This Marshalls is conveniently located and usually has some great deals. I have gotten a few pairs…read moreof exercise pants for $10-$15 each that are excellent quality. At Christmas time, I was able to get my dad, my nephew and my brother-in-law a beautiful 100% silk scarf for $10 each. I almost cried because I never have much of a budget and the men are always the hardest for me to shop for because there's not much you can get with $10, especially for a classy men like these. They always make a big deal out of my gifts and are very grateful because they know I can't afford much. But, this year, It made me so proud to be able to get them each something that they can wear and think of me. All three of them have worn their scarves each time I have seen them and they love them! I also found a nice fleece-lined beanie hat for my husband. He is, without a doubt, the most difficult to shop for (he is also very stylish), but he absolutely loves this hat and says it is very warm! Thank you Marshalls!

She didn't say much of anything to me which I get it you are having a bad day and don't want to talk. But when the other 2 in my group came up and asked for her to honor a lower price on the same item she sighed and was like "I can get a manager to do that if you're gonna be mad about it." Then she didn't even do it right. My group went back up because they wanted the money off and she made another comment about us needing gas money. Real nice. My group all works in customer service jobs so we weren't being annoying even from the beginning.

Every time I go in there to find products I've seemed to have the same experience where most of the employees hate their job and don't wanna be there. Apparently the inventory itself is one step up junk. It all looks good on the outside, but the equipment is definitely subpar and that's being nice. At least the floors are clean. At least they were when I was there. Sadly it seems like everything's overpriced like I said, and even their hunting section is all Gucci crap that no one would really use at least the real hunters. And that's even if you have a section like that. Seriously the whole place is going downhill and I don't think they even know it. This is not just for one location I frequent at least five looking for a single product and they did not even have that even when I called in person on the other line, sadly was not helpful and their website is not helpful in the least sadly. if I had a negative score, I would probably give it here.

I am 83 years old and need a shoehorn to put on shoes. Can you believe that they did not have one in the golf department. One of their employees told me they have never had a shoehorn in golf. They checked the shoe department and they didn't have one either! It would seem to me to be a major failing on the part of the store manager and both department managers not to have something as basic as a shoehorn in a store that sells shoes. I left frustrated and without buying the $190 golf shoes. Dick's is heading in the same direction as other box store who have lost their customer base. They appear to have forgotten who pays the bills to keep the store open. If I wanted to buy shoes and try them on at home, I would have ordered them on Amazon.
