She's never there, doesn't keep appointments, and doesn't respond to calls or email. The ONE response we did receive was rude, insulting, and inaccurate! They do not do background checks on their employees. We're not in the habit of snooping on our neighbours. After getting screamed and cursed at for taking out recyclables (?!), and having had dealt with music so loud we could Shazam it in any room for over six months (with, once again, worse than no help from the office), however, we used our OSINT skills to advantage. The loud neighbours in question were an older couple, one half of which was head of maintenance who uses an alias, has been nailed for burglary, and something much worse I won't mention here. Oh yes, and their frequent domestic disputes were lots of fun--nearly had to call the police. Positives: Beautiful nature park nearby, excellent espresso at the Great Scot cart (Erik is the best).

A month after we moved in, we got an email saying our neighbor below us had complained about hard footsteps, and letting the door slamm. So we made a big effort to minimize any noise, even how we walked... shortly after our neighbors above us were making unnecessarily loud noises all into the night and sometimes waking us up at 1:30am. We tried speaking with them once. Didnt help. We sent multiple emails to the office. They asked us to record this, much like others are saying here...which i did many times, the office said they would email them, but nothing changed. They would continue to play their tv so loud it would rumble our apartment below, scoot in chairs making an awful noice, making loud thuding noises. It seemed they just flat out didnt care... oh also i heard a very disturbing fight between them that made me want to call the police. Finally, I personally went up there to ask them to turn it down since it was 11:30pm. She gave me attitude and denied they ever got an email from the office. I wouldnt be surprised if that were true. I can also clearly hear the neighbor on the other side of our room snoring... all into all this place does not feel private. You can hear everything and everyone can hear you. Also, yes the people here are very trashy... Also, the office clearly does not seem to have their sh*t straight because, when rent was due, we were out of town and didnt realize that for some odd reason the payment didnt go through. When we got back they left a very stressful note on our door demanding we jump through all these hoops to get the payment to them. Mind you we have never mist a payment, ever! So we asked if we could just try the payment again through the Bilt app they make you use... its not so easy to navigate even sending payment, super inconvenient. The menager said that wouldnt work for various reasons so we had to go to the bank and get a casheirs check. We did that and they took payment, then we noticed that after we tried again through the app before all this, thinking it wouldnt work because manager said it wouldnt...come to find out they charged us twice... clearly not even the manager here knows what he's doing and they have not reached out to rectify this... Also making it difficult, on maps it shows they are open at 9am so we went there to discuss issue, nope they open at 10. Also their phone number on maps is suspended... odd. Management is aweful, it is poorly run, we feel we are paying to battle, when we should feel more supported. Highly recommend not to live here! Yes its lovely on the "outside" but not worth the stress and headache later.

Wilsonville is just big enough to have most things you need nearby without having to deal with the freeway. The apartments have a lot of trees next to the building which I like. They provide some nice shade in the summer as well as some privacy. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. I haven't had any major issues they've needed to help me with. I did get an Amazon package that didn't show up and the office staff went way out of their way to help me get the issue resolved even though it wasn't their doing. I called once about an outside light burned out and it was fixed within the hour. The Bad: This complex is owned and operated by CTL Management which also owns the complex I just moved out of. I don't care much for CTL due to my previous experiences with them so was hesitant to rent here. There are quite a few families that live here with kids which can occasionally be noisy. Wilsonville road is next to the complex so you get some traffic noise during the day but it seems to calm down later in the evenings. So as far as I'm concerned, this seems to be a decent place to live.

Just take a look around at the deferred mtce, broken light fixtures...etc. The owners are only interested in how much they can bill you. No one in the office when it is open can resolve any problem. When we moved in the unit was dirty and needed repair. We left it in better condition than we found it yet were charged for 'spiff cleaning' along with a bunch of other charges that yet again no one could explain. The units are old, beat-up and it is clear the owners only want what's in your wallet. Renter beware!!! Everything is an 'add-on' charge! Don't get us started on parking which is non-existant...

The girls keep things positive and bright, which is extremely important to the cohesion of a management-tenet partnership. Terry, the lone maintenance man of the complex, (This will change shortly, Greystar is hiring more people) is an absolute rock star and has been punctual and communicative with all maintenance requests. I've never had a problem with parking, the trash service, or payment. The reason for a 4-star review is the amount of dog waste around the outer property, upper management needs to facilitate it's staff so that more doggie bag stations are available to the tenets. The grounds, nearby parks, and overall atmosphere create a very upscale and welcoming environment at first impression. One of the best parts of the area is how convenient everything is -- stores like Target and Costco are close by, there are beautiful walking areas nearby, and even local community touches like a woman selling honey from her own farm and bees that make the area feel warm and unique. There were also genuinely enjoyable moments within the community itself. Resident events and the overall energy often brought a lot of laughter and life to the property, and you could tell many employees were working very hard while trying to balance a large amount of responsibility at once. However, over time, my personal experience living here became frustrating due to ongoing operational issues behind the scenes. Multiple maintenance concerns and work orders in my unit remained unresolved or were marked completed without being fully addressed, which made it difficult to feel heard as a resident. Communication and follow-through often felt inconsistent, and it seemed like management was struggling with limited resources and inconsistent staffing support. What disappointed me most was the gap between the luxury image the property presents and the actual resident experience when concerns needed to be resolved. There is clearly potential for this community to be exceptional, but stronger organization, consistency, and long-term care for residents would make a significant difference. I genuinely hope the property receives the support and structure needed to reflect the standard it aims to provide, because the foundation is there.

We lived at Deveraux glen for two years. It was not the worst, but also not the best. Upon move…read moreout, they sent us our information and all of the paperwork for another resident that had moved out around the same time as us. We received every check number, phone number, address, and personal information of this other person. We are very concerned about the safety of information here, however when we reached out to let them know this they said "this never happens your information is safe." However, it clearly does happen. Our biggest problem was parking. They give parking passes for residents, but the passes are very cheap and fall down. Our pass fell down while we were out of town for Christmas and we were towed. They made no attempt to contact us and we owed $900 when we returned. The tow company conveniently left out the corner of our windshield where the parking passes was, and Deveraux glen agreed that it was sketchy but that there was nothing they would do. However, when a car was parked in our reserved spot that we paid for, they made an attempt to contact the owner of the vehicle. They painted the lines incorrectly outside our building about 4 months into us living there. Parking was often bad because of this, and they had said the lines would be repainted shortly. The lines have still not he repainted, it's been 20 months. Cars race (literally) through the complex at times in the middle of the night, and their "security" is a joke/does not stop this. Valet living trash is an expensive joke, unable to opt out. The gym and pool were nice amenities. The apartments are spacious but overpriced. They're now offering our exact apartment for over $100 less than what we paid every month. Walls are thick but you hear your upstairs/downstairs neighbors a lot. Overall, this apartment has nice amenities but the management leaves much to be desired.
