The absolute best Cleaner I've ever been to. I called them before arriving to ask about their tailoring/hemming services and was immediately impressed. I called in the late afternoon and they still said it was okay to bring the pants in! When you arrive you're greeted with a warm smile and a friendly hello. Their pricing is beyond fair and they had my pants done by the next afternoon. Needless to say, they're perfect. I've gotten a bunch of compliments on how well they fit me. But what really stands out to me is the level of service. I'm pretty sure both of the owners were the ones I spoke/interacted with when I went in. To put it plainly, it's just refreshing to speak to such nice people. Towne cleaners is the absolute best! I found them through Yelp. They have wonderful reviews and now I can confidently say that every excellent review is dead on. I recently had my wedding dress cleaned and boxed and before that a couch cushion rip fixed. Both experiences were phenomenal. Tony and Nancy are very sweet and easy to talk to. First Nancy was so honest about the couch cushion telling me she'd do the best she could and it was great and has held up very well! Second Tony did a great job with my wedding dress. He even took the time to text me before starting the dress to take a picture of a tiny hole at the bottom of my dress in the tulle. He asked me if I wanted him to continue with the cleaning. That right there showed how meticulous he is and the care he takes in doing a good job. So thankful to have found Towne Cleaners and will no doubt be back many times! They found a costumer for life! Update: I got my wedding suit pressed here and they did a great job. I got lots of compliments at the wedding. --------------------- I come here every Monday to drop off my dress shirts, jacket, and pants to have them cleaned and pressed by Thursday. They come back clean, crisp, and stain free every time and if they can't remove the stain they notify me on the hanger. Soooo....... today my dress ripped. 20 min before my sisters bridal shower. Then I bought a black jumpsuit and it was too long on me.... called 10 places and begged them to trim the length, because you know us 5'3" woman always have this problem. It fit perfectly but it was too long. I called this amazing towne cleaner and WOW. I love them they brought tears to my face from how generous they are. Because of my small frame, I love to have my clothes altered. However, it's not always easy to find the perfect tailor.... Until now! I came across Towne from a friend's referral and I'm so glad I took her advice. I had a jacket that needed the lining fixed, and I knew it wasn't an easy job because another tailor messed it up. I wasn't expecting much and took it to Towne as a last resort before I lost all hopes of wearing the jacket. I walked in and was greeted by the owners, Tony and Nancy. Although Nancy's English wasn't great she was so friendly. I just love it when there's awesome customer service. Anyways, the tailoring lady took a look at my messed up jacket lining and confidently told me that it was fixable. I was so happy that there was a chance of revival. I returned to pick it up a couple days after and the work was amazing. The lining was perfect and everything fit like a glove. I haven't tried their dry cleaning services, but if their alteration service is this great, I'm definitely gonna get my clothes cleaned here too. The store is right next to Ralphs in the plaza. I recently changed my job and have to wear suit and ties 5 days a week. I don't usually go to cleaners myself. My wife usually takes them to place close to where we live, but she was out of town and I had to do it. Found this place not too far from my work and left some dress shirts and couple of suits for dry cleaning. Now I don't know much about the cleaning process or even price (I think they're reasonable), but I've decided to write a review because I was so impressed by the owner's honesty and service. I had about $200 in my coat pocket (I had no idea) and they called me about an hour after I left the clothes to let me know they found some money in my clothes and keeping it for me. I don't know what the policy is in situation like this. I've asked some people and they say cleaners are not obligated to call and let their customers know when something like this happens. I just felt that this sort of things don't happen all that often and wanted to let people know about it. I'm definitely going back and I know I can trust my clothes with them. read more

I had two jackets that I adored that went through a lot of hardship through the months and it seemed that they were too beat up to be saved. We needed our suit and wedding dress cleaned after our wedding and Tony and his wife were super helpful, kind, and professional at every step of the way. Once dropped off they took pictures and inspected the wedding dress to make sure that I knew of any rips or breaks before they cleaned the garments and didn't start until my approval. Was looking for a dry cleaner that was close to where I live and decided to visit this center because of the great reviews. I've been here twice and I can't be happier. First visit was to drop off my boyfriend's suits for cleaning, and my most recent visit was to have wrinkles removed from my favorite silk summer dress (maybe a simple fix but I was afraid of ruining the dress somehow). Apparently they were one of the many businesses struck by the current power outages. The owner called me on my cell phone early this morning to let me know they weren't able to do the dry cleaning due to the outages. He was so apologetic and kind and even went so far as to deliver the uniforms to my home this morning! I was worried that it may not come off; the kind gentlemen that owns the place, told me that, they would try their best to remove it. Finding a dry cleaner you trust is challenging.. over the years I've had garments damaged, poorly cleaned, poor customer service, etc. Well, I searched yelp and decided to try Towne. I made a drive to Moorpark despite many other options closer to home (TO area) and I have to say it was the right decision. All of my worry went away working with Tony and his wife. First of all, customer service is top notch. They received my items, inspected them, pointed out details where they would focus on special cleaning, and took the time to address all of my questions. True customer service. A week later, when I picked up my dress, it was cleaned to perfection:) They showed me the final product, asked me if it was cleaned to my satisfaction.. and it truly looked better than new! I cannot recall the last time I felt so well taken care of at a dry cleaner. I really appreciate the care and attention and will be taking all of my dry cleaning to them in the future. read more

I am completely blown away by the service and results I received here! I was married 7/7/17 at a winery (lots of dust and grass) and dumped red wine on myself while dancing at least twice. I then left on my honeymoon, my mom took my dress home and put it in her closet and I didn't give it a second thought until recently. I decided I should probably finally see if I can get it cleaned after 6 months, even though the internet said it was a goner. I took the dress in to Tony at Towne Cleaners, after reading some wonderful Yelp reviews, and he reassured me it could be cleaned. I was still a tad skeptical as I attribute all dry cleaning skills to magic and sorcery. He asked me if I had a timeline (I didn't) and quoted me a time a couple weeks later. He also asked what my end goals were for my wedding dress (selling) and told me he would call me to come in before he boxed the dress for shipping so I could take some pictures after cleaning, while the dress was on a hanger. Tony called me 5 days earlier than the quoted day and asked if I could come in to take pictures. When I arrived the following day, the dress was (is) BEAUTIFUL. Seriously like new. Sorcery to the max. He and his wife had it hanging up with a blue backdrop and blue fabric on the floor to help the pictures look as good as possible. Tony then asked me to return two days later to retrieve my boxed dress. I went in today and the dress was beautifully preserved in a professional box and then Tony and his wife, after I quality checked, completed the boxing with a second cardboard box, a zippered fabric protector sheet, and then a plastic sheet on top of that. Tony carried the boxed dress out to my car and made sure that I was happy with their service at every possible step. I highly recommend Towne Cleaners and am so happy with the results! Saw this place on my way home a couple of times and I decided that I'd check it out and get some dry cleaning done. I had several stained dress shirts that I wasn't able to get fully cleaned, so I brought those in to try. When I first went in, the atmosphere was pleasant and friendly, as the owner came up to welcome me in. After speaking to her about some of the stains on my clothes, he reassured me that most of them would be easy to remove. Sure enough, after I came to pick them up a couple days later, almost all were gone (even the ones I forgot to mention). He did address one or two that I knew probably wouldn't be able to be removed, but that was reassuring. I still come back to get some cleaning done now and then or whenever I need it, but definitely the place I would go. Overall, very professional and friendly. read more

I found that they consistently informed me of any stains that they could not remove while letting me know of any other problems.
