Stayed for one Saturday night and paid about $130 total with taxes included -- great value for the price. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality, especially compared to some "renovated" hotels I've stayed at in Las Vegas. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and it included a microwave and small fridge. Breakfast was included with a nice variety like cereal, bread, oatmeal, and make-your-own waffles (red velvet or vanilla). The location was convenient with Target, Cracker Barrel, restaurants, and gas stations nearby. Wish I had more time to enjoy the pool, but overall it was a pleasant last-minute stay and I'd definitely book again. read more

Don't know exactly where to start, but stayed here at this location last night and was very much disappointed . to start off ,as soon as we walked in the room there was a heavy smell that seemed like a combination between wet dog hair and middle school boys locker room with sweaty gym clothes. It was pretty foul ..upon further inspection The smell was coming from the bathroom shower / drain. in the photos You can see that the bathroom has been moist and moldy for sometime as now the wallpaper and the baseboards are coming off. The quality of the room was not that great ..instead of finishing in fixtures They just took a straight blade razor and hacked it ....it looked pretty tacky. Also there's no lighting in the room. I felt like I was Benjamin Franklin writing the Declaration of Independence by candlelight in a dimly lit tavern. Microwave was not that presentable on the inside either . overall pretty disappointed, considering it is a Hilton brand and was about $200 for one night . there were no other rooms available or I would've asked to be moved . just fair warning sometimes you don't get what you pay for. read more

We were staying here waiting to move into our house. We were there for six days. I must say that Hampton Inn is a very well-run establishment. This a nice clean hotel with comfortable rooms and easy check in. My minor complaint is with the TV, wasn't able to get a Firestick to work. These days of streaming TV it's hard to go back to the standard drivel of COX TV, no big deal though. The lobby is huge and there's a bible museum adjacent to it. Includes breakfast with many tables to seat and TV's. The food is standard Hampton fare. Cheese omlettes, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Waffles, muffins and beverages. Incredibly rude, arrogant, front desk staff. I have been a Hilton Honors member for 30 years, stayed at innumerable Hilton properties, and I have never been treated in such a shabby manner. The in charge person, Mia, needs to go to "charm school". She is a rude, entitled person. We are on an extended road trip and we have canceled all upcoming Hampton reservations. As a Silver level Hilton Honors member, I expect respectful and warm receptions at Hilton properties. These people did not meet that expectation. read more

Absolutely over priced for what you get. Their attempt at "remodeling" was weak at best. The room was dark and dingy. Very little lighting. The lighting they did have was fluorescent and drab. Not one full length mirror in the place. My room smelled like stale cigarettes. Carpets were absolutely disgusting. The tile grout in the vanity and bathroom area had a couple spots of white and clean and the rest was filthy and black. No towel rack/shelf for the towels in the part of the bathroom where the shower is so your choices are 1 hang towel over the shower and dry off with a 1/2 wet towel. 2 Put your clean towel on the toilet or 3. Put your towel on the floor. While I'm in a roll, the door between the living area and bedroom cannot open all the way due to some random wall being in the way. So the door stays half open all the time and you have to navigate around it to get to the bathroom. Highly disappointing. read more

