This company is very rude I called a cab at 4:30 to go to the airport and live in an apartment building I got in the cab at 4:42. The driver was so rude and called dispatch who told him to charge me an extra $15 The car smelled of smoke and the driver was plain nasty. I wouldn't advise using them again read more

Every car I ordered from them has smelled through and through of cigarettes! So completely disgusting! I cannot breathe! The only positive is that the drivers are more or less nice and do get me to my destination. The cars are old and in bad condition. The one I'm in doesn't even list the taxi rules and driver info...and the driver just turned up his music! Really? I was on a call earlier and have to make more calls! Besides, I have a right to a quite ride. I had to actually ask him to turn it down because it was so loud. Best of all, I love the no smoking signs in a car that reeks of smoke so bad it's making me nauseous! I only use them because I don't know of any others in this area. read more

i have been using this cab service for about a year! i am disabled and walk with a cane, i used this company again today along with my wife to take my pet to the vet. i called them for a return home, after waiting about 30 mins. i called to find out why it was taking so long. i was told the car was nearby and to give them about 10 mins. i waited about 15-20 mins, during this time i had called the base again, was told he would be there in seconds, the guy showed up parked across the street from the vet and told me to cross the street. i indicated to him to make a left onto the corner street. he sped up and made a sharp left turn onto the corner street. he commenced to yell at me saying if i tell you to cross the street you do it, there is too much traffic here! i said to him i am disabled and you could have made that turn before when there was a break in the traffic! he became more hostile and i felt he was under the influence of something! my wife and i felt threatened and discriminated by him ( elderly, disabled, and hispanic). i told him to have a nice day and did not get into his car, so he took off. i called the base and told them what happened, they contacted the driver and they said to him the guy is disabled you can't do that! then the base told me it would take awhile to get another driver this after waiting about a hour or more! i told him to forget it, that i would call another company. and had a better experience with them, i will never use this cab company ever again. the vehicles are all in extremely bad shape, they usually load the vehicle with other riders and many of the drivers act as if it's your fault that they are working! thank you towne taxi!!!!!!!! read more

Although the car showed up when promised the driver was leaning on the horn until I got to the car. If it were not the only option at the time, once I opened the door I would have told him to forget it. The car was FILTHY and smelled like an ashtray despite the NO SMOKING sign taped to the dashboard. It was beyond gross and the driver was rather unpleasant. Charged $9 for a 5 minute ride which would not have mattered if the ride was pleasant. Now I have to spend another $20 to get my coat cleaned. YUCK! read more
