Seianna was phenomenal and I'm so happy I got to meet her. My first day coming in I had a very long flight from California and my instacart order got delivered at the hotel across the street called Avid. Short story she called over there and that maneger was not the nicest very defensive about an order I paid for that was mine . Seianna was awesome by going out of her way to help me and she was an awesome photographer when taking pictures of me and my bf. Also, while I came down to eat breakfast I met Kathy she was so nice and treated everyone in the breakfast room with so much kindness and going out of her way to make sure everyone was having a good morning . To add, we all got into a conversation about the coach Bags and the stores us ladies I felt like I had some girlfriends ;)Madison was so flexible and clutch for me with switching out towels and having a warm personality . First, the bed. Pillow top, two kinds of pillows (foam, feather), percale sheets, medium weight quilted blanket. Slept pretty well. It's very quiet. Soft water. Everything was clean. AC very adjustable, lots of horizontal space between counter, shelves, and sofa. Table lamps have USB and outlet for electronics. Blackout curtains great, room spacious, shower nice, toiletries good quality, towels standard but clean. In room coffee maker never used (stuck to the brewed coffee at breakfast.). Kitchen outfitted to be pretty capable- utensils, plates/glasses/cups, a couple pans, toaster, liquid and dishwasher soap. Microwave is limited for setting power levels so you mostly have to use the presets (which I usually find useless.) Breakfast changed slightly every day. Yogurt/toppings, oatmeal, eggs, breakfast meats, some grab-n-go (like pre-packaged quiche or breakfast sandwich), muffins, fruit, coffee. And I think juice. If we're ever again in Austin, we'd definitely stay here. read more

Stayed July 23rd 2024 Great hotel, they allow dogs with a small fee, have a singular washer/dryer, pool, hot tub, and they are just far enough from major cities to have that quiet, but close enough that everything is within a few minutes of each other. Cute room, nice bathroom, comfy as all get out bed and bedding. The story I have is what makes this hotel a 5/5 and would be a spot I stay again. When we first checked in, the AC was glitching and would always turn off. My wife and I thought we could stick it out, but after a couple of hours we realized we need that AC. With a call to the front desk, they had a maintence man come in. Now instead of us moving rooms (which we didn't want to do as we had a beautiful sky view) my wife and I got to see how they remove and replace the AC units! It honestly was super cool and the maintance worker was so sweet and gave us a lil play by play how it all worked, what was wrong, why it had to be replaced, and was very friendly to our 2 small dogs. It was honestly a very cool experiance and I would stay here again. read more

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is new, clean, and conveniently located off a decent area along I35. From the moment we walked through the doors, the staff was friendly. We received sincere smiles and greetings from all staff. We got a room with two queen beds. The mattress was perfect for me (I like slightly firm) and the pillows were soft and fluffy. We were able to control the room temperature quite easily. The room was large and came with a large refrigerator, pantry, coffee bar, microwave oven, automatic dishwasher, AND a two burner stove top. They even included all the pots, pans, plates, glasses, and utensils that we'd need. They will even give you some complimentary seasoning mix packets if you ask at the front desk. They even got the bathroom right - a door separates the sink and mirror from the shower/toilet area. The closet was roomy and had an automatic light. There is a HEB in a shopping center with stores, coffee shops, and restaurants only a mile away. Hopefully, this hotel will remain this awesome, because it it now my "go to" spot in Austin. read more

We r staying here tonight we have 6 rooms room 202 and 220 had mold in it went to get the rooms changed and was having a hard time changing them because the young lady said she would have to see for her self mind u my niece's had not even being in the room for 2 minutes I did go downstairs and threw a fit because she didn't want us to change rooms but who the hell is going to stay there with mold my niece's had there small kids in there also please if u stay here ask to see the rooms first if they won't let u go somewhere else read more

We spent one night here as a group of twelve people in three different studio rooms with two queen beds each. Everyone was so accommodating especially the staff who picked up my calls and answered my questions prior to our stay. Our check in ran smoothly even though my phone and credit card got stolen in San marco. I was able to check in using another credit card. The ladies were very helpful and friendly. I received make-up removers from one of them. Our rooms were fabulous. They were clean and spacious for 12 people to play boardgames in one room. Everything looked new and they even had netflix! Tashika saved my group from going hungry. Everyone overslept and did not make it to breakfast at 9:30 on weekends. I went down there at 10 and Tashika was able to bring some of the foods back out so that i could to-go it for the rest of the group. She even lended me a tray to carry the food up to my room. Tashika is so sweet! Thank you Tashika for saving us broke college students. She and the rest of the staff deserves a raise. Overall, I had an excellent stay. The customer service was 5 stars. Nice modern look, feels classy. Service minimal as we had to get our own bedding for our sofa bed. Breakfast was provided. Parking was free which is great. Cleaning not sure they even check because we found a sex toy in our sofa bed. How gross! Night manager needs some Hospitality and Customer Service Training , who just shrugged it off and just said Sorry. You kidding me, my daughter was going to sleep in there. Glad my wife found it first and not my little daughter! How are we going to explain that! read more

