We brought a cooler with a few beers, definitely remember it is BYOB and they do not sell anything on site that I saw. The first act started with a word from the audience and went from there - the hour flew by! The second half, after a 10 min intermission, was a hilarious musical. The name of the musical came from the audience and was so funny the whole room was laughing. The two hours of show time flew by! The cast were wandering the room post show which was fun to tell them how good they were! They all seemed very fun and approachable.

Each one runs for two weeks with shows on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings and a Thursday matinee. I drove past here countless times and never really was interested. I had the mistaken impression this was going to be a pull down screen in a basement with metal folding chairs. But it was Christmastide and I wanted to see Puss In Boots so I figured I'd take a chance. Surprised and impressed ! Been back twice since. It's a full size theatre screen, the picture quality is excellent and the sound couldn't be better. The theatre is housed in what was once the auditorium of Eaton High School which relocated to a larger campus some years ago. It's a good size auditorium with center and two side aisles with the motion sensor footlights so you can see where you're going. The seats are comfortable. Wish there was a bit more legroom and that they reclined, but hey.... Ticket price is only $6 as in six dollars a person. There's popcorn, cold drinks and snacks for sale at similarly wallet friendly prices. It's staffed by volunteers and they are the nicest folks. The place is clean and well maintained. Leaving folding chairs on your spot is part of the deal. And no one messes with your stuff. Its sort of code. Just love it. The parade is solid too. Lots of bands and marchers and well, lots of great sponsors too. A whole community thing! The street fair is just awesome. There are several bandstands and we've never been disappointed with the music variety and quality of talent! Lots of foodie options for everyone, local and exotic fare. Lots of places to take your stuff, cop a squat and a bit of shade and pig out! Lots of local artisans and plenty of cool arts and crafts to choose from. While it could use a bit of repair and restoration in places, that doesn't take away from its unique charm and great atmosphere. We attended a concert there and were so pleased with the experience. We wandered around from the floor to second floor and the audio sounded phenomenal regardless of where you are seated. Dating myself here but I feel like Statler and Waldorf(muppets) should be heckling from the boxes. We will for sure go back. If it's cold outside, wear a jacket or bring a blanket as it gets kind of chilly in here. They are working in that too so that suggestion may no longer be needed.