What I love about this hotel is that it's pet-friendly and no pet fees. In addition to that, it's a beautiful and very comfortable hotel with great amenities even during COVID-19. The staff is extremely nice and make you feel at home and welcomed. I highly recommend this hotel if you're visiting or passing through Phoenix. I was very disappointed that the breakfast included with the hotel stay was closed. They advertise it but didn't offer it which added to my expense in both time and money. A very friendly staff all the way around. Very clean! Walls are thick so you can't hear your neighbors. The Hilton Honors membership (free) allowed us to use the digital key feature (worked flawlessly) on the app. No check-in needed at desk when room reserved and paid in advance. AC can get ice cold and the roll up/down shades kept the room dark. Dark and cool: that's how you do Phoenix in the Summertime! Comp continental b'feast is great. Yeah the eggs are the mini omelets. But hey, on my first morning it was Denver omelets and day 2 was all cheese omelets. Sausage links cut up one day. The next were circular patties. Cut up potatoes. And all the other breads, cereals, oatmeal, make your own waffles w/ the syrups, juice machine, yogurts, some fruit, and coffee, decaf , and hot water tea bags in lobby. Safe secure parking, and great summer rates. Just an all around great experience. The "feel" of the property: bible museum off the lobby and Fox News on TVs in breakfast area. This hotel customer service is excellent. Rafael and his staff made my family and I feel so welcome during our stay. It was nothing we ask for that wasn't done asap. They made sure our room was cleaned and stock with towels daily. My room had a full kitchen stocked. You know how some hotels have full kitchens with one of everything? Not this kitchen I had 2 of everything and Cooking Utensils was also double. I was able to cook a full meal without having to wait and use the same pot or pan. They have a bar on gourds that play music you can dance and order food. My young adults love pool it was like being at the beach and the sand in their shoes confirmed that for me, I hate sand lol. They also have great security at the hotel. Great place to go with or without family. read more

This hotel was excellent. We needed a quick place to stay in the Phoenix area while passing through town, this hotel was the ONLY hotel in this area to be able to accommodate us. It totaled to around $130 which it was immaculate inside. We originally had a reservation for a Best western 8 minutes away but when we got there to check in there were bums running around outside (like 10) all looking into people's cars. It was bad so we picked up and left and I'm so glad we ended up staying here. Place is clean, rooms were amazing, bed was A+. The front desk is EXTREMELY helpful and so kind. It's in an upscale neighborhood, no homeless. Can't praise it highly enough. Its near lots of restaurants. The Hampton Inn in Litchfield My wife and I just arrived yesterday. We got the room. We got the room and I can already tell this place was something special and we were not disappointed. We got two queen beds and believe me the Dozen soldiers so comfortably don't want to get out of bed the room itself is decorated nicely and let me tell you it's very very clean here actually feel comfortable walking on the carpet without sandals. I just discovered they have a continental breakfast downstairs in the morning and I'll just go ahead and say it's probably better than any Denny's I've ever had. No charge. Continental breakfast consist of waffles Bagels muffins yogurt etc etc etc. The staff here is fantastic friendly our view of a room as the background of the mountains in the back of Phoenix Arizona. I believe I'm a pretty hard critic I'll call it out as I see it I'm giving this hotel 5 out of 5 I believe the Continental breakfast in the mornings is the icing on the cake in my opinion. Hampton Inn or a resort hotel? Ok... I am exaggerating, but the entire feel of this hotel is better than the average Hampton Inn. Not to say that I am some kind of connoisseur, but I have stayed at a few in my time. The entire layout is way different starting with non- automated front doors and the center staircase leading to the 2nd floor. This is a 3 story building with elevators on either side. The breakfast area is huge and almost has a feel of a Homewood suites without the added amenities. The bible museum is a strange but unique touch. This hotel has an Avis and Budget rental car office on the 1st floor. Not sure if every room.had this, but the jetted tub was great. The air conditioning in the room was definitely sub par or just couldn't cope with the 110+ degree temperature outside. The breakgast choices are pretty standard per the usual Hampton Inn chains, but they do present it a little better. read more

Staff was really friendly. Easy and quick check in. Pool was clean. Housekeeping was friendly and rooms kept stocked and clean. For breakfast they have egg and sausage burritos. They are really small. The gym was closed because of Covid but that's on because I never work out. My bf was bummed about that lol. It's nice they have that though. They had a nice seating area where breakfast is served. They had laundry facilities on site. Not all places have that. My room had a mini fridge and mw which was cool. Last minute red eye flight in for a family emergency. Called several hotels for an early check in but didn't find anyone that could accommodate, just straight no's from everyone. Not only was Savanna, the front desk clerk, helpful but she was compassionate yet professional. The room was ready early and was clean. Food was great and grounds are very well kept. Although this is not the closest to the family, this is where I will stay on all travels to the Phoenix area. Kudos to Hilton for hiring the best of the best. read more

