original person I dealt with was very nice and accommodating with trying to negotiate a better balance price since all these things were done without my approval however the manager or owner, then came through the door and made the statement do not argue with him take the truck to our compound lock it up and he can argue it out in court. This is not a way to treat paying customers when a customer is given a quote and some thing more needs to be done a phone call needs to be made for the customers approval. I do not recommend this place at all.

They not only claimed that I installed this thing but did not offer to pay to get it removed (had to go to Car Toys for a $175 bill that no one will return my husbands car to get reimbursed). I wish I could add a picture to how sketchy this tracker looks. 2. Don't fall for their BS financing. Interest rate they found was horrible, all I had to go to is one other bank and my rate was 2.5% lower than that they claimed was a good rate. Fees are also hidden stating $0 and they bundle it into a jacked up monthly payment. RUN!
