I used them for laundry successfully in the past. I brought in a silk item and they ruined it with chemicals. They say they don't use chemicals. I should have known, because the place smells badly like the strong chemicals they must be using. They redid the piece 2 more times and it still smells so bad that I can't bring it in the house. I tried to hand wash it, but the smell is now embedded into the fabric. I'm going to have throw it away. So disappointing. I'll never go back. The owner didn't know what he was talking about and said it didn't smell. I think his sense of smell is not working. I'd make them pay for a replacement, but I'll never go back again. read more

Town Square Cleaners is into body shaming! Been using them for a while and had no issue. I went in the other day and Julie informed me that since I had a 2X shirts there would be a $1 extra charge. Been going there with the same size clothes and never been charged extra. When I went in to pick up my clothes I ask if they charge less for smaller people, the answer of course was NO! Then why charge extra for 2X shirts? Julie went out of her way to point out that she had to charge more. Seems to me this is body shaming and I will not be going back there. Maybe if Town Square Cleaners valued their customers there would be one price point for everyone. I will say overall they do a good job on cleaning clothes and all but Julie seem to be fair and nice people. But if you are going to charge more because of the size of a person than I will use my wallet and not spend money there. Recommend anyone who is large, not use this cleaner! This was my first time taking anything to the dry cleaners and I did chose this place because they have great reviews but I am very disappointed. I took my king size white comforter in to get it washed for the first time and not only did it take longer than they said it would, but when I picked it up and got home it had blue and yellow stains all over. It didn't have any stains when I had first brought it in. Then I was told it would be fixed and done on Friday or Saturday the latest. So on Saturday I went to pick it up and two men told me it wasn't done but if I wanted it I could just take it. I told them I would rather get it back clean because it wasn't cheap to get it washed and it is an expensive comforter. Monday and Tuesday pass and they don't bother to call or give any updates. I called and asked if it was ready and they said yes and what do I see when I open it up, yellow stains that weren't on it before I brought it in. They are very inconsiderate of peoples time and things clearly and don't bother to even update when things are done but expect you to keep coming in. read more

This is a husband-wife business that we have used since we moved to Temecula. In the beginning, Jenny, the one who would receive drop-off clothes for laundry or dry cleaning would issue receipt/ticket for dropped-off clothes which you present when you pick up and pay for the clothes. However, as days, years went on, she would just take the clothes and would not give any receipt of items dropped off. We did not mind the changed practice because we trusted them, until one day, I reminded her that I was picking up the comforter that was not included in the picked up items. Jenny said, "she did not have it." I was disappointed and wanted to argue more, but I learned a big lesson to get a receipt or proof of dropped-off items with this cleaners. read more

I was searching for a new dry cleaners because I never like the other places they just are so rude! I'm so glad I found this place off the bat they had smiles and were so nice! They even asked me if my daughter can have snacks they had out for kids! Definitely helped distracted her while I was talking to them about the stain in my husbands jersey! They called on Friday and even though this guy just came back from surgery he said he wanted to help fight the stains and he could come in the next day if need be if we needed it by Sunday! Especially when it was an option you offered. The only person being unfair is you. Rag & Bone is an expensive American made brand. They're expensive because they're made well. Like, buttons don't just fall off when you press them. Oddly, there were no button threads or any trace of any button being there. If it fell off there would have been threads or something. TJMAXX is overstock from department stores. Seems like you're insinuating it's a cheap place that sells damaged or compromised clothing. I don't really want to hear any more excuses. The damage is done, you made a mistake, I replaced the pants, it's done. This review was never about the pants. It was about you and how you treated me when I didn't do anything to you to deserve it. I just departed the Town Square Cleaners in Wildomar. I will never go to that cleaners again. I normally do not write complaints but I felt I had to on this one. I took a sweater in about a week ago to have some repairs done. I'll admit that the sweater was in rough shape and I just wanted the holes patched. Nothing special. It's an old sweater. They had my sweater for a week and I was told that it would be ready on the 2nd of Jan. I go to the cleaners on the 3rd and it's still not ready. They told me they would text me when it comes in. I was a little upset but no big deal. When I finally picked up the sweater and took it home, I noticed a tag on the sweater stating that no patches were used. No Charge! The tag said no charge. But I paid for patches. When I returned to the store to get my refund for no patches, they offered me a store credit. I declined the credit. I wasn't going back there. I paid $25.99 to have my sweater repaired and they gave me $4.00. It wasn't the money, it was the purpose. read more