I'm not sure what the negative ratings are all about. This is the nicest Hampton Inn I've stayed in... ever... and as a Five-Year Diamonds Hhonors member, I should know. Front staff was excellent during a quick check in and helpful with dining options (many close by within walking distance). The grounds are lush and well maintained and hotel has an almost "Brand New" feel to it. Not sure when it was built. I stay here frequently and we put up visitors to our business in this hotel as well. The breakfast? It's the same as every other Hampton Inn I've ever been to. read more

Oh where to begin.... I stayed at this hotel last night for a business trip and it was not a good experience. I don't normally write hotel reviews, but thought this one deserved it. At first glance this hotel looks nice from outside. They have a pool which sounded good and looked good, but didn't try it out. This is really the only good part about the hotel. The bad: I stayed in room 234. It reeked of cigarette smoke upon check in. I tried to call the front desk to request a room change, but after sitting on the phone with the line ringing and no answer, I gave up after about 5 minutes. This room was listed as a non-smoking room. The bathroom also did not have a shower curtain.... WTF?! Of course I needed to shower...so I went ahead without the curtain and got water everywhere, including on the toilet paper next to the shower. Wonderful. The free breakfast was also pretty disappointing. It was some pre-made (gross, fake) omelets, sausage links (which were very cold and soggy), and dried up potatoes. There was no yogurt as they were out. All the fruit was old and had bruises. I don't know if this is a Hampton Inn thing, but I have Hilton status and I did not receive water upon check-in. Bummer, but no big deal. Overall, I would not stay at this hotel again. I would also not recommend others stay here. There is nothing management can do or say to make up for the poor quality room and experience. read more

The hotel itself is one of the best that I have been too. They have a grand entrance, a great pool, and an outdoor basketball hoop. The three star rating is due to staff and the lack of treating Diamond Members. This could have easily been a five star had they known the loyalties that come with their honors members. Stayed here over 9/11 weekend for the big Arizona vs New England football season opener..Go Pats!!! Anyway, upon arrival the front desk staff were absolutely great. I believe the manager on duty was Katie, she was wonderful and very courteous. Check in was quick and we even got a few goodies to enjoy. I myself not a coffee drinker, however my traveling buddy is, and was very disappointed that they decided to store the coffee maker and teas along with the cups in the bathroom on the sink next to the toilet. Come on people talk about who knows what type of bacteria and cross contamination that is. This was DISGUSTING. When we brought it to managements attention we were told that they were aware and that this was standard set up. Why would this be standard set up if you have already had guest complain about it. Katie then told us that we were welcomed to the coffee and teas they had at a station in the lobby. The breakfast served was actually better than expected. There was a wide variety to choose from, to satisfy just about anyone from fresh fruit and yogurt to make your own waffles and other hot foods. I'm not sure how great the cleaning could possibly be since we actually left our room and had to turn around because I had forgotten something and when i walked back up stairs the cleaning crew had already made our beds and replenished our toiletries. So they weren't in there a sufficient amount of time to claim cleanliness. Upon our departure, check out was quick and they gave us a nice goodie bag for our ride to the airport. This was also the first day since our arrival that Katie was not on duty, I really hope she got some rest. read more

I was disappointed in the room we stayed. I had high expectations because it's a Hampton Inn and they are ALWAYS amazing until this one. First off the hallway leading to our room was narrow. Even worse our room was very cramped and outdated. The light coming from outside and under the door kept me from sleeping despite being exhausted after 14 hour straight drive. They gave us a "military rate" for 125 not including tax so maybe they save the crappy rooms for that. The tv service provided is cox business, which is pretty crappy. I'm used to Hampton Inn providing Direct TV with lots of channels. I feel this one doesn't care about the customers only making profit and it shows. Do not recommend this Hampton Inn at all. read more
