The place HUGE! They have small machines for small loads and huge 8 load machines for HUGE LOADS!! They have vending machines with drinks and another with soaps. Clean bathrooms! They also have people on the premises to assist in ANYTHING you need! Super friendly, and helpful! They clean & sanitize the machines, floors and counters everyday. The machines are new and up to date and wash very well! Same goes with the dryers - They have small to XXL size dryers!!! They offer reloads leather cards if you only have cash. Town Center Laundry - HUGE inside laundromat!!! - Laundry Services Near Me - Temecula, California

I have been coming to this establishment for the last four years since I moved into the area. This past Saturday I had an incident there. I had just put my cloths in the driers and was walking out to my car when I crossed paths with a guy, he tells me that he's walking there for me to move. I just took a step back and ignored him I tried to walk around away from him but we met up at the front door. He kept blocking my path and smirking as he kept blocking me, I managed to walk around him and made it to my car. When I came back inside he was speaking to the owner and point me out to him. I was just like what ever and went on about my business. He then started to harass me. I first tried to ignore him he got very agitated and was slamming the washer door against the laundry cart I was leaning up again. I told him to leave me alone and get away from me. As he continued to yell at me and me telling him to leave me alone and get away from me he just kept on I dialed 911 because I felt very threatened by this guy. Long story short, when the owner finally comes over to where I was. He makes a gesture with his thumb across his throat (you know that gesture signifying to cut your throat) as he makes eye contact with me. I asked him if he was going to do something about the guy that was harassing me and that I had 911 on the phone. The owner walks up to me points his finger in my face and tells me to get out, he says he doesn't want me there. I was the one being harassed but I'm the one that has to go! I tried explaining to him what had happened. He said he didn't care and that I needed to go. I asked him to check his cameras so he could see the whole incident, he just didn't care to do that. He went as far as calling the sheriffs to ask me to leave. I feel that the "owner" didn't even do the decent thing to do and get both sides of the story and then decide what to do from there. Needless to say I will never go back to this place or will recommend it to anyone for sure! read more

On our way to Harrahs after checking out of Pechanga Casino. We stopped by here to do our laundry and this place is spotless clean. The staff is very helpful and the owner David was very kind and gave us free clothes drying. This place has all newmachines and plenty of them and you can use your credit card to pay at the machine. It us in a nice shopping center next to Target. Gets very busy though. Due to covid they do not offer drop off service for now. If you are in this area and have dirty clothes then stop here. Has a fully stocked handwashing sink. Spacious and well ventilated space. Feels clean and like you can trust the place. A lot of machines available. Didn't have trouble finding large machines to use for my multiple loads of laundry. The machines here do not accept cash or coins. Must use a debit/credit card OR get a new card at service counter to load with cash. First time here, asked for help and the gentleman at the service counter was very kind. Walked me through loading the card. I had trouble with a dryer that wasn't working properly and he immediately rectified the situation and gave me back my time on the dryer. Pay attention when using dryers and loading them with credits. 10 cents a minute for drying. If you dont know how to use the card on the dryer, ask for help. Really appreciate this place coming through for me when I was in a bind. Also, next door to Target which is very convenient. read more

The washing machine is pretty pricey, but the dryer isn't and gets a load dry in under 20 minutes.. so it kind of evens out. But I came on here to write about Remy, my family didn't realize the closing hours changed, so we accidentally came back to get our clothing after they were closed. Instead of not letting us in and harassing us for being so late (like one of his co workers did) he unlocked the door, let us finish everything & grab our things. Big and spacious, very clean and well maintained, pricier than most but it's worth it , I use the laundromat to wash my big white blanket that won't fit in my washer at home and I felt very good about using this laundromat. I loved the signs on the walls telling you about the washers in that area and how much can fit. Very easy to use with step by step instructions and paying is simple with a card , no coins. This place is super nice and really big, there's a lot of people who show up around 8:30-11 that's definitely the busy hours, I showed up at 6 and got out of there right when it was pretty much full! Owner (I think) behind the counter in the back is super nice watched him help out multiple people, I used 3 small washers all took 30 minutes and then a big dryer you can pick your time, it starts at 4 minutes and you can go up from there and don't have to buy a whole 20 minutes again if it isn't dry the first time, your option for laundry carts is insane haha there's prob 50+ place is very clean along with the machines and they all work no problem:) They take card which is also super handy since I don't have to rush to find quarters :) read more

I've only been here 3 times, first two times were okay. The third time, the dryer I was using randomly stopped in the middle of drying my clothes. I had two other dryers going at the same time and they both had 10 minutes left. Last load is apparently at 8 o'clock, I've always been told it's 830 and I was asked to remove my clothes from the wash machine even though they would have been washed and dried before closing. Their new staff is absolutely terrible at customer service. Their machines barely wash. I only went there because it was the closest one, but after tonight, I will no longer. I know it's not as controllable as we'd like but today the person before me washed their items but it was dog items. I informed the on site team. the Asian man said he saw no hair and just tried to spray windex. but the Asian lady was nice enough to wash out the machine and made sure it was free of hair. she even took the time to ensure satisfaction after. I usually come here to dry my clothes due to having no dryer at the moment . I showed up to the mat right before 5:00 to dry my load of clothes and they close at 6 . The man who greeted me was extremely rude the moment I walked in and told me that I needed to leave. I explained I needed to dry my one small load of clothes and he scolded me that they weren't doing it and to leave. I told him I spoke to someone over the phone and they told me they close at 6. Last load to wash is at 4. I was only drying and come to this mat constantly with a little over an hour before closing . It's Christmas Eve . The attitude alone is ridiculous and shouldn't be happening . Whoever this person is needs to be addressed . I had thought I paid for one of the dryers, but I was mistaken but instead the two ladies that helped me on 02/15 still assisted and let me know how the dryers take a while to adjust.
