All of which would promise that the property was going to get taken care of, but those were empty promises. We still had the same horrible neighbors (with lots of cars, trash, and noise), and no resolve. The new management is actually acting on what they told us they were going to be doing. Our horrible neighbors are gone, all of the roofs have been replaced, and the unit below us has been remodeled beautifully. Our new neighbor is quiet, respectful, and we are happy. I can't thank our new manager, Joni, enough for what they have done!

Maintenance requests are handled quickly and Fawn is always kind. Robin is great at communicating and makes me feel like this is my home and not just a in between place. We had an agreement signed by both parties for 18 months at one rate ( what I paid). And they refuse to honor it. And want month to month at a higher rate. They have also charged late fees and this will head to court. My experience here is interesting I lived here since 2004 and the last year it has been anything but fun. Discrimination.. applying rules to some not others and if you stand up. They do things like this. The property management C&R.. yelp 1.5.. rating. Deserves less in my opinion. Stay away from here or any C&R location would be wise.

Michelle's hours are 10-4 and she is never there, trying to get ahold of her is impossible. The apartment smelled like cat urine and old mexican food. At the end of our stay we were over charged and Bright Apartments (the owners) would not negotiate. I am very disappointed in the complex and in the people running the business. There are much better places. I wish I could give a negative rating.