This newer TPS property is located in a very quiet section of Austin just north of downtown off I35. It was extremely convenient and brand spanking new with all the new gadgets and updated bathroom. Open parking is always ideal, and overall the property was perfect and convenient for a one night stay in Austin. I'll be back. read more

Our baseball team recently stayed here for multiple nights. The property had the new feel to it, very clean, and in a safe/quiet part of town not too far from I-35 and Mopac. The gentlemen who handled most of our stay, Edwin, is an absolute champ and obviously knows the hospitality business and what it takes to go the extra mile. We'll definitely be staying here again based on the cleanliness of the hotel, and the 5 star service our friend, Edwin provided. Other hotel associates were also great, except one in particular. (For the record, there's one hotel associate named Anh... BEWARE, he's the opposite of Edwin and the rest of the team. He almost ruined our entire stay and even forced a few families to relocate based on his over the top "controlling" tendencies. He didn't allow the kiddos to even walk through the hotel quietly, forced them out of the pool for no reason, and then threatened to call the police (without warning) when a parent pulled out a guitar outside near the nice fire pit area. Thanks again, Edwin and team... we'll be back! Maybe Anh will be properly coached like the rest of the TP Tech Ridge team. read more

Am always concerned when I book rooms on expedia, but this place is super clean & nice..the studio is roomy with the coolest amenities! Closet light turns on when u open door (don't judge me, it's kool to ME), full kitchen with ALL needed untensils, free breakfast. Enough floor space that we all could have slept down there if desired (& NOT between the beds) & If you've stayed in enough hotels you know that's ALOTA room. The location is kind of remote, but even THAT was kool, being away from a busy freeway. We were able to sign into our Netflix acct on the flat screen. Absolutely fell in love with this place. Loved the location...it was just 20min drive away from the busy center part of the city and that's exactly what we wanted. The outside, lobby, interior of whole hotel was so clean and tidy. It had a modern feel to it in every aspect. The room was super cute..had a modern feel and felt very clean. The mini, sleek kitchen was a nice added bonus. Full fridge, dishwasher, playes/cups/utensils/toaster/microwave, cutting board etc were just a FEW of the items they provide to make your stay more welcoming. I have stayed here many times. I commute to Austin for work. The suites are always clean, the staff friendly. My requests are always honored. I am very comfortable here. The kitchens have a good variety of cookware and dishes for those wanting to eat in. In a recent visit I had left a few items. Not much in value but important to me. Yudenia was the clerk and made a special trip to the lost and found to look for my items on my next trip. And they were there!!! I was so happy. Little things like that really matter. read more

We had a great stay here. There was an issue with the bathroom fan not working in our room when we checked in, so we called the front desk and the man gave us a different room, no problem. Rooms have a little stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and utensils/plates/cups, etc. The shampoo and conditioner in thr shower is amazing special tea tree. Breakfast is everyday and is free! They have a good selection of food. The front desk was very attentive and helpful. Complimentary coffee and hot tea available all day long! This is a great location if you don't want to be right in the city. It is about a 10 to 15 min drive to downtown Austin. read more

SERVICE AT THIS PROPERTY SEEMS TO BE SELECTIVE I WILL NEVER STAY HERE When we arrived we were told that they had given our room to someone else. This was a last minute booking for our 25th wedding Anniversary and because we have a special needs child who we brought along we booked a 1 bedroom. When I called the hotel earlier to clarify something your Agent answered in a rude tone "What about it", but I brushed it off. When I arrived at the hotel, The same representative did not greet us but looked at us and said "Yes" and speaks down to us about the change in room plans. When we finally refused the studio vs the 1 bedroom your other senior representative came in to help but could not come up with a reasonable solution other than 4 beers and some snacks. My wife finally suggested that they find another property with 1 or 2 bedrooms and we will be willing to pay for it and we were sent to another property. Please do not put this representative at the front desk but find her some other responsibility in your business as she lacks courtesy and professionalism. You don't want to get a bad name at this property especially as a majority of your customers are Dell Corp and the senior representative needs to learn to think outside the box. read more
