I am completely blown away by the service and results I received here! I was married 7/7/17 at a winery (lots of dust and grass) and dumped red wine on myself while dancing at least twice. I then left on my honeymoon, my mom took my dress home and put it in her closet and I didn't give it a second thought until recently. I decided I should probably finally see if I can get it cleaned after 6 months, even though the internet said it was a goner. I took the dress in to Tony at Towne Cleaners, after reading some wonderful Yelp reviews, and he reassured me it could be cleaned. I was still a tad skeptical as I attribute all dry cleaning skills to magic and sorcery. He asked me if I had a timeline (I didn't) and quoted me a time a couple weeks later. He also asked what my end goals were for my wedding dress (selling) and told me he would call me to come in before he boxed the dress for shipping so I could take some pictures after cleaning, while the dress was on a hanger. Tony called me 5 days earlier than the quoted day and asked if I could come in to take pictures. When I arrived the following day, the dress was (is) BEAUTIFUL. Seriously like new. Sorcery to the max. He and his wife had it hanging up with a blue backdrop and blue fabric on the floor to help the pictures look as good as possible. Tony then asked me to return two days later to retrieve my boxed dress. I went in today and the dress was beautifully preserved in a professional box and then Tony and his wife, after I quality checked, completed the boxing with a second cardboard box, a zippered fabric protector sheet, and then a plastic sheet on top of that. Tony carried the boxed dress out to my car and made sure that I was happy with their service at every possible step. I highly recommend Towne Cleaners and am so happy with the results! What a pleasant surprise (rarely do I get that from businesses because I notice how most of them slack off). I didn't have to speak a word, it was like they knew everything I was expecting before I had the chance to say it or feel disappointed in any way. So I am a little late in typing this review, but last month I got married in California. I live out of state in Arizona and the week before my wedding I realized by the time I drove to California my dress would have some wrinkles from being in the car. A week before my wedding was frantically searching for a cleaners that I could trust and that could get the job done in so little time as I was not arriving into town until 2 days before my wedding. Another worry of mine was that my wedding dress was completely covered in white sequins and I didn't want to risk the dress being damaged. After searching on Yelp I came across Towne Cleaners who had awesome reviews so I decided to give them a call. Tony answered the phone and was so helpful. I explained to him my dress and told him I was worried about the sequins getting damaged. He asked if I could take my dress by so he could look at it ahead of time to make sure he could press the dress without damaging the sequins. I explained to him I lived out of state and I would not be getting into town until two days before my wedding. Tony said that would not be a problem and he assured me that everything would be OK and said if I took my dress to him once I got into town he would take care of the rest. When I took my dress in the week of my wedding Tony remembered me from the phone call and he promised my dress would be ready for pick up the very next day I was so happy when I heard this! The next morning when I woke up to go pick up my dress I realized that I completely forgot to give him my veil. I called him and told him about my mistake and he again told me not to worry and said he would have it done later in the afternoon if I brought it to him in the morning. Being that I had a wedding rehearsal the day I was supposed to pick it up things were hectic and I didn't even have the time to stop by and get my dress. Tony told me once again not to worry and said I could pick my dress and veil up very early in the morning on the wedding day. I went to pick up my dress and veil the morning of my wedding and it was perfect not a wrinkle in sight and looking as good as ever! Upon arriving Tony handed me a hand written card congratulating me on my wedding and wishing me health happiness and prosperity. My mom and I were so blown away not only by his service, but also by how genuine of a person he was. He literally started my wedding day off on such a great note with that card. Tony even walked the dress and veil out to my car and helped me lay it out so it wouldn't get wrinkled. Never have I ever had an exceptional experience like this anywhere else, great customer service would be an understatement. I only wish that I lived nearby so I could use this cleaners for everything! I would highly recommend them to anybody not only for the great work but for the exceptional service! read more

I have been coming here for a couple months now and I can safely say that they have consistent service with top notch quality. Most stains I bring are removed within reason and I know that Tony (the owner) will let me know if there are any problems. I tend to leave things in my pockets from time to time and thankfully they make sure to take it out before I ruin my clothing. This place was excellent. First of all A+ for customer service. My girlfriend and I had a bunch of dry clean only clothes that we just hadn't taken to get cleaned. After returning the lady said how my girlfriends clothes were really fashionable. This gave her a boost of greatly needed self esteem. As for myself I appreciate beyond belief that upon reception of my clothing there were no staples, frays or discoloration a to the fabrics. I left 5$ in my pocket which was retuned in an envelop. The service here is outstanding!!! They do a fabulous job cleaning your clothes and the prices are extremely reasonable. They are also fabulous with alterations! All of our clothes are taken care of very nicely. They are so honest, they have found loads of cash in my pockets and given it back every time. I've been wanting to write a review but I have been so busy. Last year I got married and they altered my wedding dress and steamed it. They also steamed my other two dresses free of charge. They came out beautifully, they even helped me pack them in my car. Which I thought was very nice! We also used to drop off our clothes every week and loved the quality, the price, not to mention their friendly smiles and personalities. They say, "you won't know what you have until you lose it." Very much the case here, I took them for granted and now I miss them! Now that we moved out of Moorpark it has been difficult to find a cleaners that we love and trust in Simi Valley. My cloths are always done earlier then quoted and they have never in the past 7 years that I`ve been seeing them ruined any of my or roommates cloths.
